5TH TOUR OF DUTY: GATHERING THE SPOILS 2022 IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES

DAY 5: STATE OF CONNECTICUT: The State of Favor
WAR WORD TODAY:
“Let the Ekklesia decree: MY VICTORY’S IN JESUS NAME! Let the United States of America decree: MY VICTORY’S IN JESUS NAME! Let the State of Connecticut decree: MY VICTORY’S IN JESUS NAME! No more disconnect, America! No more disconnect, Connecticut. Remember whose you are! Remember who you are and return. You have lost connection with your Head and others are ruling over you. Your constitution has become weak because you are waffling and wavering in you resolve – Now I have come – to reconnect you to your covenant roots and reconnect you to your Head. You will take root below and bear fruit above –
“Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you with speculation about what he has seen. Such a person is puffed up without basis by his unspiritual mind. 19 He has lost connection to the head, from whom the whole body, supported and knit together by its joints and ligaments, grows as God causes it to grow. 20If you have died with Christ to the spiritual forces of the world, why, as though you still belonged to the world, do you submit to its regulations…” (Colossians 2:19-20; BSB)

We decree:
“We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God’s original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment. And when it comes to the church, he organizes and holds it together, like a head does a body. He was supreme in the beginning and—leading the resurrection parade—he is supreme in the end. From beginning to end he’s there, towering far above everything, everyone. So spacious is he, so expansive, that everything of God finds its proper place in him without crowding. Not only that, but all the broken and dislocated pieces of the universe—people and things, animals and atoms—get properly fixed and fit together in vibrant harmonies, all because of his death, his blood that poured down from the cross.” (Colossians 1:18; MSG) (9/13/22; BLove)

Connecticut’s foundation as a religious colony
Fundamental Orders
The Fundamental Orders of Connecticut were adopted on January 14, 1639, and the document has often been referred to as the world’s first written constitution. At the urging of influential preacher Thomas Hooker, the Connecticut legislative body (or General Court) began secret committee meetings to discuss drafting the orders in June 1638. The Council completed its efforts by the beginning of 1639, and the Fundamental Orders became the cornerstone of government in Connecticut soon after.
Connecticut was founded by Puritans from the Massachusetts Bay Colony between 1635 and 1636. The first settlers founded three towns on the Connecticut River in Windsor, Wethersfield, and Hartford, Connecticut,[3] and one of the main purposes of the Fundamental Orders was to formalize the relationship among these settlements. The foundation of the Fundamental Orders incorporated the religious background of the colony’s founders. They called for “an orderly and decent government according to God” in attempts to pursue “the liberty and purity of the gospel of our Lord Jesus”[4] and stipulated that “the Governor be always a member of some approved congregation”.
Connecticut is known as “The Constitution State”. The origin of this title is uncertain, but the nickname is assumed to be a reference to the Fundamental Orders of 1638–39 which represent the framework for the first formal government written by a representative body in Connecticut. Connecticut’s government has operated under the direction of five separate documents in its history.

1ST TOUR OF DUTY: March 4, 2019
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES –
52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 7, Connecticut, January 9, 1788
CHOOSE LIFE AMERICA!

To the Remnant Rising,
“This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you, life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” (Deuteronomy 30:19-20; NIV)
“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life.” (John 14:6: NIV)
We are at the crossroads America! Life and death have been set before our nation! The Lord spoke a very strong word to me when He gave the vision for the 70-Day Decree. He said, “What you do in the next 70 Days will determine the rest of your life.” I knew this was about our personal destiny and about the future of our nation. There is a distinction being made between righteousness and unrighteousness, like never before in our history. People will be defined by their choices and their voices during this season. Let us hold fast to Jesus. He is the way, the truth, and our life!

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; … The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.” (Psalm 34:15,17; NIV)

The Lord has rallied His remnant to “choose life” on behalf of our nation and future generations. Thank you for responding to the call to stand during this pivotal time. His promises still stand! He will fulfill His redemptive plan for our nation.
Raising Up Righteousness!

Prayer Points:
• Choose life, come into agreement with Deuteronomy 30:19-20; John 14:6.
• Call our nation and the church to respond righteously during this season.
• 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Connecticut, January 9, 1788
• Motto: He Who Transplanted Still Sustains
• Familiar Name: The Constitution State
• 50 State Tour, Prophetic Word: The State of Favor
• Pray and Decree the Preamble of the Constitution of Connecticut
“The People of Connecticut acknowledging with gratitude the good providence of God, in having permitted them to enjoy a free government; do, in order more effectually to define, secure, and perpetuate the liberties, rights and privileges which they have derived from their ancestors, hereby, after a careful consideration and revision, ordain and establish the following constitution and form of civil government.”

Prayer:
Father, we stand before you on behalf of this nation and the state of Connecticut acknowledging that you have set before us, life and death, blessings and curses. We choose life, so that we and our children may live and that we may love the Lord our God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For, Lord, you are our life. Hear our cry and heal our land. We ask you to give us many years in the land of our inheritance. Let your covenant and generational blessing remain in this nation of America. Thank you for the promise of your Word, “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; … The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.” Father, we acknowledge and come into agreement with your kingdom plan and purposes for the state of Connecticut. We ask that you plumb line Connecticut in your righteousness. Connecticut, you are carrying a greater mantle of revival than any other state in New England. May the revival fires of awakening, reformation, and transformation ignite within you bringing revival to our nation. We call Connecticut to awaken in her birthright and destiny as ordained by Almighty God. Connecticut, we acknowledge you as “The Constitution State”. Lord, let Connecticut’s motto of “He who transplanted still sustains” manifest within her. Connecticut may your roots go down deep. May the river of God sustain you. Lord, reconnect, restore, and revive your plan for this state and our nation. We agree with the preamble to the constitution of Connecticut which honors the Lord, “The People of Connecticut acknowledging with gratitude the good providence of God, in having permitted them to enjoy a free government; do, in order more effectually to define, secure, and perpetuate the liberties, rights and privileges which they have derived from their ancestors, hereby, after a careful consideration and revision, ordain and establish the following constitution and form of civil government.” Lord may your good providence continue to rest upon this state. We put a demand on the godly inheritance of Connecticut, “The State of Favor”, to be released and flow throughout our land. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

2ND TOUR OF DUTY: Monday, March 3, 2020, 70 DAYS – DAY 23
WAR WORDS FROM THE WOMB OF THE DAWN “Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy majesty, from the womb of the dawn you will receive the dew of your youth.” (Psalm 110:3; NIV)

WAR WORD FOR TODAY: “You tell My Righteous Remnant that I have sevened Myself to them.” It is the well at Beersheba where He revealed Himself as El Olam – The Everlasting God. It is the promise that the Lord gave to Dutch Sheets – where He revealed Himself as the Everlasting God. Every promise that He has spoken to you. Every promise that He has spoken over this nation – He is going to do it. He loves us! He loves people! He loves this land! He loves this nation. How about the generational blessing. The righteous acts of the saints throughout the generations coming together. The Lord is tipping bowls! He has faced this nation! He has heard your cries and seen your tears… The Lord has opened up the gates over America, today.” I had an open vision of the EL Olam standing on the nation of America. He had planted both of His feet. Blood Covenant Stands!!! (Word of the Lord 3/1/2020; BLove) Reposting of Word
Dream about Christ Communion

Confession of the Word of God:
I come up under the authority of the Blood Covenant, the authority of Your Word and the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I release the light, the Voice and the power of the shed Blood of Jesus of Christ over my life, family, the Body of Christ, over our land, seed, blessing; into the heavens and the earth and under the earth – I apply the full power of the blood of Jesus Christ to cover me and those that I am called to cover and be connected with. I decree and declare the Blood of Jesus Christ permeates us – it separates us – it divides us from and is against the kingdom of darkness, the law of sin and death, all sickness, disease, poverty, the works of the devil and every demonic and human spirit aligned with the Kingdom of darkness. I release the power of the blood to drive a wedge and bring a complete deliverance from every evil attack, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, the pride of life, the traditions of men, and the elemental principles of this world. The shed Blood of Jesus Christ separates me and mine unto God and away from anything that would hinder our life in Christ. We overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, the Word of our Testimony and we love not our lives unto the death. I am not my own, I have been purchased with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. I yield to the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ. The Blood of Jesus has its perfect work in my life.

I proclaim and receive the full authority and power of the Living Word Of God. The Word of God is living and active and full of power, it penetrates and divides – soul and spirit, joint and marrow. It judges the thought and attitudes of my heart. I have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. I humbly accept the Word of God inborn by nature which can save me. I acknowledge, receive and release the full authority of the Word of God to have its perfect work in me and through me.
I acknowledge and proclaim Your name, that at the name of Jesus every knee bows, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. I bow down before you, I praise your name for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your Name and your Word. When I called, you answered me; you made me bold and stouthearted. You have put your name on me and in me. Where your name is You command a blessing. I take you at Your Word – Jesus, that commands me to “ask in Your Name – I believe and receive in and through your Name. You have given me power and authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, to overcome all the power of the enemy so nothing shall by any means harm me.

“They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.” (Revelation 12:11; NIV)

CHRIST COMMUNION- HEALING SCRIPTURES
“Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely, he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. By oppression and judgment he was taken away. And who can speak of his descendants? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was stricken. He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light [of life] and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (Isaiah 53; NIV)

“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24; NIV)

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, 2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, 3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion — to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” (Isa 61:1-3; NIV)
“While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” 27 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. 29 I tell you; I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father’s kingdom.” (Matthew 26:26-29; NIV)

“Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty. 36 But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. 38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. 39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all that he has given me but raise them up at the last day. 40 For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.” 41 At this the Jews began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” 42 They said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?” 43 “Stop grumbling among yourselves,” Jesus answered. 44 “No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. 45 It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me. 46 No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father. 47 I tell you the truth, he who believes has everlasting life. 48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your forefathers ate the manna in the desert, yet they died. 50 But here is the bread that comes down from heaven, which a man may eat and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” 52 Then the Jews began to argue sharply among themselves, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” 53 Jesus said to them, “I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. 54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever.” (John 6:37-58; NIV)

“While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take it; this is my body.” 23 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, and they all drank from it. 24 “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many,” he said to them. 25 “I tell you the truth, I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it anew in the kingdom of God.” (Mark 14:22-25; NIV)

“When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. 15 And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16 For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.” 17 After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you. 18 For I tell you I will not drink again of the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.” 19 And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” 20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.” (Luke 22:14-21; NIV)

“Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? 17 Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all partake of the one loaf.” (1 Cor 10:16-17; NIV)

“O Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me. 3 O Lord, you brought me up from the grave; you spared me from going down into the pit. (Ps 30:2-3; NIV)

“Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. 20 He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. 21 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men.” (Ps 107:19-21; NIV)

EVENTS THAT OCCURRED DURING THE 70 DAYS DECREE 2019 TODAY’S UPDATE:

March 3, 2020, Day 24
States Tour: Day 7 Connecticut
The word “Connecticut” is derived from various anglicized spellings of an Algonquian word for “long tidal river”. The flag of Connecticut displays three grapevines, each bearing three clusters of grapes, against a white shield emblazoned with the motto.
The nine clusters of grapes are reminiscent of the fruits of God’s Holy Spirit, which are Faithfulness, Gentleness, Goodness, Joy, Kindness, Long suffering, Love, Peace and Self-control (Galatians 5:22 – 23).

The Dutch originally settled Connecticut, but their settlements were small and short-lived. The first major settlements were English, three in number. The prominent Puritan leader Rev. Thomas Hooker is called ‘the Father of Connecticut.’ The Connecticut and New Haven colonies established documents of Fundamental Orders, considered by some historians to be the first constitutions in America. In 1662, the three colonies were merged under a royal charter, making Connecticut a crown colony. This was one of the Thirteen Colonies which rejected British rule in the American Revolution.
Quotation from the Fundamental Orders: . . . enter into Combination and Confederation to gather, to maintain and pressure the liberty and purity of the gospel of our Lord Jesus which we now profess, as also the discipline of the Churches, which according to the truth of the said gospel is now practised amongst us.

Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
We thank You for the men and women of faith who settled along the Connecticut River and coastline. We thank You for the stream of living water established in the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut that established the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in this state.
The prophet Ezekiel foresaw a stream of living water flowing from the Temple in the New Jerusalem (Ezekiel 47:8-12). The living water produced a great harvest of fish and trees bearing fruit every month.
We lay claim to the nine clusters of grapes on the state flag and declare that Faithfulness, Gentleness, Goodness, Joy, Kindness, Long suffering, Love, Peace and Self-control (Galatians 5:22 – 23) shall be borne every month in the state of Connecticut. We lay claim to the Fundamental Orders and decree a great harvest of souls in “the liberty and purity of the gospel of our Lord Jesus” in Connecticut. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
