70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. We declare over Nebraska and the people throughout our nation who are suffering loss and devastation in their lives and land: “He who sacrifices thank offerings honors me, and he prepares the way so that I may show him the salvation of God.” Let deliverance, healing, recovery and full restoration come to these people and our states in Jesus Name. Lord, restore the hope of these people and these states that are affected. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 38: Nebraska, March 1, 1867
In March 2019, Nebraska experienced flooding and closure of many highways. In May, severe thunderstorms came their way. Yet through it all, there were reports of Good Samaritans.
Justice was manifest in many ways. A recent sweep by authorities at the Nebraska State Penitentiary has triggered a criminal investigation after turning up illegal drugs, alcohol, weapons and a smartphone. Aubrey Trail was convicted of a notorious first-degree murder that occurred in 2017.
Governor Pete Ricketts signed a law requiring abortionists to tell women about abortion pill reversal.
The University of Nebraska Medical Center has the nation’s only federal quarantine center. In February 2020, a clinical trial for a drug to treat COVID-19, or coronavirus, began there. The randomized, controlled clinical trial of the investigational antiviral remdesivir is being tested by hospitalized adults diagnosed with coronavirus disease. Remdesivir is an investigational broad-spectrum antiviral treatment. The goal for the trial is to test 400 patients. The patients will be given the drug within 72 hours of diagnosis. The trial will be international but is beginning in Nebraska. Half of the patients will be given the drug and half will be given a placebo.
PRAYER
Sing to the Lord, Dissected Till Plains and Great Plains! Tell of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples!
For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the peoples are worthless idols, but the Lord made the heavens. Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy are in His place. Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength, salvation, wisdom, and knowledge! Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; for His justice and goodness in the state of Nebraska!
Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness; tremble before him, all the earth; yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice, and let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns!”
Let the Platte River, Niobrara River, and Republican River roar, and all that fills them; let the Rainwater Basin, High Plains, and Wildcat Hills exult, and everything in them! Then shall the trees of the Pine Ridge sing for joy before the Lord, for He comes to judge the earth. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His steadfast love endures forever! A False Covenant with Death
14 Therefore, listen to the word of Yahweh,
you scornful jesters—rulers of Jerusalem.

“We have made a covenant with death
and a pact with the underworld,
so when the overwhelming scourge sweeps over us,
it will not harm us.
For we have made lies our refuge
and find our shelter in falsehood.”
Zion’s Foundation Stone
16 Here’s what the Lord God says:
“Behold, I set in place in Zion a Foundation Stone,
fully tested and proven to be faithful and secure.
And written upon this precious cornerstone is this:
‘Those who trust in him will not act in haste.’
17 I will set justice as the true measurement
and integrity its plumb line.
My hailstorm[s] will sweep away your refuge of lies,
and my floodwaters will overwhelm your hiding place.
18 Then your covenant with death will be annulled
and your pact with the underworld will not stand.

The Law versus God’s Promises 15 Beloved friends, let me use an illustration that we can all understand. Technically, when a contract is signed, it can’t be changed after it has been put into effect; it’s too late to alter the agreement. 16 Remember the royal proclamation God spoke over Abraham and to Abraham’s child? God said that his promises were made to pass on to Abraham’s “Child,” not children. And who is this “Child?” It’s the Son of promise, Jesus, the anointed Messiah! 17–18 This means that the covenant between God and Abraham was fulfilled in Messiah and cannot be altered. Yet the written law was not even given to Moses until 430 years later, after God had “signed” his contract with Abraham! The law, then, doesn’t supersede the promise since the royal proclamation was given before the law. If that were the case, it would have nullified what God said to Abraham. We receive all the promises because of the Promised One—not because we keep the law! 19 Why then was the law given? It was meant to be an intermediary agreement added after God gave the promise of the coming One! It was given to show men how guilty they are, and it remained in force until the Seed was born to fulfill the promises given to Abraham. When God gave the law, he didn’t give it to them directly, for he gave it first to the angels; they gave it to Moses, his mediator, who then gave it to the people. 20 Now, a mediator does not represent just one party alone, but God fulfilled it all by himself! 21 Since that’s true, should we consider the written law to be contrary to the promise of new life? How absurd! Truly, if there was a law that we could keep which would give us new life, then our salvation would have come by law-keeping. 22 But the Scriptures make it clear that since we were all under the power of sin, we needed Jesus! And he is the Savior who brings the promise to those who believe.
God’s Sons Inherit the Promises
23 So until the revelation of faith for salvation was released, the law was a jailer, holding us as prisoners under lock and key until the “faith,” which was destined to be revealed, would set us free. 24 The law becomes a gateway to lead us to the Messiah so that we would be saved by faith. 25 But when faith comes the law is no longer in force, since we have already entered into life. 26 You have all become true children of God by the faith of Jesus the Anointed One![s] 27 It was faith that immersed you into Jesus, the Anointed One, and now you are covered and clothed with his anointing. 28 And we no longer see each other in our former state—Jew or non-Jew, rich or poor,[t] male or female—because we’re all one through our union with Jesus Christ with no distinction between us.
29 And since you’ve been united to Jesus the Messiah, you are now Abraham’s “child” and inherit all the promises of the kingdom realm! (Galatians 3:15-4:29; TPT)

To the Vanguard Ekklesia,
“As exposure comes and removal of people in authority, governmentally, as well as, in each sphere of society in this nation and in the nations of the earth – there is going to be a momentary vacuum of leadership.” – Do not allow the enemy to take a seat of authority in any of these places. Agree with me now for Righteous Rule – Men and Women of Integrity. Man has a shortlist of candidates; but I already have My chosen vessels. There are Joseph’s, Daniel’s, Deborah’s, even Esther’s and Mordecai’s who have dealt with the corrupt systems, corrupt leadership – who like these have been seasoned and are already prepared for such a time as this! I have reformers prepared like Josiah that are resident and present on the scene to lead nations in righteousness. Call them into their God-ordained, appointed positions. Father, we come into agreement with this Word as your Ekklesia, on this 22 day of July in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand Twenty-One on this 222 Triumphant Prayer Call:
Be it made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm the manifold wisdom of our God. We release these decrees into the heavens, the earth and under the earth enforcing the rule of Almighty God on earth as it is in heaven. Kingdom of God Come, Will of God Be Done. In the name of Yeshua:
1. WE DECREE: Exposure, removal, and unseating of all unrepentant, ungodly authority, governmentally, and in each sphere of society in the United States of America and the nations of the earth as ordained by God according to Daniel 5: God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end; you have been weighed in the balances and found wanting; your kingdom is divided. You are unseated and removed from your place of authority and leadership.
2. WE DECREE: The enemy will not usurp or take a seat of authority in any of these vacated positions. There will be no time or resources that will work against the redemptive plan of Almighty God for our nation and the nations of the earth. Demonic Grace is bound and blocked. Every seeding of satan and occultic powers are bound, unrooted, torn down, destroyed and completely overthrown in the name of Yeshua! Nothing will thwart Adonai Elohim’s plan of healing, revival, awakening and reformation for America and the designated nations of the earth.
3. WE DECREE: Yahweh Sabaoth: Commander of the Angel Armies is with us. Angel armies are positioned and mobilized to take out all enemy opposition now and in the future that would attempt to thwart the plan of God.
4. WE DECREE: The short list of man’s candidates is short lived! We call it to nothing! We agree and decree: Righteous Rule – men and women of integrity will hold these positions of authority who will carry out their assignments in the fear of the Lord. Righteous judges and leadership in each sphere of society who are the chosen vessels of the Lord Jesus Christ are now promoted into their preordained places!
5. WE CALL FORTH the Joseph’s, Daniel’s, Deborah’s, Esther’s and Mordecai’s who have dealt with the corrupt systems, corrupt leadership – who like these have been seasoned and are already prepared for such a time as this! WE AGREE AND DECREE that God-ordained reformers who have been prepared, like Josiah, are resident and present on the scene now- at the appointed time they will lead nations in righteousness. We Call them into their God-ordained, appointed positions prepared for them since before the foundations of the earth. Let them be protected by the power and authority of Your name and the Blood of Jesus Christ that covers them and Your Word spoken over their lives and written in Your book!
6. WE DECREE: The Lord is building His house! To the church of America and the nations of the earth, to the ekklesia: We say Tetelestai – come forth new creation. Behold our God is doing a new thing: Cities, states, and nations are being Revived, restored, and rebuilt with the Lord’s Kingdom blueprint.
7. Father God, in response and obedience to Your word – we make these decrees today as Your Vanguard Ekklesia, that any and all enemy opposition to hinder, delay, pervert or divert your Kingdom plan and purposes for us your people, for the United States of America and this great awakening Harvest of the nations is totally destroyed. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy (undo, outdo and overdo), the works of the devil. We decree: To the enemies of God: Before anything is seeded or set in motion, you are DONE! Your works are undone, outdone and overdone!
8. WE DECREE: Tetelestai – It is finished! “For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is He who will save us.” (Isaiah 33:22) America shall be saved!
