PRAYER COMMANDING THE MORNING:
Father, God, in the name of Jesus I declare Your Lordship over this
day. I command the morning to take hold of the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it (Job 38:12)
Lord, Your going forth is prepared as the morning, and we pray that You will come as the rain, the latter and former rain upon the earth (Hos. 6:3).
Let Your angels guard and protect me at night. Lord, give me deliverance in the night season (Acts 12:6-7).
Thank You, Father, for watching over my family and over me throughout the night. Thank You for giving your angels charge over us, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 91:11; 121:3).
Some trust in chariots and some trust in horses, but I remember that Father God, You are my God, You are my Source, You are my strength and I thank You, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 20:7).
Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I rise early to declare Your Lordship! I get under the covering and anointing of the early riser. I come in agreement with the heavens to declare Your glory. Lord, release the mysteries unto me to bring heaven down to earth. The stars (chief angels) are battling on my behalf ahead of time.
My appointed times have been set by God in the heavens. I declare spermatic words that will make contact with the womb of the morning and make her pregnant. At sunrise the dawn will give birth to the will of God, and light will shine on wickedness to shake it from the heavens. At twilight my enemies will flee, and newly found spoils will await me at my destination. My destiny is inevitable!
O God, let my prayers meet You this morning. I command the morning to open its ears unto me and hear my cry. Let conception take place so that prayer will rain down and be dispatched upon the earth to do Your will. I command the earth to get in place to receive heavenly instructions on my behalf. My lands are subdued. I command all the elements of creation to take heed and obey. As my praise resounds and the day breaks, the earth shall yield her increase unto me. I declare that the first light has come!
The first fruit of my morning is holy, and the entire day will be holy. I prophesy the will of God to the morning so that the first light will shake wickedness from the four corners of the earth. The Lines (my portion) are fallen on my behalf in pleasant (sweet, agreeable) places, and I have a secure heritage. I am strategically lined up with the ladder that touches the third heaven and sits on earth. The angels are descending and ascending according to the words that I speak. What I bind or loose on earth is already bound or loosed in heaven. Revelation, healing, deliverance, salvation, peace, joy, relationships, finances, and resources that have been demonically blocked are being loosed unto me now! What is being released unto me is transferring to every person that I associate myself with. I am contagiously blessed! As I command the morning and capture the day, time is being redeemed. The people of God have taken authority over the fourth watch of the day. The spiritual airways and highways are being hijacked for Jesus. The atmosphere of the airways over me, my family, my church, my community, my city, my state, my nation, and the world is producing a new climate. This new climate is constructing a godly stronghold in times of trouble. The thinking of people will be conducive to the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Every demonic agenda or evil thought pattern designed against the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven, is destroyed at the root of conception, in Jesus’ Name! I come into agreement with the saints as we have suffered violence, we take by force! No longer will we accept anything demonic that is dealt unto us in our days. I declare that the Kingdom has come, and the will of God will be done on earth as it in Heaven. As the sun rises today, let it shine favorably upon the people and the purposes of God. I declare and I decree, that I have the favor of God upon my life; God has given me favor, with everyone I come in contact with!!
Daily destiny is my portion because I have no thought for tomorrow. I am riding on the wings of the morning into a new day of victory. God, You separated the night and the day to declare my days, years, and seasons. I am the light of the earth, and I have been separated from darkness. This light declares my destiny! The Lord has given me dominion over the elements and all the work of His hands. He has placed them under my feet. Because I fear the name of the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, and I shall tread down the wicked until they become ashes under my feet. I commit to walk in this dominion daily. I decree and declare a new day, a new season, and a fresh anointing. As the ordinances of the constellations have received orders from God on my behalf, they shall manifest in the earth realm. The ingredients of my destiny are programmed into my days, years, and seasons. I bind every force that would attempt to capture my destiny illegitimately.
I plead the blood of Jesus over every principality, power, ruler of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places assigned against my purpose. I bind every destiny pirate, destiny thief, and destiny devourer in the Name of Jesus! They are dethroned and dismantled and have no influence over my days. Every curse sent against my days is reversed and boomeranged back to the pits of hell. I displaced the luciferian spirit. I bind every false light-bearer and counterfeit son of the morning. My prayers will disrupt dark plans and give my enemies a non-prosperous day. I have victory over my enemies every morning. Because I obey the Lord and serve Him, my days will prosper! This is the day that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it! Amen!

Marauders are being dealt with today. The Poverty spirit, the orphan spirit, illegitimacy and rejection. Just as I speak to My Body and say – the hand can’t say to the foot I don’t need you. Each one of you is necessary and needed. I am raising up true apostles in each mountain of society with in you that will truly do what apostles are sent to do – parent, protect, promote, provide and empower – with a sure foundation. Step into the light – love is moving in your midst to bring healing and true legitimacy! The Spirit of Adoption is released into you and upon you now.

• You may want to look up information about the territories. Ask Holy Spirit to give you a prayer strategy.
• Ask the Lord to release and continue to rebuild His wall of righteousness within our nation and the US Territories!

Prayer:
Father, we come into agreement with Your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation and all 16 US Territories. Thank you for the redemptive plan that You have ordained for our nation and the US Territories. We are thankful for the exact times and places that You have ordained for us to live. We ask that You use Your plumb line to align our nation and these US Territories in your righteousness. We call our nation and all 16 US Territories into the original intent of their birthright and destiny, as ordained by Almighty God. Lord, protect our borders and the natural resources of these territories. Release and rebuild Your wall of righteousness within our nation and within these Territories. Decree the above Scriptures. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: US TERRITORIES
WAR WORD FOR TODAY: THERE’S AN ARMY RISING- UP TO BREAK EVERY CHAIN! TODAY, AS THE ARMY IS RISING OUT OF THE WOMB OF THE DAWN, CHAINS ARE BROKEN! WE RELEASE THE FULL AUTHORITY AND THE POWER OF THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OVER OUR LIVES AND THIS NATION TO BREAK EVERY CHAIN! I HEAR THOSE CHAINS FALLING!
I woke up this morning with a song that we all know. Holy Spirit was resonating within me, “There’s an army rising up to break every chain, to break every chain, to break every chain”. Reformation is in our land!
We decree: “Liberty, Liberty, Liberty in the land. There is an army rising- up to break every chain! It is Finished! His Truth is Marching On! The Lord is the Defender of the United State of America – we are on the offensive! We/I see those chains falling! Chains are broken! We are the army rising -up out of the Womb of the Dawn to set the captives free, and to see us come into liberty. Every chain and every bond is broken in our lives, in our territories, tents, treasuries in every land. Every bond and anything that has blocked, perverted or diverted the plan of Almighty God for us personally, corporately, territorially, generationally and even as a nation is broken by power of the name of Jesus Christ.” We decree: “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and by His blood that territorial spirits are bound and blocked from our lives, land and spheres of influence. We release the power of the blood of Jesus Christ into the believer’s bloodlines. Father, we decree and declare, let familiar spirits be uprooted, torn down, destroyed, completely overthrown and driven out. We cast out territorial spirits today. We drive out generational spirits In Jesus name. We decree over the army of the Lord: “No longer will those spirits grab our bloodline. No longer will territorial spirits rise- up to take dominion over the sons of God.” We decree: “The victory of the Lord Jesus Christ into every sphere of our lives.” We decree “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy all the works of the devil.” (1John 3:8b) We decree: “The works of the enemy are undone, outdone and overdone in Jesus name.” We decree: “No works of the enemy will be able to operate in our lives or spheres of influence. We release the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of God to come through us on earth as it is in heaven establishing the Kingdom rule and reign of the Lord Jesus Christ. –Seventy-five people in Puerto Rico were indicted in February 2019 for allegedly running a multimillion-dollar drug trafficking ring that including selling hard drugs in public housing complexes and throwing bodies of victims to caimans.
–Four people were charged in a scheme to bilk federal disaster funds in the US Virgin Islands.
— In August 2019, Director of American Samoa’s Homeland Security, Samana Ve’ave’a Samana, commended the authorities in Samoa for catching a Vietnamese woman who arrived from Fiji with her final destination being American Samoa. Samana said the drug problem in American Samoa is “almost out of control” and to hear news that Samoan authorities have intercepted illegal drugs heading to the U.S. territory is commendable.
–In January 2020, Puerto Rico refers to the Department of Justice an investigation into a warehouse full of unused emergency supplies from Hurricane Maria. Several government officials have been fired. Angry protesters demand the president’s resignation.
PRAYER:
Oh Father,
We thank You for shining on a light in the darkness and exposing these evils. On reading of all this corruption, we cling to Your promise: The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever (Psalm 37:29).
We declare: The Lord reigns, let the earth rejoice; Let the many islands and coastlands be glad (Psalm 97:1). Therefore, in the east honor the Lord! In the coasts and islands of the west honor the name of the Lord, the God of Israel (Isaiah 24:15). Sing to the Lord a new song, Sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, You islands and coastlands, and those who inhabit them, sing His praise (Isaiah 42:10)!
Oh Father, we cry out, Bring to light the secret things that are hidden in darkness and disclose the motives of the hearts (1 Corinthians 4:5). Support those territorial residents whose hearts are completely Yours (2 Chronicles 16:9) and grant them a sevenfold fullness of Your Spirit, that they may shine like a city on a hill. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
