70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

John 17:21-26 New King James Version (NKJV)
21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
24 “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. 26 And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

WISDOM OF GOD! I AM imparting My wisdom! I AM dealing with Leviathan and the clamouring spirits that are speaking out in the land. I will shut the mouth of the lion and cut off the voice of the clamouring spirits! I will cut up Leviathan and stop the operation of this spirit in this nation. Decree and let it be established! “I AM changing the face of the Church. I AM releasing My Glory, Light, and Manifestation. I AM bringing my people into a place of Sanctuary. Changing Culture –Shaping History. Wisdom will run in the Sanctuary today…Wisdom will run in the House…Like a tidal wave… Wisdom and Understanding… I was blind but now I see.” (Word of the Lord Blove 5/10/15)
“I can see u surrounded by glasses. Optical glasses. I see a vision center, and He is the center! Jesus is CEO and COA (center of attention). As the degrees of difficulty arise in the nation u guys are eyes to the body, I hear you saying yes it is difficult but look higher look higher! The church has chosen to believe they have ADD, but I hear the Lord saying He is about to add to our number! CEO AND COA IS ABOUT TO START INCREASING VISION TO WHAT APPEARS TO BE PERISHING SALVATION SALVATION SALVATION!! I see many coming for a vision check up. Without it the people perish and cast off restraint” (Word of the Lord, Clay Vance 2015)
WISDOM is the knowledge and ability to make the right choice at the right time (opportune/karios time) This is also the wisdom to speak the right words at the right time!
“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:20-21: NIV)
“For I will give you words and wisdom that none of your adversaries will be able to resist or contradict” (Luke 21:15; NIV)
CLAMOUR: A loud noise or outcry; a hubbub. A vehement expression of discontent or protest. To make a loud sustained noise or outcry. To make insistent demands or complaints. To exclaim insistently and noisily. To influence or force by clamoring. A loud and confused noise, especially that of people shouting vehemently.

“Do not forget the clamor of Your adversaries, the tumult of Your opponents that goes up constantly.” (Psalm 74:23)
“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and CLAMOUR, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” ( Ephesians 4:31-32 )
‘For God is my King from of old, Working salvation in the midst of the earth. 13You divided the sea by Your strength; You broke the heads of the sea serpents in the waters. 14You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces, And gave him as food to the people inhabiting the wilderness. 15You broke open the fountain and the flood; You dried up mighty rivers. 16The day is Yours, the night also is Yours; You have prepared the light and the sun. 17You have set all the borders of the earth; You have made summer and winter. 18Remember this, that the enemy has reproached, O Lord, And that a foolish people has blasphemed Your name. 19Oh, do not deliver the life of Your turtledove to the wild beast! Do not forget the life of Your poor forever. 20Have respect to the covenant; For the dark places of the earth are full of the haunts of cruelty. 21Oh, do not let the oppressed return ashamed! Let the poor and needy praise Your name. 22Arise, O God, plead Your own cause; Remember how the foolish man reproaches You daily. 23Do not forget the voice of Your enemies; The tumult of those who rise up against You increases continually. (Psalm 74:12-23; NKJV)
“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; 4 through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures. 5 A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength; 6 for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers. 7 Wisdom is too high for a fool; in the assembly at the gate he has nothing to say.” (Prov 24:3-7;NIV)
RECEIVE THE 7-FOLD SPIRIT OF THE LORD – BE FILLED WITH SPIRIT OF WISDOM…
“A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit. 2 The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him — the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord — 3 and he will delight in the fear of the Lord. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; 4 but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. 5 Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist. (Isaiah 11:1-5; NIV)
“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. 18 I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, 20 which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. 22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, 23 which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.” (Ephesians 1:17-23; NIV)
“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, 11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. 13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” (Colossians 1:9-23; NIV)
RELEASE THE MANIFOLD WISDOM OF GOD INTO YOUR SPHERES!
“His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, 11 according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. 12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.” (Ephesians 3:10-13; NIV)
RULE IT WITH JOY! RECEIVE THE WISDOM OF GOD THAT COMES FROM HEAVEN!
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4 Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6 But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.” (James 1:2-8; NIV)
“When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. 5 Likewise the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. 6 The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. 7 All kinds of animals, birds, reptiles and creatures of the sea are being tamed and have been tamed by man, 8 but no man can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. 9 With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God’s likeness. 10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be. 11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12 My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. 13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
14 But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15 Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. 16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. 17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.” (James 3:3-18; NIV)
RECEIVE PSALM 37 AS A RHEMA DECREE! IT IS FULL OF POWERFUL DECREES!
Psalm 37 The Passion Translation (TPT)
A Song of Wisdom
1 Don’t follow after the wicked ones or be jealous of their wealth. Don’t think for a moment they’re better off than you.
2 They and their short-lived success will soon shrivel up and quickly fade away like grass clippings in the hot sun.
3 Keep trusting in the Lord and do what is right in his eyes. Fix your heart on the promises of God and you will be secure, feasting on his faithfulness. 4 Make God the utmost delight and pleasure of your life, and he will provide for you what you desire the most.
5 Give God the right to direct your life, and as you trust him along the way you’ll find he pulled it off perfectly!
6 He will appear as your righteousness, as sure as the dawning of a new day. He will manifest as your justice, as sure and strong as the noonday sun.
7 Quiet your heart in his presence and pray; keep hope alive as you long for God to come through for you. And don’t think for a moment that the wicked in their prosperity are better off than you.
8 Stay away from anger and revenge. Keep envy far from you, for it only leads you into lies. 9 For one day the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the Lord will live safe and sound with blessings overflowing.
10 Just a little while longer and the ungodly will vanish; you will look for them in vain.
11 But the humble of heart will inherit every promise and enjoy abundant peace.
12 Let the wicked keep plotting against the godly with all their sneers and arrogant jeers.
13 God doesn’t lose any sleep over them and he knows their day is coming!
14 Evil ones take aim on the poor and helpless; they are ready to slaughter those who do right.
15 But the Lord will turn all their weapons of wickedness back on themselves, piercing their pride-filled hearts until they are the helpless.
16 It is much better to have little combined with much of God than to have the fabulous wealth of the wicked and nothing else.
17 For the Lord takes care of all his forgiven ones while the strength of the evil will surely slip away.
18 Day by day the Lord watches the good deeds of the godly and he prepares for them his forever-reward.
19 Even in a time of disaster he will watch over them, and they will always have more than enough
no matter what happens.
20 All the enemies of God will perish. For the wicked have only a momentary value, a fading glory.
Then one day they vanish! Here today, gone tomorrow.
21 They break their promises, borrowing money but never paying it back. The good man returns what he owes with some extra besides.
22 The Lord’s blessed ones receive it all in the end, but the cursed ones will be cut off with nothing to show for themselves.
23 The steps of the God-pursuing ones follow firmly in the footsteps of the Lord, and God delights in every step they take to follow him.
24 If they stumble badly they will still survive, for the Lord lifts them up with his hands.
25 I was once young, but now I’m old. Not once have I found a lover of God forsaken by him,
nor have any of their children gone hungry.
26 Instead, I’ve found the godly ones to be the generous ones who give freely to others. Their children are blessed and become a blessing.
27 If you truly want to dwell forever in God’s presence, forsake evil and do what is right in his eyes.
28 The Lord loves it when he sees us walking in his justice. He will never desert his devoted lovers;
they will be kept forever in his faithful care. But the descendants of the wicked will be banished.
29 The faithful lovers of God will inherit the earth and enjoy every promise of God’s care, dwelling in peace forever.
30 God-lovers make the best counselors. Their words possess wisdom and are right and trustworthy.
31 The ways of God are in their hearts and they won’t swerve from the paths of steadfast righteousness.
32 Evil ones spy on the godly ones, stalking them to find something they could use to accuse them.
They’re out for the kill! 33 But God will foil all their plots. The godly will not stand condemned when brought to trial.
34 So don’t be impatient for the Lord to act; keep moving forward steadily in his ways, and he will exalt you at the right time. And when he does, you will possess every promise, including your full Inheritance. You’ll watch with your own eyes and see the wicked lose everything.
35 I’ve already seen this happen. Once I saw a wicked and violent man overpower all who were around him, a domineering tyrant with his pride and oppressive ways.
36 Then he died and was forgotten. Now no one cares that he is gone forever.
37 But you can tell who are the blameless and spiritually mature. What a different story with them! The godly ones will have a peaceful, prosperous future with a happy ending.
38 Every evil sinner will be destroyed, obliterated. They’ll be utter failures with no future!
39 But the Lord will be the Savior of all who love him. Even in their time of trouble God will live in them as strength. 40 Because of their faith in him, their daily portion will be a Father’s help and deliverance from evil. This is true for all who turn to hide themselves in him!

CHAPTER 4-GOD’S YEARLY CYCLE OF LIFE (Robert Heidler)
Now that we have a more in-depth understanding of God’s weekly cycle (Shabbat), we must also grasp the importance of God’s yearly cycle, which focuses on three key “appointed times” that impart great meaning in our lives. The Bible calls these appointed times, the Feasts of the Lord.
Each season of the year is special to God. Spring is the time to plant, and in biblical times, spring was also the season for kings to go to war. (II Samuel 11: 1) Summer is the time to tend and nurture the crops. In biblical times, summer was a time when the king was in the field; and the people had full access to speak with him face-to-face without all the protocol required at the palace. Fall is the time for harvest, and winter is the time to plan for increase in the next cycle.
As we understand God’s purposes for each season, we learn to walk in wisdom and prosper.
God uses each time, each season, and each month to work in our lives and help press us forward into our call and destiny. He readily responds when we come to Him and answers our prayers in every season.
Likewise, if we align with His timing, we can walk in His blessings in incredible ways. To fully comprehend God’s yearly cycle, we must begin with an understanding of God’s appointed times.
WHAT ARE GOD’S APPOINTED TIMES?
GOD’S APPOINTED TIMES ARE DESCRIBED IN MANY PASSAGES SUCH AS IN EXODUS 23: 14-17, AS PARAPHRASED: THREE TIMES A YEAR YOU ARE TO CELEBRATE A FEAST TO ME… CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF UNLEAVENED BREAD (PASSOVER)… CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF HARVEST (PENTECOST)… AND CELEBRATE THE FEAST OF INGATHERING (TABERNACLES).
“All three of these feasts are three-dimensional and each one has three distinct aspects:
The Feast of Passover begins the biblical calendar. Marking the first month in God’s cycle of redemption is a cluster of three closely related feasts: Passover, Unleavened Bread, and Firstfruits. Passover was instituted when God demonstrated His mighty power in delivering Israel from Egypt. The theme of Passover is deliverance through the blood of the lamb. Part of the celebration of Passover involves the cleansing of our homes from impurity.
The Feast of Pentecost (or Shavuot) held in the third month of the biblical calendar is a tri-fold celebration, thanking God for His provision. This feast celebrates God’s blessing for the wheat harvest (which was gathered in at this time of year) the Word (the giving of the Torah on Mount Sinai, which took place at Pentecost) and the Holy Spirit (the outpouring of His power in Acts 2).
The Feast of Tabernacles, held in the seventh month, is a cluster of three closely related events: the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and the Feast of Tabernacles (Succot). This feast celebrates God’s glory coming down and dwelling among the Israelites as they dwelt in tabernacles (temporary shelters or tents) in the wilderness. The focus of the feast is always the experience of God’s glory.”
