THE 70 DAY DECREE; OFFERING AND COMMUNION.
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). SPECIAL NOTE: As we entered the gate to the State of Delaware there was a sign that said, “Delaware the State of Endless Discoveries” The Lord said the breaker angels were released into this state and our nation. I had not seen the post from the original 70 days on Delaware until this morning!
Vision: I could see the embers of revival fire stored in this state. The Lord bent his head over Delaware and began to blow and release His breath and wind into the embers. They ignited and He released His breath into the nation – into the embers of past revivals – America is ablaze with revival fire!

WAR WORD: GAIN GROUND! REDEEM THE TIME! OCCUPY!
GAIN GROUND:
1. (of soldiers) move forward in a battle,
2. Gain ground on or upon. Encroach on, advance at the expense of.
3. Advance, make progress; to win acceptance. To advance toward a desired location. To make progress and become more important or more powerful.
Example: Our men began to gain ground, forcing the enemy back towards the river.

Delaware
In February, 2019, the United Methodist Church convention rejected policies for same sex marriage and practicing LGBTQ clergy. In early January, 2020 mediators from across the United Methodist Church proposed a separation plan to split the church into two separate denominations, with one that will allow same sex marriages and “practicing” LGBTQ clergy. Some claim that members of the General Conference, the church’s legislative body, are expected to pass the proposal in May.

70 Days – Day 20 REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES
To the Remnant Rising,
The Lord is calling you to birth a burden in prayer to see the manifested plan of God for our nation come to pass. This marks the beginning of the 50 State prayer focus. Twenty is the number for redemption. The Lord has a redemptive plan for this nation and each of the 50 states within.
“I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.”
(Ezekiel 22:30-31; NLT)
“The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah: In the month of Kislev in the twentieth year, while I was in the citadel of Susa, Hanani, one of my brothers, came from Judah with some other men, and I questioned them about the Jewish remnant that survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem. They said to me, “Those who survived the exile and are back in the province are in great trouble and disgrace. The wall of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates have been burned with fire.” When I heard these things, I sat down and wept. Nehemiah was willing to birth a burden in prayer when he heard about the broken-down walls and gates in Jerusalem. For some days He mourned, fasted and prayed before the Lord. God answered Nehemiah’s prayers and gave him favor with the king so that he could answer the call to rebuild and restore the wall. He faced opposition and overcame because He was a man of prayer who held fast to the Lord His God.
“So, the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days. When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God.” (Nehemiah 6:15-16; NIV)
The Lord is seeking gap standers for this nation. Are you willing to birth a burden in prayer for each state to see the manifested presence of God come in our land?
