Acknowledge the spiritual and civic covenants He established at Jamestown, Cape Henry, and Philadelphia. Thank Him for them. Declare America is re-covenanted to Him. Ask for a re-establishing of covenant with Him in your part of the nation.
1ST TOUR OF DUTY: 70 Day Decree 2019
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. To the Remnant Rising,
“Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, The plans of His heart from generation to generation. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance. (Psalm 33:8-12; NASB)
“Our children will also serve Him. Future generations will hear about the wonders of the Lord. His righteous acts will be told to those not yet born. They will hear about everything he has done.” (Psalm 22:30-31; NLT)
Let’s look at this quote and a letter from Elias Boudinot who was born in the state of Pennsylvania. He served as President of Congress; signed the peace treaty to end the American Revolution; first attorney admitted to the US Supreme Court bar; framer of the bill of rights; and was the director of the US Mint.
“Let us enter on this important business under the idea that we are Christians on whom the eyes of the world are now turned… Let us earnestly call and beseech Him, for Christ’s sake, to preside in our councils… We can only depend on the all-powerful influence of the Spirit of God, Whose Divine aid and assistance it becomes us as a Christian people most devoutly to implore. Therefore, I move that some minister of the Gospel be requested to attend this Congress every morning . . . in order to open the meeting with prayer.”
A letter to his daughter:
You have been instructed from your childhood in the knowledge of your lost state by nature – the absolute necessity of a change of heart and an entire renovation of soul to the image of Jesus Christ – of salvation through His meritorious righteousness only – and the indispensable necessity of personal holiness without which no man shall see the Lord [Hebrews 12:14]. Father, let justice and righteousness flow through this state overturning injustices and division. Remove the trauma of war, innocent bloodshed, broken covenants and division from this land and bring complete healing. Let the blood of Jesus Christ speak over and cleanse this state of all defilement and unrighteousness. We pray for righteous authorities to be established throughout the state. 2nd TOUR OF DUTY: Pennsylvania WAR WORD: IT IS FINISHED!
“His spiritual seed shall serve him. Future generations will hear from us about the wonders of the Sovereign Lord. 31 His generation yet to be born will glorify him. And they will all declare, “It is finished!” (Psalm 22:30-31; TPT) (It is finished – Hebrew word, ASAH)
“Posterity shall serve Him; they shall tell of the Lord to the next generation. 31 They shall come and shall declare His righteousness to a people yet to be born—that He has done it [that it is finished]!” (Psalm 22:30-31; AMPC)
ASAH (Hebrew) it is finished, to complete, to create, to work, to build, to execute, to keep, to commit, to bring to perfection, to make war, and to avenge.
“So, when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” John 19:30; NKJV)
“It is finished,” which is one of Jesus’ most important statements, is translated from the single Greek word tetelestai. This word comes from the root word telos – the goal, the end, the completion. The grammatical structure of the Greek word, perfect passive indicative, is very important. The perfect tense indicates that the progress of an action has been completed and the result of that action is ongoing and with full effect.
“When Jesus shouted, “It is finished!” the Hebrew word is “ASAH which means to complete, to create, to bring to perfection, to make war, and to avenge. In essence Jesus, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, roared triumphantly “ASAH! Accomplished! I have avenged and made war. I have brought her to perfection. Asah! The Lord says, I have made war! I have avenged! I have created! I have made a way! Come forth new creation! It is finished!
Stand in your place of authority and in every sphere of influence: your territories, tents, treasuries, land, seed, blessing, gates, cities, states, nation and nations. Come into agreement with the word of God, every rhema word, true prophetic word, vision ,dream, promise and the proceeding word that God has spoken and is speaking to you personally, to us corporately over our nation and decree, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, “IT IS FINISHED”! Regardless of what is looks like, the Lord is calling us to stand in faith at the end of fulfillment of the promise before it manifest – See it fulfilled and decree that It is finished! Our God is the God who calls those things that are not as though were. So, we stand, in faith, believing and decree – IT IS FINISHED!

PULL IT INTO REALITY! “Through faith’s power they conquered kingdoms and established true justice. Their faith fastened onto their promises and pulled them into reality!” (Hebrews 11:33; TPT)

It was faith that shut the mouth of lions, 34 put out the power of raging fire, and caused many to escape certain death by the sword. In their weakness their faith imparted power to make them strong! Jesus is the author and finisher, the Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and the End, The First and the Last. Before the foundation of the earth the Lamb was slain. He makes known the end from the beginning!

‘The Land Of The Free And The Home Of The Brave’
When Francis Scott Key wrote the words “the land of the free and the home of the brave” in 1814, he did so in a poem called “The Defense of Fort McHenry.” The battle of Fort McHenry in Baltimore was a decisive one in which Americans truly demonstrated bravery and fought for freedom.
