State of COLORADO, August 1, 1876
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. –The Democratic legislature and Governor voted to join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, an agreement among participating states to give all their electoral votes to the presidential candidate who wins the overall popular vote. Colorado conservatives, however, pushed back, collecting a record number of petition signatures to ask voters to overturn the law in 2020.
–A woman, who was “infatuated” with the Columbine High School shooting traveled from Florida to Colorado and threatened area schools, is found dead. Local schools closed while law enforcement searched for her.
—-Denver voters narrowly passed a groundbreaking measure to decriminalize psychedelic mushrooms. The drug is still illegal to possess, but Denver police must make enforcement of that law its lowest priority, and entrepreneurs are taking advantage of the gray areas.
–Eight teenagers were shot and killed in Denver in 2019, marking a second year of increased bloodshed among Denver’s young people. Teenagers accounted for 13% of all homicide victims in 2019, up from 4% just five years ago, when two teens died.
–A Colorado baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple on religious grounds — a stance partially upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court — and state officials ended a separate legal fight over his refusal to bake a cake celebrating a gender transition.
Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser and attorneys representing Jack Phillips said they mutually agreed to end two legal actions, including a federal lawsuit Phillips filed accusing the state of waging a “crusade to crush” him by pursuing a civil rights complaint over the gender transition cake. Months later, Phillips was sued by Autumn Scardina, the transgender woman in the case, for refusing to bake a gender transition cake. Attorneys for Denver-area cake artist Jack Phillips filed a motion to dismiss a third lawsuit seeking to force him to create a cake that expresses a message contrary to his religious beliefs.

Our Father in heaven,
When Rebekah left her family to become the bride of Isaac, her family blessed her. We bless the church in Colorado, “May you, our sister, become thousands of ten thousands, and may your descendants possess the gate of those who hate them (Genesis 24:60).”
Over the gates of those who hate Christ, we declare the voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the Lord of hosts: for the Lord is good; for his mercy endureth for ever:
and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. For God will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first (Jeremiah 33:11).
We decree that the gates of Colorado will declare the glory of God! We declare that Colorado the Red will not be known for innocent bloodshed, but for Holy Spirit fire. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Your stronghold on this nation and the nations is crumbling! Even in Egypt there was a Goshen for my people! Even in famine there was a Gerar for Isaac -there was a covenant well that produced for him – I have covenant markers in this land of America.
