70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

“In your days, have you commanded the morning or assigned the dawn its place, 13that it might spread to the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it?” (Job 38:12-13; BSB)
Job 34:25
Therefore, He recognizes their deeds; He overthrows them in the night and they are crushed.

PRAYER COMMANDING THE MORNING:
Father, God, in the name of Jesus I declare Your Lordship over this
day. I command the morning to take hold of the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it (Job 38:12)
Lord, Your going forth is prepared as the morning, and we pray that You will come as the rain, the latter and former rain upon the earth (Hos. 6:3).
Let Your angels guard and protect me at night. Lord, give me deliverance in the night season (Acts 12:6-7).
Thank You, Father, for watching over my family and over me throughout the night. Thank You for giving your angels charge over us, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 91:11; 121:3).
Some trust in chariots and some trust in horses, but I remember that Father God, You are my God, You are my Source, You are my strength and I thank You, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 20:7).
Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I rise early to declare Your Lordship! I get under the covering and anointing of the early riser. I come in agreement with the heavens to declare Your glory. Lord, release the mysteries unto me to bring heaven down to earth. The stars (chief angels) are battling on my behalf ahead of time.
My appointed times have been set by God in the heavens. I declare spermatic words that will make contact with the womb of the morning and make her pregnant. At sunrise the dawn will give birth to the will of God, and light will shine on wickedness to shake it from the heavens. At twilight my enemies will flee, and newly found spoils will await me at my destination. My destiny is inevitable!
O God, let my prayers meet You this morning. I command the morning to open its ears unto me and hear my cry. Let conception take place so that prayer will rain down and be dispatched upon the earth to do Your will. I command the earth to get in place to receive heavenly instructions on my behalf. My lands are subdued. I command all the elements of creation to take heed and obey. As my praise resounds and the day breaks, the earth shall yield her increase unto me. I declare that the first light has come!
The first fruit of my morning is holy, and the entire day will be holy. I prophesy the will of God to the morning so that the first light will shake wickedness from the four corners of the earth. The Lines (my portion) are fallen on my behalf in pleasant (sweet, agreeable) places, and I have a secure heritage. I am strategically lined up with the ladder that touches the third heaven and sits on earth. The angels are descending and ascending according to the words that I speak. What I bind or loose on earth is already bound or loosed in heaven. Revelation, healing, deliverance, salvation, peace, joy, relationships, finances, and resources that have been demonically blocked are being loosed unto me now! What is being released unto me is transferring to every person that I associate myself with. I am contagiously blessed! As I command the morning and capture the day, time is being redeemed. The people of God have taken authority over the fourth watch of the day.
The spiritual airways and highways are being hijacked for Jesus. The atmosphere of the airways over me, my family, my church, my community, my city, my state, my nation, and the world is producing a new climate. This new climate is constructing a godly stronghold in times of trouble. The thinking of people will be conducive to the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Every demonic agenda or evil thought pattern designed against the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven, is destroyed at the root of conception, in Jesus’ Name! I come into agreement with the saints as we have suffered violence, we take by force! No longer will we accept anything demonic that is dealt unto us in our days. I declare that the Kingdom has come, and the will of God will be done on earth as it in Heaven. As the sun rises today, let it shine favorably upon the people and the purposes of God. I declare and I decree, that I have the favor of God upon my life; God has given me favor, with everyone I come in contact with!!
Daily destiny is my portion because I have no thought for tomorrow. I am riding on the wings of the morning into a new day of victory. God, You separated the night and the day to declare my days, years, and seasons. I am the light of the earth, and I have been separated from darkness. This light declares my destiny! The Lord has given me dominion over the elements and all the work of His hands. He has placed them under my feet. Because I fear the name of the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, and I shall tread down the wicked until they become ashes under my feet. I commit to walk in this dominion daily. I decree and declare a new day, a new season, and a fresh anointing. As the ordinances of the constellations have received orders from God on my behalf, they shall manifest in the earth realm. The ingredients of my destiny are programmed into my days, years, and seasons. I bind every force that would attempt to capture my destiny illegitimately.
I plead the blood of Jesus over every principality, power, ruler of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places assigned against my purpose. I bind every destiny pirate, destiny thief, and destiny devourer in the Name of Jesus! They are dethroned and dismantled and have no influence over my days. Every curse sent against my days is reversed and boomeranged back to the pits of hell. I displaced the luciferian spirit. I bind every false light-bearer and counterfeit son of the morning. My prayers will disrupt dark plans and give my enemies a non-prosperous day. I have victory over my enemies every morning.
Because I obey the Lord and serve Him, my days will prosper! This is the day that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it! Amen!
WAR WORD FOR TODAY: “The rock-solid alibi of the enemy will now know the power of THE ROCK – THE ROCK OF SALVATION FOR MY PEOPLE, THE NATION AND THE NATIONS – ALL OTHER GROUND IS SINKING SAND. (Matthew 7:24-27) NOW I WILL CRUSH THE HEAD OF THE OPPRESSOR AND CRUSH THEIR ROCK-SOLID ALIBI’S AS POWDER. THIS IS MY MOVE SAYS THE LORD! THE WORD OF THE LORD COMES AS THE HAMMER TO CRUSH THE ENEMIES OF RIGHTEOUSNESS! (Psalm 18; Jeremiah 23:29 The Day of Divine Retribution and the judgment of Righteousness is released this day. Watch the dominoes fall. Exposed! Deposed! Dismantled and Dethroned. The structures are falling! (Isaiah 22:17-25) The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is moving in our lives and our land! Our Father in Heaven says, NOW, HIS WORD IS RUNNING SWIFTLY THIS DAY – HIS WORD IS ACCOMPLISHING AND COMPLETING IT’S MISSION (Isaiah 55:11). LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO – HE HAS REDEEMED US FROM THE HAND OF OUR ENEMIES (Psalm 107:2). NO MORE DESTINY THEIVES! NO MORE DEVOURING! (Ezekiel 36:13-15) DIVINE RETRIBUTION TO THE ENEMIES OF GOD – DIVINE RECOVERY! RESTITUTION, RECOMPENSE AND REWARD!

Promise of Restoration
ISAIAH 43
1 Now, this is what Yahweh says: “Listen, Jacob, to the One who created you, Israel, to the one who shaped who you are. Do not fear, for I, your Kinsman-Redeemer, will rescue you. I have called you by name, and you are mine. 2 When you pass through the deep, stormy sea, you can count on me to be there with you. When you pass through raging rivers, You will not drown. When you walk through persecution like fiery flames, you will not be burned; the flames will not harm you, 3 for I am your Savior, Yahweh, your Mighty God, the Holy One of Israel! I give up Egypt as the price to set you free, Cush and Seba in exchange to bring you back. 4 Since you are cherished and precious in my eyes, and because I love you dearly and want to honor you, I willingly give up nations in exchange for you— a man to save your life. 5 I am with you now, even close to you, so never yield to fear. I will bring your children from the east; from the west I will gather you. 6 I will say to the north, ‘Hand them over!’ and to the south, ‘Don’t hold them back!’ Bring me my sons from far away, my daughters from the ends of the earth! 7 Bring me everyone who is called by my name, the ones I created to experience my glory. I myself formed them to be who they are and made them for my glory.”
God’s Witness
8 Lead out those who have eyes but are blind, those who have ears but are deaf. 9 Let all the nations gather together and the people assemble. Which of their gods prophesied this? Which of them foretold what is about to happen? Let them bring out their witnesses to make their case; let them take the stand and testify, “It is true.” 10 Yahweh says, “You are my witnesses, my chosen servants. I chose you in order that you would know me intimately,
believe me always, and fully understand that I am the only God.
There was no god before me, and there will be no other god after me. 11 I, only I, am Yahweh, and there is no Savior-God but me.
12 I am the only one who revealed this to you. I saved you, foretold the future, and brought it to pass. It was not some foreign god who did this! You are my witnesses that I am God,” declares Yahweh. 13 “From the very beginning, I am the only God! No one can be snatched from my hand. When I choose to act, who can reverse it?”
God, Israel’s Protector
14 This is what Yahweh, your Kinsman-Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, says: “For your good, I will send for the Babylonians; I will bring them all as fugitives and turn the shouting of the Chaldeans into mourning. 15 I am Yahweh, your Holy One and your King,
the Creator of Israel.”
God Will Do a New Thing
16 Yahweh is the one who makes a way in the sea, a pathway in the mighty waters. 17 He destroyed chariots and horses and all their mighty warriors. They fell, never to rise again— gone forever, snuffed out like a wick. This is what he says: 18 “Stop dwelling on the past. Don’t even remember these former things. 19 I am doing something brand new, something unheard of. Even now it sprouts and grows and matures. Don’t you perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and open up flowing streams in the desert. 20 Wild beasts, jackals, and owls will glorify me. For I supply streams of water in the desert and rivers in the wilderness to satisfy the thirst of my people, my chosen ones, 21 so that you, whom I have shaped and formed for myself, will proclaim my praise. 22 Yet you did not call out to me, O Jacob. Are you so weary of me, O Israel? 23 You have not brought me your sheep for burnt offerings or honored me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you by requiring many grain offerings or wearied you with demands for frankincense.
24 You did not buy me fragrant calamus reeds or lavish me with the fat of your sacrifices. Instead, you have burdened me with your many sins and wearied me with your evil deeds. 25 I, yes I, am the One and Only, who completely erases your sins, never to be seen again. I will not remember them again. Freely I do this because of who I am! 26 Help me remember the past. Let’s debate! Bring me your version to prove your innocence. 27 Your earliest ancestor sinned, and your spokesmen rebelled against me. 28 So I brought disgrace on the holy priests of the holy sanctuary and brought destruction to Jacob, humiliation and scorn to Israel.
Yahweh, the Only True God
ISAIAH 44
1-2 “Now, listen to me, my servant Jacob, Israel, my chosen one. I am Yahweh, your Creator, who shaped you in my womb. Hear what I have to say to you: ‘Don’t fear. I will help you, O Jacob my servant,
Do not fear, my pleasing one, Israel. 3 I will pour refreshing water on the thirsty and streams on the dry ground. I will pour out my Spirit on your children, my blessing upon your descendants. 4 They will spring up like grass blanketing a meadow, like poplars growing by gushing streams. 5 One will say, “I belong to Yahweh.” Another will be called Jacob. Yet another will write on his hand “Property of Yahweh.” Another will adopt the name Israel.’” 6 The words of Yahweh, Israel’s true King and Kinsman-Redeemer, Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, says: “I am the Beginning and I am the Ending, and I am the only God there is. 7 Who is like me? Go ahead, stand and speak up. I’ll wait for him to announce it and explain it all to me! Who else has announced from everlasting what is to come? Let him prophesy what is yet to be. 8 Do not fear nor be shaken! Haven’t I foretold it, announcing it to you ahead of time? You are my witnesses, so tell me, is there any god besides me? There is no other Rock of shelter; I know not one.”
9 Idol-makers amount to nothing, and the things they treasure can do no one any good. They are witnesses with blind eyes who know nothing; they will be disgraced. 10 What kind of person would form an idol-god or cast an image with no ability to do any good? 11 No wonder those who worship them will be put to shame. Their craftsmen are only human beings. Let them all come together and take their stand. They will all be terrified and put to shame! 12 The blacksmith takes his tongs and heats it over the coals, forming it with hammers, forging it with his strong arm. But when he gets hungry, his strength ebbs away, and if he doesn’t drink water, he quickly grows weary. 13 The woodworker stretches out a measuring line, then marks it and fashions his idol-god with his carving tools.
Then he uses a stylus to trace it out on the wood and shapes it into the figure of a man, trying to make it look like a beautiful human
to be displayed somewhere in a shrine. 14 He chooses a cedar or a cypress or an oak, but first lets it grow strong in the forest. He plants a pine tree, and it is nourished by the rain. 15 The wood Serves man for fuel; some he uses to warm himself and with some he bakes his bread. But from this same wood he also makes a god to worship and bows down to the idol he formed. 16 Half of the wood he burns in the fire to roast his meat. Then he eats his fill and is satisfied. Part he uses to warm himself and says, “Ah, I’m warm and cozy sitting by the fire.” 17 With the rest of it he makes his idol-god, bows down to it, and worships it! He prays to it, saying, “Save me, for you are my god!” 18 They have no clue what they’re doing and don’t comprehend how absurd it is! For they shut their eyes so they cannot see. They close their hearts so they cannot understand. 19 They have no knowledge, no understanding, no discernment to say, “Half of the wood I burned in the fire. I roasted meat and cooked my dinner. Now should I take the rest of the wood and make it into an abomination? Should I bow down and worship a block of wood?” 20 He feeds his spirit on ashes! His deluded heart leads him astray. He can’t even ask himself, “Is this thing I’m holding in my right hand a fraud?”
God Never Forgets Israel
21 “Remember these things, O Jacob’s tribes, and Israel, you are my servant. I created you to be my servant, and I will never forget you!
22 I have swept away your sins like a thick cloud. I have made your guilt to vanish like mist disappearing into thin air. Now come back, come back to me, for I have paid the price for you.” 23 Sing! Starry sky above, break loose with singing, for Yahweh has finished it! Shout! Earth deep below, give up your shout! Mountains high, break out with joyous songs of praise! Let the forest choirs join in, with every tree singing its notes! For Yahweh has paid the ransom price for Jacob’s tribes, and he will be glorified in Israel!
God Is in Control
24 Here is what Yahweh, your Kinsman-Redeemer, who formed you in his womb, has to say: “I am Yahweh, Creator of all. I alone stretched out the canvas of the cosmos. I who shaped the earth needed no one’s help. 25 Now I make fools of fortune-tellers
and frustrate astrologers’ predictions. I confuse the wise, who think they know it all, and make their ‘knowledge’ into foolishness. 26 I confirm the word of my servants and fulfill the prophecies of my messengers. I say to Jerusalem, ‘Many people will live in you again,’
and to the cities of Judah, ‘I will raise up your ruins; you will be rebuilt!’ 27 I say to deep waters, ‘Dry up!’ and to rivers, ‘Become dry!’ 28 I say concerning Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd, and he will carry out all the purposes I have for him,’ saying to Jerusalem, ‘You will be rebuilt and flourish again!’ saying to the temple, ‘You will be reconstructed!’ (Isaiah 43:1 – 44:28)

PSALM 34
1 Lord! I’m bursting with joy over what you’ve done for me!
My lips are full of perpetual praise. 2 I’m boasting of you and all your works, so let all who are discouraged take heart. 3 Join me, everyone! Let’s praise the Lord together. Let’s make him famous!
Let’s make his name glorious to all. 4 Listen to my testimony: I cried to God in my distress and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears! 5 Gaze upon him, join your life with his, and joy will come.
Your faces will glisten with glory. You’ll never wear that shame-face again. 6 When I had nothing, desperate and defeated, I cried out to the Lord and he heard me, bringing his miracle-deliverance when I needed it most. 7 The angel of Yahweh stooped down to listen as I prayed, encircling me, empowering me, and showing me how to escape. He will do this for everyone who fears God. 8 Drink deeply of the pleasures of this God. Experience for yourself the joyous mercies he gives to all who turn to hide themselves in him. 9 Worship in awe and wonder, all you who’ve been made holy! For all who fear him will feast with plenty. 10 Even the strong and the wealthy grow weak and hungry, but those who passionately pursue the Lord will never lack any good thing. 11 Come, children of God, and listen to me. I’ll share the lesson I’ve learned of fearing the Lord: 12-13 Do you want to live a long, good life, enjoying the beauty that fills each day? Then never speak a lie or allow wicked words to come from your mouth. 14 Keep turning your back on every sin, and make “peace” your life motto. Practice being at peace with everyone. 15 The Lord sees all we do; he watches over his friends day and night. His godly ones receive the answers they seek
whenever they cry out to him. 16 But the Lord has made up his mind to oppose evildoers and to wipe out even the memory of them from the face of the earth. 17 Yet when holy lovers of God cry out to him with all their hearts, the Lord will hear them and come to rescue them from all their troubles. 18 The Lord is close to all whose hearts are crushed by pain, and he is always ready to restore the repentant one. 19 Even when bad things happen to the good and godly ones, the Lord will save them and not let them be defeated by what they face. 20 God will be your bodyguard to protect you when trouble is near. Not one bone will be broken.
21 Evil will cause the death of the wicked, for they hate and persecute the devoted lovers of God. Make no mistake about it:
God will hold them guilty and punish them; they will pay the penalty! 22 But the Lord has paid for the freedom of his servants,
and he will freely pardon those who love him. He will declare them free and innocent when they turn to hide themselves in him.”
