70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. The goodness of God is one of the most powerful weapons to break the resistance of the enemy in the hearts of men. Today, we have been given a strategic word and a mighty weapon of praise to war with over our nation. The Lord is pouring out His Goodness upon His people to bring a spirit of true repentance, revival, and transformation to our land. So, Arise, let your light shine releasing the glory, goodness, righteousness, and truth of God across our nation and into the state of New York.
“For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light, for the fruit that the light produces consists of every form of goodness, righteousness, and truth.”(Ephesians 5:8-9)

I was discussing with Betty upcoming events on the calendar. She said, “There is a trip to New York soon… we need boots on the ground. The assignment is to GO COMB THE HAIR OF NY…to COMB the area and remove the tangled places”. I saw myself standing on a street in NY with Betty on my left and Gail on my right. David and Anna were there somewhere… others too… we were all locked at the arms… our formation created a COMB. I could also see our feet, each with a unique kind of boot… like the boots were weapons…there were places we would all squeeze really close together to create a “FINE TOOTHED COMB” and other place we could space out for easier walking… but always locked arm in arm… always moving as one unit… New York is in a tangled mess … her hair needs to be combed…
3/7/19 Word of the Lord to New York – Betty Love:
“Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.” (Revelation 2:4-5; NIV)
“New York you are in a major identity crisis! You have been a gateway for the nations. Your laws are full of pork and you are losing you place, New York. Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place” I saw the foundation of the unrighteous government begin to crumble when the legislation was released in regard to abortion. It is the straw that broke the camel’s back. These laws are going to affect your economy and your seat on the world stage. This is a clear call to repentance! Even now on behalf of a righteous remnant, I am releasing My goodness to you.”
Prayer:
Father, on behalf of this nation of America and the state of New York, We love you, Lord, for your mercy never fails us. All our days have been held in your hands. Father, we come into agreement with your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation and state of New York. We call New York into the original intent of her birthright and destiny as ordained by Almighty God. Lord, plumb line this state in your righteousness. Let this state come to her senses and rise-up in her true identity. Let the foundation of all unrighteous government completely crumble in this state. Let your light shine in this state and expose the darkness. Mercy, Lord! Mercy Lord! Hear the cry of the righteous and bring the state of New York into your redemptive plan. We lift up the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth over this nation and the state of New York. Lord, draw the people unto salvation by your Spirit. Father, thank you for the righteous remnant that is still holding the line in New York. There is a war going on in the heavenlies and we are tearing down wicked principalities and we are raising up righteousness! There are revival houses in the land. Lord, pour out your loving-kindness on this state and let your goodness lead her to repentance. Hear the heart cry of your remnant! Let the worshipers in this state arise. New York, you are a battleground state. We say let the revolutionary spirit of the Lord be released within you! Lord, we release your light, righteousness, goodness, and truth to the state of New York. Lord, we join with the boots on the ground in New York, shoulder to shoulder, with weapons of righteousness we move through this state like a fine-toothed comb to remove the tangles from this state so that New York gets her hair combed. Lord, restore your light and glory as in the days of old to the state of New York. Father, you are faithful! WAR WORD: Our fullness of time has come! Give Birth Righteous Remnant to what you have been carrying. Does God bring to the point of delivery and not deliver. It is delivery time! The Lord has set eternity in your heart. El Olam has put His feet on this nation. El Olam is also within us so that we are not confined by time. Many of you will see and be a part of the global outpouring of the Lord that is bringing in the harvest of souls! The Lord is setting you in places and opening up the prophetic destiny of your life, your city, your state. He is showing you what will actually take place so that you can pick up the heart, the mind and the counsel of God and begin to decree into your sphere as if it has already been done. In the heart of our God, El Olam, it is finished!

52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 13: New York, June 21, 1788
In January 2019, New York passed a late term abortion bill. In February 2019, Amazon canceled plans to build its East Coast center in New York City. It was announced that murder rates in New York City were up 55 percent in 2019 compared to the same time frame in 2018. Later that month, an ice tsunami spawned by windstorm spurred evacuations along Lake Erie. Blistering winds and frigid temperatures in Upstate New York froze the water spray from Lake Ontario, turning homes along the beach into “ice houses.”
In March 2019, it was revealed that New York state auditors charged wealthy residents fleeing the state’s high taxes with a hefty bill to make up for a $2.3 billion budget deficit. Some experts predict that there are already signs New York City is headed for financial disaster, as many individuals and businesses are leaving the city for lower tax areas and city government spending is at an all-time high. They said the city could go bankrupt for the first time in 40 years.
Our Father in heaven,
When the prodigal son finally came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired men have more than enough food, while I am dying here of hunger! I will get up and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; just treat me like one of your hired men (Luke 15:17-19).”’
Father, You are the God of compassion. It is not Your will that one of these be lost (Matthew 18:14). We cry out for a spirit of repentance to be released in the state of New York. If there are come-to-your-senses angels, send them to New York! Open the eyes of the residents of New York! Send the angels with eye salve! Soften New York hearts for Your good work and send workers out into the harvest. New York! Look and see the goodness of the Lord! In Jesus Name, Amen.
