We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Illinois, you are the Lord’s apostolic state. You are a place of government where plans are given. You are a prototype of what God wants to do in the rest of the nation. Illinois, you understand your times and seasons. Let that Issachar anointing awaken with you, Illinois. Reform is upon you in many areas, because I AM is calling for righteous reform. We decree that not only in the state of Illinois, but throughout this nation, that righteous reform is established on earth as it is in heaven. Chicago, there is innocent blood crying out from your streets. There are areas in your city that have reached their vertical limit. They are death zones above the vertical limit of endurance where the human body cannot survive for long. There are war-torn places within you where darkness rules. I’ve searched through your city and I’ve found a righteous remnant, Chicago. I have heard the cry of the mothers and the grandmothers and the brothers and the sisters. The blood of Christ speaks a better word. And I am raising up righteous reformers in your darkest hour. I’ll remove the defilement from your land and break the agreement with the death culture.
This was a now word given over Illinois. I want you to Selah over this word, because Illinois was the hardest state last year when I prepared for the 70 Days teaching for that day. I was in so much travail over this state of Illinois and especially Chicago.
I want to take this prophetic word that the Lord gave me for Chicago and I want to prophesy it over Washington State, New York, and California, over every state and every city in our nation where the spirit of death and infirmity is trying to take hold, and where fear is trying to run rampant. I want to prophesy it and I want you to come into agreement, because we are one in this. United States of America, cities in this nation, there is innocent blood crying out from your streets. There are areas in your cities, America, that have reached their vertical limit. These are death zones above the vertical limit of endurance where the human body cannot survive for long. There are war-torn places within you where darkness rules. I have searched through your cities, through your states, and through your nation and I have found a righteous remnant. In your darkest hour I am raising up righteous reformers. Asah Asah Asah Asah Asah Asah Asah Asah. It is finished. I will remove the defilement from your land and break the agreement with the death culture. Father God, we ask you to pour out your love and Spirit of Adoption upon the cities and the states across America and upon the state of Illinois. Let the ungodly structures and rulers be overturned. Righteousness exalts a city, state, and nation. Chicago, state of Illinois, cities throughout the United States of America, states, U.S. territories, we prophesy unto you, You’re about to get a new heart and a new set of lungs. I am releasing a second wind upon you and the breath of my Spirit is going to breathe new life into you. We decree: The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and the ears attentive to their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them and he delivers them from all of their troubles. He delivers them from death and disease and sickness and the works of the devil, and the devil himself. He delivers us even now as a nation.
Illinois, there is an apostolic prophetic army that is rising within you now. United States of America, there is an apostolic prophetic army that has risen within you now, an Ekklesia army to legislate heaven in your gates. We decree: The gates of hell will not prevail against the state. The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church. The gates of hell will not prevail against our cities and our states and our nation, on earth as it is in heaven. Cities are going to be saved and transformed. There is a harvest of righteousness appointed for you, Illinois. There is a harvest of righteousness appointed for you, United States of America, and It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. Whoah!
Demons are going to be disempowered in a new way. Breakthroughs are coming. Deliverance has come. People are being set free. On the battlefield, there is going to come a turning of the tide because the apostolic order goes to another level of connection. Agree with me right now. Lord, we just tear down everything that the enemy has brought and will try to bring. We not only tear down what he has done already, we tear down what he is trying to do. We say, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth that there is not going to be a successful disenfranchising. There is not going to be any disconnecting. There is not going to be any altering of the time or the season of the decree of God. Every ministry, every church, every born-again believer, everyone is going to be afforded the opportunity. The Lord says to go to another level of connecting across denominational lines, racial lines, gender lines. I am going to do it all, He says. I am going to connect you at another level. Streams are going to come together. The Lord says the grace is coming on the place. The grace is coming on the place. The grace to come together is coming on our nation even now. For I say, You’ve been here and you’ve been there, but I’m giving you the grace to come on the place. And the supernatural abundance of alignment is falling on this nation. I say, Let it begin and watch things change, saith the Lord.
We decree there is a connecting of the Body of Christ coming in the state of Illinois, coming in this nation, going to another level. God is snapping things into alignment. He’s healing dislocation and broken places and snapping them back. He is mending the nets so he can bring a great harvest to the state of Illinois and to the nation of America and to the nations of the earth. The Lord says, I am going to have a net that will not fail this time. I am going to have a net that can hold the harvest. I’m going to have a net that won’t let one fish out. Just like the Lord, you’ll be able to say, Of those you’ve given to me not one has been lost except the son of perdition, that the scriptures might be fulfilled. I’m telling you, you’re going to go to another level of getting fish, keeping fish, mentoring fish, discipling fish, because you’re going to have a healthy net, says the Lord.
Chuck Pierce prophesied this and we have come into the now of it. Little did I know what it said because I had not read this. You’re hearing it with me. Let me say unto you, three nets being cast yesterday, out of the transcript. A dragnet for the enemy. A net to bring in the harvest. And a net to bring in your supply and your provision, fishing on the right side of the boat. You can’t make it up. Let the word of God and the decree of the righteous come alive in this state and in our nation and fulfill their assignments. Lord, we ask you to plumb line the state of Illinois and our nation in her seven mountains of society in your righteousness.

Blessing is the anointing of God to release increase, prosperity, and the multiplication of all that is good and pleasant in life.
CHAPTER 3: GOD’S CYCLE OF BLESSING
God’s blessings come to us when we are linked into His cycles of life. God wants to lock you into cycles of blessing, growth, and increase. He has a cycle of victory for you today. God’s desire is for you to break out of every cycle of destruction and into His cycle of blessing.
THREE CYCLES OF BLESSING: Weekly Shabbat, Monthly First Fruit: Rosh Chodesh, Yearly Cycles of Life
Three Cycles of Blessing God introduced three very important cycles for His people in the Bible, which were DESIGNED TO break the power of the enemy and draw them closer to God with an ever-increasing revelation of His blessing.
The Bible describes two kinds of rest: Sabbath Rest and Dominion Rest.
CHAPTER 4-GOD’S YEARLY CYCLE OF LIFE (Robert Heidler)
Now that we have a more in-depth understanding of God’s weekly cycle (Shabbat), we must also grasp the importance of God’s yearly cycle, which focuses on three key “appointed times” that impart great meaning in our lives. The Bible calls these appointed times, the Feasts of the Lord.
WHAT ARE GOD’S APPOINTED TIMES?
GOD’S APPOINTED TIMES ARE DESCRIBED IN MANY PASSAGES SUCH AS IN EXODUS 23: 14-17, AS PARAPHRASED: THREE TIMES A YEAR YOU ARE TO CELEBRATE A FEAST TO ME… CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD (PASSOVER)… CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF HARVEST (PENTECOST)… AND CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF INGATHERING (TABERNACLES).
CHAPTER 5 ROSH CHODESH – THE BLESSINGS OF FIRST FRUITS (Robert Heidler)
“If we are not experiencing what the Bible promises, the reason is because we are not doing what the Bible instructs us to do. Many things in the Bible that have not been part of our religious traditions were stolen from us in the Dark Ages. But the good news is: God is restoring them to us. One of the things God wants to restore to His people is the blessing of Rosh Chodesh!
What is Rosh Chodesh?
Rosh Chodesh is Hebrew for “head of the month,” which is a joyful celebration to the Lord held on the first day of every Hebrew month. Rosh Chodesh is a time to gather together and seek God. The Scriptures sometimes call this celebration a “new moon” festival, which sounds strange to many Christians. In ancient times pagans worshipped the moon; and even today, astrologers use the sun, moon, and stars to predict the future. We don’t want to have anything to do with astrology, so why would the Bible call Rosh Chodesh a new moon festival?
Understanding the Signs in the Sky
“The truth is that the sun, moon, and stars were established by God and set in place to reveal His glory. In Psalm 8 we read in part, “O LORD, our Lord… You have displayed Your splendor above the heavens… When I considered Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and stars, which You have ordained… O LORD, our Lord, How majestic is Your Name in all the earth!”
In Job 9: 8-10, we read, “God alone stretches out the heavens… He is the Maker of the Bear and Orion, the Pleiades & the constellations of the south.
In Psalm 19: 1 David writes: “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.” Clearly, the Scriptures validate there is nothing evil or occult about the sun, the moon, or the constellations. They are part of God’s creation.”
“The enemy has simply tried to pervert what God has made. The heavens were designed to point us to God, but Satan has enticed mankind to use the heavens for an ungodly purpose. His strategy for this is called astrology. The science of astrology is man’s attempt to discern the future from the stars and gain revelation without having to seek God or hear His voice. Astrology is a form of divination, which is a sin. If you dabble in horoscopes, you are disobeying God’s Word and opening the door to demonic oppression in your life. Unfortunately many Christians have been so focused on avoiding astrology; they’ve looked at the heavens as something evil.
God gave us the heavens as one of His good gifts to provide us with revelation of who He is and to remind us of the times God has established for us to seek Him.
Genesis 1: 14 God says, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate day from night, and let them be for signs and for seasons.”
This verse uses two significant words to describe the heavens. First, God says the heavens are there to provide signs. The Hebrew word is oth, which means “a signal, omen, or warning.” So we know that God gives warnings and signals in the heavens. The wise men saw a bright star in the east, which was a signal from God that the Messiah had come. The Bible says that in the last days there will be “signs in sky.” (Acts 2: 19, Mt. 24: 30.)
The other word used here is seasons. The Hebrew word is mo’ed, which means an “appointed time, an appointment, a fixed time or season.” Mo’ed is the same word used for a biblical feast or festival. God tells us that the stars are there to mark our seasons and, more particularly, to remind us of the “appointed times” to meet with Him.
The heavens are a revelation of God’s times. The Jews understood this. When we want to know what day it is, we look at the calendar hanging on the wall.
When the Jews wanted to know what day it was, they looked at the sky. Unfortunately, most of us have forgotten how to read the skies. God arranged the sun, moon, and stars in the heavens to establish His times in our lives.
God’s Clock in the Sky
The Bible teaches that the sun, moon and stars are positioned by God for a purpose. The Jews saw the universe as a giant clock, designed to reveal God’s appointed times.
The days are marked by the cycle of the sun and the time of day is marked by the sun’s position in the sky. As you count the days, you come into God’s weekly cycle: Shabbat. God said, “Count off six days, and rest on the seventh.”
Then 12 times a year He arranged for the moon to go through a complete cycle, which divided our year into 12 months. The word month comes from the same root as the word moon.
A month, originally, was the time it took the moon to go through a complete cycle. Each new month began when the “new moon” appeared overhead, beginning another lunar cycle. So every month the Jews watched for the new moon to appear. When the new moon was visible in the sky, the Jews made the declaration, “The new month has begun!” (So a “new moon” festival is really a “new month” festival.) That was the signal to begin a joyful celebration to the Lord called Rosh Chodesh, which was a time to gather with the prophets and gain revelation for the month ahead!
Rosh Chodesh & the Firstfruits Principle
Rosh Chodesh is an expression of the firstfruits principle, which is something else many Christians don’t understand. In order to live in the blessings of Rosh Chodesh, we must understand the concept of firstfruits.
Deuteronomy 26 tells us that when Israel entered the Promised Land and received their first harvest in the land, they were to put the first portion of that harvest in a basket and take it to God’s sanctuary. There, they were to give the firstfruits of their harvest to the priest and publicly declare the goodness and faithfulness of God. They honored Him by giving the first of the harvest.
Deuteronomy 26: 19 (AMP) “The Lord will make you high above all nations which he has made, in praise, and in fame, and in honor; and you shall be a people holy to the Lord.” That is an incredible blessing to receive for one basket of produce. From this we recognize that firstfruits truly is a major key to living in the favor and prosperity of God.
Why Was First Fruits Important in the eyes of God? When Israel brought in the harvest, one-tenth of the whole crop was to be given to God as a tithe.
The firstfruits’ amount was much less than that, often just one sheaf of wheat. Yet, this smaller portion opened the door to a massive blessing. The First Is Always Special! To comprehend the significance of firstfruits, we must understand that in all of life, there’s something very special about the first! We’ve all been to restaurants and businesses and seen a dollar bill in a frame on the wall next to the cash register labeled: “Our First Dollar.” In the frame is the very first dollar that business ever made. Since that time, many more dollars have come into the business after that one, and none of them were framed, because the “first” dollar is special. We recognize that is true in most things. All of us remember who built the first airplane, but very few know who built the second airplane. We remember that Neal Armstrong was the first human being to set foot on the moon, but few remember the name of the man in the moonlander with him. Who was the second human being on the moon? The correct answer is: Buzz Aldrin. We can all remember our first car, our first date, and our first kiss. The first is special!
The best way to honor God is to give Him our first of everything. Giving the first expresses honor.key to living in the favor and prosperity of God. Why was firstfruits so important in God’s eyes? When Israel brought in the full harvest, one-tenth of the whole crop was to be given to God as Firstfruits is honoring God by giving back to Him the first and best of all He has given us!
FIRSTFRUITS AND THE TITHE:
Many assume that if they tithe, they are giving the firstfruits. That is not the case. Tithing is one kind of giving. Firstfruits is something very different. The Bible actually describes three categories of giving.
Nehemiah 12: 44: “Men were appointed to be in charge of the storerooms for the contributions (or offerings), firstfruits and tithes.”
Nehemiah 10: 35-39
1. Firstfruits Giving. Verse 35 tells us, “bring to the house of the Lord the firstfruits of our crops and of every fruit tree… the firstborn of our cattle… the first of our ground meal, our grain, the fruit of our trees and of our new wine and oil.”
2. Tithes. Verse 37 continues, “and bring a tithe of our crops to the Levites… The Levites receive the tithes.”
3. Contributions (or Offerings). Verse 39 tells them to also, “bring contributions of grain, new wine and oil… (Offerings are voluntary expressions of thanksgiving.)
Sometimes people ask me this: “I tithe, but why don’t I see the full level of God’s blessing the Bible promises?” One answer is that tithing is just part of the picture. The tithe is 10% of your income given in obedience to God. God has claimed the tithe as His own. Technically speaking, you don’t give a tithe, you pay a tithe. The tithe is like a tax you pay as a citizen of the Kingdom. The contribution or offering is anything given as an expression of thanksgiving to God as an act of worship in acknowledgement of God’s blessing. The firstfruits offering is a special way to honor God. By giving God the first of what you receive, you acknowledge that He is truly first in your life, and is honored above everything else you hold special. Specific blessings are promised for all three kinds of giving, but the fullness of blessing is released when we worship Him with all three.
SIGNIFICANCE OF FIRSTFRUITS
Firstfruits giving accomplishes three things:
1. It honors God as your source, which is a declaration that God has blessed you.
2. It sanctifies (makes holy) the rest of your income. Rom. 11: 16 says, “If the firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy.”
3. It releases the fullness of God’s blessing. Ezek. 44: 30 says, “Give the first portion… So a blessing may rest on your household.”
Prov. 3: 9-10 promises that if you “honor the Lord… with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.
