70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. –North Dakota legislators passed a bill banning dismemberment abortion when Roe v. Wade is overturned. It was signed by Governor Doug Burgum. Governor Burgum also signed a law requiring abortionists to tell women about abortion pill reversal; however, a federal court blocked the law pending a lawsuit.
–100 people killed in North Dakota traffic crashes in 2019. It’s the lowest number of fatalities in 15 years.
–A North Dakota agency is seeking millions of dollars in payments for unpaid natural gas royalties from companies operating in the state’s oil patch, following a state Supreme Court ruling. The Department of Trust Lands told operators in a letter this week that they must pay money they had deducted from royalties owed to the agency for developing state-owned minerals.
–Years of legal wrangling between the state of North Dakota and American Indian tribes finally yielded a settlement over enforcement of a voter ID law in 2020. The statute requires residents to provide a street address in order to cast a ballot, but tribal leaders argued that the law amounts to voter suppression because many of their members don’t have assigned addresses. Tribes involved in the process still need to sign off on the plan.

We thank You that the North Dakota legislature and Governor Burgum stood for life, not death. We thank You for the lives saved from traffic fatalities. We thank You for the mineral income received by the Department of Trust Lands. We thank You that the voice of the Sioux tribes has been expanded by the settlement of the voter ID law. Over the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, we declare, The Almighty is your refuge and your fortress, your God, in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). We decree, The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs to it and is safe and set on high, far above evil (Proverbs 18:10). Over Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation, we declare the Lord God will deliver you from your enemies; He will set you securely on an inaccessibly high place away from those who rise up against you (Psalm 59:1).
Over Lake Traverse Indian Reservation, we decree, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate you from the unlimited love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39). Over the Standing Rock Indian Reservation, we declare, There is no one holy like the Lord, There is no one besides Him, There is no Rock like our God (1 Samuel 2:2). The Rock! The Lord said in regard to our President, “I’m going to visit him in a series of dreams. The Joseph mantle is coming on him in a fresh and new way, in a place that he’s never walked. There are going to be people coming out of meetings with the man. We’re going to see the fulfillment of Kim Clement’s word over him. About the man who went in the White House one way and came out a praying man. The shift has come! I saw our President this morning in light of the dreams and the new mantle coming on him, I literally saw people coming in with models to present to him. I saw these as building models. They laid them out on the table in front of him. In his gut, in his inmost being, he knew that it wasn’t right, that those models were not the best. And some of them were very poor. He took his arm and raked the table clean, cleared the table, and he said, I am going with my gut. Then I heard the Lord say, He used to say it was his gut feeling; and, I have to go with my gut. But now he will say, I’m going to go with what’s in my spirit. He has broadened the path beneath our feet even as a nation. When the Lord said, Shift and Accelerate, I thought about my vehicle and about vehicles. After my mom had passed I took my dad to ride by the cemetery. It had been raining a lot. There was a circular drive where her grave is and it was muddy. My Dad said, I don’t know if we can make it down there. And I said, Oh, we can make it. So we go down there and it appears that we’re going to get stuck, and I shift down into this gear in my vehicle and we went sideways and we came out of there. You would have to know my Dad. His eyes got really big, but we came out of there. Hahaha. I shared that because I believe we’re coming out of the graveyard. This is what the Lord said. I thought about the Shift and Accelerate. This is for our nation and I even see it in the nations of the earth, but especially for the United States of America, especially for the people of God right now. Shift and Accelerate. Immediately my mind went to, Is that like shift into a gear where you can 4-wheel drive out of this thing? He said, No. Shift into high gear, top speed, and Accelerate. We’re not going to have to pull our way out of this thing because the Lord is our pull and he’s saying, Shift into the highest gear and Accelerate. You’re going all the way to the top. You’re going all the way to the top. You’re coming all the way out. And it’s not going to be a 4-wheel drive, have to pull out kind of thing. Whoo! Like the speed of light. Whooo! Light the speed of light.
Sometimes Anna will say, where do you want to start? Do you have a song? How to put into words what the Lord has downloaded to me today on this April 10, 2020, 4/10/2020—
“We’re coming out. We’re coming out. We’re coming out. Mark it down. Mark it down. Mark it down. Mark it down.”
I want us to worship. You’re coming out. We are not stuck in this. I’m going to give the word of the Lord and share an excerpt of the word he’s given. People are getting on right now. The Lord said, you’ve got your remnant. Come on now. Shift. Accelerate.
It’s all About Face. It’s because of people. God’s people have turned their face to him. He has heard the cry of His remnant. He has heard the declaration of the Ekklesia, the very word that He has put in our mouth. He says we’re going up and out with Acceleration. The ship is turning starboard. That is to the right. It’s when it turns to the right. It’s the right side of the ship. The Lord said the ship is turning. That is the United States of America. Where we’ve been. The Lord says, It is a Golden Age of Glory for His kingdom on earth. He says, I’m cutting off the barbaric and exposing the sinister. In a day, many will be exposed and removed. Nations’ business partners will shift and change overnight. The restructuring has begun.
It is indeed the realignment of nations for kingdom assignment and purpose, for God’s kingdom plan and purposes to unfold for the nations and for harvest. Companies that have led in the past season are not going to lead in the new. I hear the Lord say, This is on a local level, a state level, a nation and a nations level.
Leading companies that have led in the past are not going to lead in the future. The Lord is saying His ‘new’ is emerging. People that have honored Him, people that are willing to change, even in integrity, He is going to promote. I hear the Lord saying to you this morning and to the people, Get ready for promotion, promotion, promotion, promotion, promotion, and acceleration. The Lord said in regard to our President, “I’m going to visit him in a series of dreams. There is a fresh Joseph mantle that is coming on him. And I saw this. There are many people, advisors, that are speaking unto our President and are going to be speaking to him. They are going to present different models to him. And I’m not really talking about the virus. I will tell you this. We are done. Shift and Acceleration. As quick as it’s come and how it’s taken over, the Lord says that virus will not take over. It will not rule in the earth. I am still on the throne and My rule is going forth. I’ve made a decision. I’ve made a judgment. I have judged righteousness on behalf of the saints.
So hear the word of the Lord. What’s going to happen? What’s going to happen for you and me? What is the Lord saying to us? What is he doing? Shift and Accelerate. You’re going to go quick. You’re going to go fast.
Full recovery and better than before. Full recovery and better than before. Full recovery and better than before. Full recovery and better than before. Full recovery and better than before. Full recovery and better than before. That’s striking the ground.
Remember the king that only half-heartedly struck the ground three times and the prophet was mad. He said, If you had just struck the ground and kept striking, you would have had complete victory over your enemies. Your nation would have had complete victory.
So I saw the President and I saw models being brought to him. It would be like if you saw a building model that is table size, models and plans on a small scale to see what the big picture would look like. I saw all these models being brought to him, of what could be done to rebuild. You know what he did? He took those models and with his arm he raked them into the trashcan. He said, I’m going to go with my gut. The Lord said, The President took building models and cleared the table with his arm. He’s going to go with his gut. But he used to say, I have a gut feeling. Now he will say, It’s my spirit. It was in my spirit to do this. I heard the Lord say, President Donald John Trump is going to come forth in the Revolutionary Spirit of the Lord that is going to revolutionize this nation, and it’s going to cause a revolution in a good God way in the nations of the earth. He is getting a fresh Joseph mantle, and that Joseph mantle has been on his life. But he is getting a Joseph mantle in this ‘new’ like he has never worn before. And he will no longer say it’s a gut feeling. He’s going to acknowledge that it’s come from the Lord and it’s come out of his spirit. He’s going to know that that gut feeling was a Holy Ghost quip, or a Holy Ghost moment. The Shift, the Acceleration, the Lord said, You’ve already won the war. You’ve already won the victory. It’s like in this moment. It’s personal to you. It’s corporate for the Body of Christ. This is a word for our nation. The Lord said it’s like when somebody gives you a head start or a lead. The Lord is saying to you and me today, I’ve given you the head start. I’ve given you to the lead. I’ve given you the victory before you ever came out of the gate. I’ve given you the victory before you ever stepped foot on the battlefield. I’ve given you the victory before you ever come to the table.
The arrangements of nations is set for harvest. Nations that have profited in darkness will not profit in the light. I’m turning on the lights in cities and nations across the globe. Economy structures in some of the poorest countries will shift. The people that know their God will be strong.
Daniel 11:32. The people that know their God will be strong and go forth and do great exploits. Jesus, you change everything. Thank you, Lord.
REPEAT OF THE WORD…
I am making a declaration of the word of the Lord this morning. If it bears witness with your spirit, you’re testing it, I want you to come into agreement with the word of the Lord.
The word coming out of the womb of the dawn this morning was Shift. Accelerate. About Face. That Shift and Accelerate is not about changing lanes. I hear the Lord say He has already positioned us in the gate, in the lane, in the place where we are to be. He has removed the obstacles out of the way of His people and out of the way of his plan.
He says again here and now that nothing will thwart the plan of God for our nation. Nothing will thwart the plan of God for His people, nor thwart the plan of God for the nations of the earth. For the Lord has spoken. And that is strong. For the Lord has spoken. He has decreed it. He has decreed victory for Jacob.
I hear the Lord saying, I have decreed victory for the United States of America. I have decreed victory over the lives of my family, over you personally, over your families and every sphere of influence that you are moving in and walking in in this hour.
The Lord says, Shift and Accelerate. Go into warp speed, warp mode. You’re going to go so fast. Hahaha. It’s what he said. Look it up. Amos 9:11-15. In the Message it says it will make your head swim. Shift and Accelerate. It’s going to happen so quickly it’s going to make your head swim. You’re going to look and look again and be, Oh my Lord; Oh my God. Yay Yay Yay Yay
Some of you are going to have a doubting Thomas moment because you’re going to look and you’re going to reach out and have to touch the thing. Praise God.
We’re going up and out of this with acceleration. The ship is turning. As a nation we are turning starboard. We are moving to the right. Yay God. It is a Golden Age of Glory, says the Lord. I am cutting off the barbaric and exposing the sinister. In a day, many will be exposed and removed. Nations’ business partners will shift and change overnight.
When the Lord said this word, I am cutting off the barbaric and exposing the sinister, I saw this in nations. I saw this in China. I saw this in nations that have been the epicenter of an anti-Christ spirit, and bringing destruction and pain. I’m not talking about just bringing pain on believers. I’m talking about those that have been instruments of destruction, barbaric, sinister.
He’s going to deal with human traffickers, not just in our nation, not just in our city, but in the nations. He is going to deal with corrupt structures. He’s going to deal with the deep state. Here and now. I’m just saying, so that when you look, don’t be shocked.
We’re in this season of unleavened bread, of Passover, a seven-day period. It’s designed for us to get the sin out of our life. Remove the leaven out of our house. You might not be able to change the results of what you did in this moment. In other words, there might be some things in motion that are there because of the decisions you made, but I can guarantee you that your repentance is going to shift you and it is going to ultimately deal with that thing.
The Lord says if you will repent now, me first, you won’t be exposed. The Lord not only will deliver you, but He will heal you and He will restore you, and it will be like it never happened.
He will even clean up the residue. What I said about the residue and the rubble and the rabble—He’s removing it. I hear the Lord saying: The ability to run free unencumbered. And not only that, even among family members. There are family members that at times, they just rail. They just do. And behave badly.
I hear the Lord say, Expect me to reach into hearts that have been the hardest, and change them and shift them. And even shut the mouth of the accuser. I hear the Lord saying that if you have been in an abusive situation, you’re coming out of it one way or another. It won’t be tolerated anymore.
So He is dealing.
I’m cutting off the barbaric and exposing the sinister. In a day, many will be exposed and removed. Nations’ business partners will shift and change overnight.
I can hear our President saying right now—I’m saying it to you as I’m hearing it—”We will not do business with you any longer. We will not partner with you anymore. We don’t do business that way.”
The restructuring has begun—the realignment of nations for kingdom assignment. Companies that have led in past seasons will not lead in the new. I hear the Lord saying, Get ready for the birthing of new companies. Or companies that have been in the background or even in the shadows—Yeah, they’ve been in My Shadow. They’re about to come out in power and glory, prosperity, and innovation, that is going to help people and help nations.
The Lord said in regard to our President, I’m going to visit him in a series of dreams. The Joseph mantle is coming on him in a fresh and new way, in a place that he’s never walked. In such a way, in a manner that he will only give glory to God. Whether he publicly does that or not, he is going to give glory to God.
There are going to be people coming out of meetings with the man. We’re going to see the fulfillment of Kim Clement’s word over him. About the man who went in the White House one way and came out a praying man. The shift has come.
I saw our President this morning in light of the dreams and the new mantle coming on him, I literally saw people coming in with models to present to him. I saw these as building models. They laid them out on the table in front of him. In his gut, in his inmost being, he knew that it wasn’t right, that those models were not the best. And some of them were very poor. He took his arm and raked the table clean, cleared the table, and he said, I am going with my gut. Then I heard the Lord say, He used to say it was his gut feeling; and, I have to go with my gut. But now he will say, I’m going to go with what’s in my spirit. Because he’s going to recognize more than ever, for the first time, every time he got that gut feeling, he is going to give glory to God and realize it was the Holy Ghost gut. It was the Spirit of the Sovereign Lord within him causing his knower to know what to do.
I decree and declare a new mantle comes upon the President of the United States, a Joseph anointing with an Issachar edge, to know the times and the seasons for what he should do personally, but also for the United States of America. A Joseph mantle with an Issachar edge, in Jesus’ name. Glory! Glory! Glory!
“The sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do…”
(1Chronicles 12:32; NKJV)
The Shift. Acceleration. It’s a win. It’s a race. We already have the head start and the lead. The Lord says, it’s because you’ve already won. The arrangements of nations are set for harvest. Nations that have profited in darkness will not profit in the light. I’m turning on the lights in cities and nations across the globe.”
When I initially heard that word this morning, I saw in air travel when you’ve come into an airport or flown over a city at night, when you begin to look down at all the lights and even the car lights moving on the highway, when I heard the Lord say, “I’m turning on the light in cities and nations across the globe, I saw out of darkness the light begin to come on.”
And the Lord said, “Don’t just stop there, because I’m going to envelop the earth in glory.” And you’re going to realize—some of you are older on this feed—but the prayer and the word that you heard for years and years and years, in the last day the knowledge of the glory of the Lord will cover the earth like the waters cover the sea. It’s a scripture. The Lord says, “In this ten-year season you will see, you will experience, you will know the glory, you will know Me, you will know My glory, and the glory of the Lord is going to cover the earth like the waters cover the sea.”
Finally, Economic structures in some of the poorest countries will shift. The people that know their God will be strong and go forth and do great exploits. Jesus, you change everything.
Amos 9:13-15. “Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s Decree.
“Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people Israel—for the United States of America. “They’ll rebuild their ruined cities. They’ll plant vineyards and drink good wine. They’ll work their gardens and eat fresh vegetables. And I’ll plant them, plant them on their own land. They’ll never again be uprooted from the land I’ve given them.” God, your God, says so.
