There’s going to be a major outpouring here. There’s been a new cry through the worshippers here in Arkansas. The Lord says He is releasing the Glory of God. And then I saw a portal over this state. I heard the Lord say that Arkansas is going to be a fire and glory state. Writers are coming from this state that are going to impact the Nations. Preachers that have been developed and been in the hidden place these past seasons are about to be released and are about to make a major impact. There are going to be some prophetic voices-some teaching and equipping. I saw an anchor over this state. Because Arkansas has a governmental authority for the nation that this is going to be a state that anchors the turn for America. We are about to step into a move of God. The Lord said don’t underestimate Arkansas. Don’t underestimate the wells that are going to come from this state. Don’t underestimate the worship that is going to be released. God is raising up some women…There are some women that are going to be raised up as worshippers out of Arkansas, because there have been deep wells in the spirit that God has released, And I believe it’s a time of re-digging but it’s also a time of new digging. What is Christian revival?
Revival refers to a spiritual reawakening from a state of dormancy or stagnation in the life of a believer. It encompasses the resurfacing of a love for God, an appreciation of God’s holiness, a passion for His Word and His church, a convicting awareness of personal and corporate sin, a spirit of humility, and a desire for repentance and growth in righteousness. Revival invigorates and sometimes deepens a believer’s faith, opening his or her eyes to the truth in a fresh, new way. It generally involves the connotation of a fresh start with a clean slate, marking a new beginning of a life lived in obedience to God. Revival breaks the charm and power of the world, which blinds the eyes of men, and generates both the will and power to live in the world but not of the world.
In the USA, the first revival, also called the First Great Awakening, produced an upsurge of devotion among Protestants in the 1730s and 1740s, carving a permanent mark on American religion. It resulted from authoritative preaching that deeply moved the church members with a convicting awareness of personal guilt and the awesome nature of salvation through Christ. Breaking away from dry ritual and rote ceremony, the Great Awakening made Christianity intensely personal to the average person, as it should be, by creating a deep emotional need for relationship with Christ.
Revival, in many respects, replicates the believer’s experience when he or she is saved. It is initiated by a prompting of the Holy Spirit, creating an awareness of something missing or wrong in the believer’s life that can only be righted by God. In turn, the Christian must respond from the heart, acknowledging his or her need. Then, in a powerful way, the Holy Spirit draws back the veil the world has cast over the truth, allowing the believers to fully see themselves in comparison to God’s majesty and holiness. Obviously, such comparisons bring great humility, but also great awe of God and His truly amazing grace (Isaiah 6:5). Unlike the original conversion experience that brings about a new relationship to God, however, revival represents a restoration of fellowship with God, the relationship having been retained even though the believer had pulled away for a time.
God, through His Holy Spirit, calls us to revival in a number of situations. Christ’s letters to the seven churches reveal some circumstances that may necessitate revival. In the letter to Ephesus, Christ praised the church for their perseverance and discernment, but He stated that they had forsaken their first love (Revelation 2:4-5). Many times, as the excitement of acceptance to Christ grows cold, we lose the zeal that we had at first. We become bogged down in the ritual, going through the motions, but we no longer experience the joy of serving Christ. Revival helps restore that first love and passion for Christ. Revelation 2:10-11 refers to the church at Smyrna, which was suffering intense persecution. The cares and worries of life can beat us down, leaving us emotionally, physically, and spiritually exhausted. Revival can lift us up to new hope and faith.
Revelation 2:14-16 talks about the problem of compromise with the world and incorporating worldly values into our belief systems. Revival helps us to rightly discern what values we should hold. Revelation 2:20-23 discusses the problem of tolerating false teaching in our churches. We need to examine the messages that we hear and compare them to the message of the Bible. Revival helps us to find the truth. Revelation 3:1-6 describes a dead church, a church that goes through the motions outwardly, but there is nothing underneath. Here is a picture of nominal Christianity, outwardly prosperous, busy with the externals of religious activity, but devoid of spiritual life and power. Revival helps to resuscitate spiritual life. In Revelation 3:11, we are further warned against complacency, a life that does not bear fruit. All of these scenarios call for revival.
The evidence of revival, a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon believers, is changed lives. Great movements toward righteousness, evangelism, and social justice occur. Believers are once again spending time in prayer and reading and obeying God’s Word. Believers begin to powerfully use their spiritual gifts. There is confession of sin and repentance.

March 5, 2019—The United States Marshals Service announced an arrest operation targeting violence in the Delta. Operation “Press Your Luck” in Helena-West Helena, resulting in multiple cooperating law enforcement agencies arresting 44 suspects thus far in an ongoing investigation. The operation is designed to target fugitive gang members and other violent criminals wanted on arrest warrants for egregious violent criminal offenses. The goal of the operation is to provide communities in the Delta region with immediate relief from violent gang-related crime.
April 2, 2019—Fifteen people were sentenced for their roles in a methamphetamine trafficking ring operated in Northwest Arkansas. The 15 people were convicted as part of “Operation Ozark Express” and have been sentenced to over 1,000 months in prison combined. This drug trafficking ring brought multiple kilograms of methamphetamine into the Northwest Arkansas area from California and Mexico for local distribution. Once sold, bulk amounts of U.S. currency were driven back to Mexico as payment for the methamphetamine via the Laredo, Texas port of entry.
July 26, 2019—The FBI announced that five individuals were sentenced by the United States District Court for their roles in an MDMA, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine trafficking ring operating in Miller and Columbia Counties, and elsewhere in Arkansas.
August 12, 2019—Fifteen people involved in a drug operation are now in custody as part of a federal drug investigation named “Operation Mad Hatter.” The investigation, run by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, has resulted in the arrest of several drug traffickers and the seizure of 17 kilograms of methamphetamine, 4 kilograms of cocaine, 249 grams of crack cocaine, over 1 kilogram of heroin, over 200 diverted prescription pills, over $107,000 in assets and numerous firearms, officials said.
December 16, 2019—Three individuals were sentenced by the United States District Court for their roles in a methamphetamine trafficking ring which operated in Boone and Carroll Counties in Arkansas and other jurisdictions such as California and Iowa. It appeared from the evidence that the methamphetamine would arrive concealed within special compartments inside the wheels of vehicles in a compressed state, requiring the methamphetamine to be reconstituted in order to be sold and consumed.
The Harrison-based methamphetamine distribution network for a portion of the methamphetamine seized is pending sentencing before the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas in the related case, United States vs. Manning et. al. The twenty-one defendants in this related matter have all been convicted and are expected to be sentenced in early 2020. This prosecution was part of “Operation Iced Ozarks.”

O Lord our God,
You are mighty and powerful, King of kings and Lord of lords. We praise You for the dismantling of these drug trafficking rings. Indeed, Arkansas is “the state of exposing and dislodging the serpent”! The offspring of woman has bruised the head of the serpent in Arkansas (Genesis 3:15), and we rejoice! We declare over the law enforcement officials and the judiciary in Arkansas, “You will tread on the lion and the adder; the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot. Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name (Psalm 91:13-14).” In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

The Breastplate of Righteousness
The breastplate was a plate that was worn as defensive armor for the breast or chest area. Specifically, to protect the heart.
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23; NIV)
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21; NIV)
The breastplate of righteousness represents recognition of the imputed righteousness of Christ.
The breastplate of righteousness represents our practical righteousness.
The breastplate of righteousness represents guarding our mind and emotions.
We use this breastplate of righteousness by:
1. Turning to God when we Face Temptation
James 4:7 calls us to submit ourselves to God. If we resist the devil, he will flee from us. Whenever we encounter temptation, we need to turn to God.
2. Guarding our Hearts against the Devil’s Schemes
The breastplate protects our heart, our most vital organ. In a Christian understanding, it’s the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23). Satan is the wellspring of death. If we put on the breastplate of righteousness, we avoid the blows that will lead to spiritual death, that come from sin.
3. Avoiding What May Ensnare Us (Matthew 5:30)
We know what can trigger the sins we personally deal with. Maybe it’s a certain place, a certain group of people, a certain activity. No matter what the case, we need to avoid, if possible, anything that can entice us to sin.
