WAR WORD TODAY: I AM pulling out all the stops! There is a sound that shakes the ground. The sound that unlocks – the sound that brings liberty and freedom. The sound that binds and looses – A sound that has voice and speaks in the heavenly realm. My sound, my voice that breaks, my voice that opens, my voice that exalts – My voice that executes vengeance on your enemies and the judgement written. My voice that uproots and tears down, my voice that builds and plants. My voice that births and creates -My voice is upon your waters Ekklesia. My voice is in your mouth! March 19 before a 3-judge panel of the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Thomas More Law Center was retained by the Tennessee General Assembly in March 2017 to file a first-of-its-kind Tenth Amendment lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the federal refugee resettlement program. The federal government has violated state sovereignty by forcing Tennessee to continue paying for the program after Tennessee opted out and exercised its right not to participate. TMLC is appealing after a federal district court judge dismissed the case. The Law Center is representing Tennessee without charge.
April 9, 2019—Continuing its tradition of providing legal assistance to students who stand up for life on National Pro-Life T-Shirt Day, the Thomas More Law Center announced it will defend without charge students whose school prohibits them from wearing their pro-life t-shirts.
June 20, 2019—The Supreme Court announced today that a World War I Memorial Cross, known as the Bladensburg Peace Cross, is not in violation of the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause. The 40-foot Cross, on public land in Maryland, was ordered to be destroyed by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals because of a lawsuit filed by three atheists.
August 22, 2019—The Thomas More Law Center has uncovered evidence of a well-orchestrated Islamic propaganda campaign aimed at teachers in school systems throughout Michigan and several other states by means of a two-day mandatory teacher-training seminar on Islam conducted by a Muslim consultant.
October 15, 2019—The U.S. Supreme Court today declined to review the case of Caleigh Wood, a Christian eleventh-grade public high school student in Maryland represented by Thomas More Law Center, who despite threats of receiving a failing grade refused to deny her faith by making a written profession of the Muslim conversion prayer known as the Shahada— “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.”
January 16, 2020— The Thomas More Law Center exposed the tyrannical tactics of Michigan Attorney Dana Nessel to suppress religious belief in traditional marriage.
