I AM your El Gibbor and I have raised up My Gideons to deal with your unholy altars and high places. State of Washington, I have set a time and remembered you. The land living in darkness has seen the great light – hear the Words of Isaiah and Zechariah:
“No more gloom for those who are in distress! Although the Lord greatly humbled the regions of Zebulun and Naphtali, he will one day bestow upon them great honor—from the Mediterranean eastward to the other side of the Jordan and throughout the Galilee of the gentiles. WAR WORD FOR TODAY: Decree: The darkness that has covered you and the altars in the high places will come tumbling down. I take hold of you today to bring you into the destiny ordained for you since before the foundations of the earth. You will know the power of My right hand. Your mountains will be shaken and the Evergreen State will recognize her true identity in me. I am opening the wells of revival stored within you. My majesty will be seen in your land – I will deal with your death culture and structures. Here comes the glory of the Lord sweeping in the room. Heaven is open now! You call yourself a green state – Now, you will know what green really is. Restoration comes to you now – You will hold out the word of truth. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 43: Washington, November 11, 1889
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
To the Remnant Rising,
We have aligned together in battle array during this 70 Day Decree assignment with a mighty weapon: The Righteousness of Our God in Christ Jesus. The Lord clearly revealed to me that this righteous decree is as much for the remnant of His people as it is for the nation. The Lord is raising up a mighty army in this new era fully aligned with His Kingdom plan and purposes that will walk in humility and surrender unto to Him. It is not about our agenda, but it is about the Kingdom of God coming on earth as it is in Heaven. We are at a critical point in this nation. Our destiny has been hanging in the balance. We must stand together “AS ONE” for the Lord’s redemptive plan for the United States of America in this hour! His righteousness that dwells within every born-again believer is the very plumbline that will bring us into alignment for the assignments that He has for us personally and corporately.
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing — Life forevermore.” (Psalm 133; NKJV)
Hebraically, this is one of the most powerful warfare passages in Scripture! To dwell together in unity actually means that “you align together in judgment and wait in ambush to overtake the enemy that is in your path. We all need to recognize that our struggle is not against flesh and blood. The enemy’s plan has always been to divide, conquer and completely destroy the Body of Christ and this nation.
I received this prophetic word from the Lord on 9/5/2018:
“I change not, my shadow still heals. You can go the political route or you can come my way. You can come up on my highway above the fray.”
This does not mean that we do not raise our voices and be active in the governmental mountain or the other mountains of society. WE NEED TO BE THE VOICE OF THE LORD LIKE NEVER BEFORE. What it does mean is that we do not take offense, get caught up in accusation and the political machine of the enemy. We must operate from that seated place above in Christ Jesus, holding on to faith and a good conscience. It is important we stay on the highway of holiness (Isaiah 35). We need to speak the truth in love with words and wisdom that come from the Lord Himself that our adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict. Real repentance and lasting change are going to come from the outpouring of God’s goodness and loving-kindness upon a society that has lost the awe of God. So many in our nation do not know what it is to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The righteous decree is a catalyst for the very outpouring of the Presence and Power of God necessary to turn this nation unto salvation! So, let us operate not as civilians in the earth, but as true citizens and ambassadors of Christ from the Kingdom that is above!

Let this state be built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with the Lord Jesus Christ as the chief Cornerstone.

“Chuck called me early this morning He said, ‘I have a word. I don’t know anything about it, but I just keep hearing this word. The word is “overshadow”’ …. If God is saying ‘overshadow,’ then He is about to bring forth something. And He is going to hover until it happens and releases seeds. He is going to release a deposit of life and bring forth.” As I was meditating on this, I saw a puzzle, but the puzzle was not put together. It was just pieces of a puzzle that were just sort of haphazardly laying on the table, like you would when you were going to put it together, but it was not in any kind of shape yet. I heard the Lord say, ‘I am coming to bring order to the Church in Washington… I am coming to bring order, and I am going to be taking the pieces of the puzzle and putting them into my arrangement so that there is a new release of life in the state of Washington.’…I saw Him pick up the pieces of the puzzle and then begin to deposit them. And when He finished, it was all in order. It was all right. I see these puzzle pieces right now. I see this same conglomeration of things flying around. I see them as words. They are not puzzlepieces that I see right now; they are words. I see confusion and just curses—words and all this garbage in the atmosphere. Our nation is unified by a common vision, as set out by our founding fathers, but now that is evolving into competing visions. Our nation is also unified by transportation, and our transportation system has been afflicted.
As home to Boeing, Washington is a transportation leader in our nation. On March 13, 2019, President Donald Trump announced an emergency order from the Federal Aviation Administration grounding Boeing 737 Max jets in the wake of an Ethiopian Airlines crash Sunday and a Lion Air accident in October that together killed 346 people. Boeing is currently overhauling flight-control software that played a role in the two crashes, pushing the noses of the planes down based on faulty sensor readings.
There were multiple transportation events during the 70 Days 2019. These events were marked by two bookends–public parades supporting our President and our nation in Washington DC. On February 23, men and women on horses rode through the streets of the nation’s capital in support of President Donald Trump and his efforts to build a wall on the U.S. southern border with Mexico. On April 18, the 244th anniversary of Paul Revere’s ride, President Trump spoke to the Wounded Warrior Bike Ride.
Between these two bookends, there was much drama:
February 27–131 car pile-up in Wisconsin, one death.
March 4–United Express regional jet missed the runway in a Maine snowstorm. No deaths.
March 5–A Regal Princess cruise ship rescued two survivors on a plane crash in the Atlantic Ocean.
March 12—-Authorities say a 4-year-old boy and his grandparents were rescued after their small plane crashed in southern Illinois.
March 24–Up to 50 cars piled up on California Freeway 5, leaving several injured.
March 31—-Two U.S. Marine Corps pilots died after the AH-1Z Viper helicopter they were flying crashed near Yuma, Arizona, during a routine training mission.
April 4–An ExpressJet Airlines flight was diverted to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport after a pair of cockpit screens reportedly went blank before reaching its intended destination, no injuries.
April 9–A Japanese F-35 stealth fighter jet, manufactured by Lockheed Martin, with one pilot on board, unexpectedly disappeared from radar while on a training mission over the Pacific.
PRAYER:
Creator God,
At creation, You said, “Let there be an expanse of the sky in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters below the expanse from the waters above the expanse (Genesis 1:6).” You laid the foundations of the earth. You determined its measurements. You laid its cornerstone, when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy (Job 38:4-7).
We are in awe of who You are. We are in awe of the mystery of Your creation. We have defiled the atmosphere in Washington by words of confusion, words of chaos, and words of cursing. Have mercy.
We stand in agreement with Your prophets and ask You to overshadow the state of Washington, just as Your Spirit hovered and brooded over the face of the waters at creation. We call forth Your word and Your voice. God’s kingdom, come to Washington. God’s will, be done in Washington! God’s order, come forth in the state of Washington. Come to the church in Washington.
You are bringing order to the state of Washington, and we rejoice. You are taking the puzzle pieces into a new arrangement, a new release of life. We speak to the “puzzle pieces” of the Boeing flight control software and declare, Order! Life!
We speak to the “puzzle pieces” throughout our transportation system in America, and decree, Order! Life!
We speak to the atmosphere of the United States of America and decree, Unity! Unity in the heavens, on the earth, and under the earth. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

STUMPING: Stumping generally refers to candidates’ political speeches. Politicians on the campaign trail are said to be stumping, as they cross the country delivering speeches and attending rallies. A stump speech, the linchpin of stumping, is designed to persuade audiences to support a candidate, through voting and campaign donations. Stumping is also sometimes used in other contexts, but usually refers to the political sense. Stumping is accompanied by long tradition, with most candidates hiring specific staff members to write and refine speeches, and a substantial portion of campaign funds being used to support stumping trips.
