DAY 41: STATE OF MONTANA, THE PURE ATMOSPHERE STATE
WAR WORD FOR TODAY: “Today is a Red-Letter Day. I am clearing the air over this nation! I am dealing with the demonic court jesters and influencers! (Isaiah 29:17-24) I will expose! – Now, where is the mocker? Where are your accusers? The Dutch Bulbs are producing. This is the day of the decree. I have filled your days – your calendar with the scarlet thread – This election is a scarlet thread day for your nation! Get ready for the Tsunami of the red tide. It is here!” (10/19/22, Betty Love)
I had two dreams at waking this morning.
1st Dream:
In first dream this morning, I saw bulbs that had soil on them. Immediately the Lord reminded me as a little girl – my grandmother and mother had gone to Alabama to Bellingrath Gardens to tour the gardens when the Tulips were in full bloom. They brought me a gift of wooden Dutch shoes from their trip. Later, in life my mother painted the shoes gold and gave them to me.
When I woke from the dream, the Lord said, “The Dutch Bulb’s are producing now. They are in full bloom.” He revealed that the “Dutch Bulbs” were all the decrees that Dutch Sheets and the decrees the Ekklesia had planted through the different seasons in our nation. Bulbs are planted in one season and bloom in another season. The Dutch Bulbs are producing. The meaning of Tulips is “Perfect Love”.
2nd Dream:
I was standing in a kitchen with brown wooden cabinets from the 70’s that needed decorating badly. I was going to bring all the harvest branches and decorations from our Tabernacle Booth/Tent and use them to decorate the top of the cabinets. Someone was standing there and began to mock and belittle me and ask why I always had to decorate and celebrate. Next, I was in another part of the house in the entrance area – a young man of about 30 was standing there with a hate on his head – that made me think of a wizard or a court jester – He said, (referring to the children/youth) I have read all their books.
I woke from this dream pondering before our War Words Broadcast – waiting on the Word of the Lord.
Immediately, the Lord drew my attention to Isaiah – TPT. In my book was a letter from Glory of Zion. I opened the book and just began to read in the book of Isaiah where it had been marked. (I had not read this before) Isaiah 29:17-24 – Verse 20 says it all, “FOR THE TERRIBLE ONE WILL BE NO MORE, THE SCORNFUL JESTER WILL NOT BE FOUND, AND THE LOVERS OF EVIL WILL BE CUT OFF.” I heard, the enemy will not book a party for our children and youth – He will not capture the destiny of this nation or future generations. Nor will the religious spirit connected with the jester mock God –
Dream Reference to Red Letter Day/Scarlet Thread.
Ms Betty Books, Window and Scarlet Thread – (5/19/21 – Tara Conard)
“I saw a large old book with pages flipping in the wind. I recognized this same book from a previous dream with Ms Betty reading from it with her fingers. The pages stopped on a specific place. I saw Ms Betty’s hand with pointer finger extended, reading it like Braille … reading it from right to left. As her fingers moved across the page, I saw red letters/word coming off page like wind! I knew there was breath” blowing over these pages and pulling the words off the page … I saw these red words blow over Ms Betty’s calendar. As this breath of Words blew over the pages of her calendar, I saw that everything was erased before these red words/ letters were placed in the calendar. As these red words were written on her calendar, I could see the squares on the calendar become windows… each square was a window in time and these red words became a scarlet thread… this scarlet thread was an “escape” or a way through this window of time… a safe way through.”
Red- Letter Day – References the red-letter words – the Words of Jesus that are written in red. His prophetic words spoken. it represents His redemptive plan throughout His Word and the redemptive plan for us His people and our nation. The scarlet thread represents the power of the blood covenant – the power of the scarlet thread that protected Rahab- this scarlet thread was an “escape” or a way through this window of time… a safe way through.” America will be saved by the power of the Blood Covenant – all the redemptive decrees that have been planted in this nation. The Dutch Bulbs are producing!
Our Future Hope
“Before you know it, Lebanon will be transformed into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field will seem like a forest. In that day the deaf will begin to hear the words that have been written, and out of the darkness and gloom, the eyes of the blind will be opened to see. The meek will overflow with fresh joy in the Lord Yahweh, and the poor will shout their praises to the Holy One of Israel!
FOR THE TERRIBLE ONE WILL BE NO MORE, THE SCORNFUL JESTER WILL NOT BE FOUND, AND THE LOVERS OF EVIL WILL BE CUT OFF. Those who make the innocent appear guilty, those who ensnare others with deceitful tactics, and those who lie to keep the innocent of getting justice will likewise be destroyed. So now listen to what Yahweh, the God of Israel, who redeemed Abraham, has to say to Jacob’s tribes: “My people will no longer be disgraced, and your shame-face will disappear. For when they see the miracle of many children that I give them, they will see me as holy and honor me. Yes, they will honor the Holy One of Jacob and stand in awe of the God of Israel. 70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Thank You for the shaking that is coming, so glory can come at a new level, so increase can happen in the Spirit. Thank You for the increase that is coming to Montana—increase of anointing, increase of life, increase of revelation, increase of the river, increase of power, increase of breakthrough. I see a breaker anointing over this state, an ability to break through. This people will come into a new awareness of their breaker anointing, that they can indeed be used by You in extraordinary ways, You have preserved them and kept them and done amazing things in the Spirit; and now is the season for that to be released to create breakthrough not only here, but out from this place. Three Annual Feasts

The Angel and the Promises
20 “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. 21 Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him. 22 But if you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries. 23 For My Angel will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will [e]cut them off. 24 You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them and completely break down their sacred pillars. 25 “So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. What are the Nine Blessings of Passover?
Passover has nine blessings found in Exodus 23—each with unique importance for our transition into the next season and higher levels in our walk with Christ. These blessings are:
1. Divine Protection
2. Protection from Enemies through Positioning and Alignment
3. Commissioning of Divine Authority
4. Supernatural Health and Kingdom Prosperity
5. Covenant Protection for Multiplication and Longevity
6. A Godly Release of Fear and Respect from Enemies
7. Relief from the Threat of Enemies
8. The Gift of Dominion and an Increased Inheritance
9. Freedom from Corrupt Covenants
With God we are more than conquerors, however, there is a reason He put Passover in place not just for the season in Egypt, but eternally. To prepare us. To give us the Passover blessings and fellowship needed to answer the higher call each of us are coming into so that we may fully enter into our birthrights and destinies. When we accept these blessings with joy, we are brought into alignment with God’s covenant promises, and are able to do that which, in our own strength, could not be possible.
PASSOVER BLESSINGS EXPLORED:
DIVINE PROTECTION
“Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.”—Exodus 23:20
Through the observance of Passover, God not only brings us into the place He has prepared—aligning us for His purposes—He sends an Angel before us. This is important because as our calling goes higher, the resistance of the enemy grows… and with God’s promise of divine protection, we need not fear. We are able to answer our call without distraction.
PROTECTION FROM ENEMIES THROUGH POSITIONING AND ALIGNMENT
This may appear identical to the blessing of “divine protection,” however, this blessing is uniquely important. It allows all the lessons and teaching of Passover to transform us; bringing our hearts and minds into His perfect alignment. It positions us for the season ahead and protects us from the enemy—from any legal right to say to our Father, “Look at their sin… their disobedience.” God allows us through His mercy and grace to be in alignment with Him, which can cause Exodus 23:22 to come to pass, “…if you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.”
COMMISSIONING OF DIVINE AUTHORITY
To go higher in our call we need greater protection, positioning, and alignment, but we also require greater levels of authority!
“You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them and completely break down their sacred pillars.”—Exodus 23:24
When God commissions us AND allows us to utilize His authority, we are able to break down the sacred pillars of false gods. From the workplace, to our home, to the highways and hedges. Without the authority which breaks the yoke we would be held back from doing all we are meant to do.
SUPERNATURAL HEALTH AND KINGDOM PROSPERITY
We need to be physically and financially able to do all God wants us to in the coming season! If we are too sick to travel when God asks us to travel, or fly to another land, then how are we to do what He asks? If we cannot afford the air fare, then how can we walk in obedience? Further, how can we be a light to the world if we are always sick and in debt? We are meant to live abundantly so that abundance can flow to those around us, bringing God’s light and love wherever we go. With greater authority comes the requirement to live without lack!
“So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.”—Exodus 23:25
COVENANT PROTECTION FOR MULTIPLICATION AND LONGEVITY
“No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”—Exodus 23:26
If we are suffering from barrenness, it is easy to become distracted from what we were created for. While this barrenness is not always physical, barrenness of the heart can be just as sorrowful and desperate. This is why God provides multiplication—removing barrenness from body and heart. This is why He brings the blessing of full days… so we can answer our call. Time and the ability to multiply—resources, offspring, inheritance, etc.—are key to an increased call!
A GODLY RELEASE OF FEAR AND RESPECT FROM ENEMIES
To thrive in the midst of enemies we have to have the right tools… While in other Passover blessings God provides us protection from our enemies—even health and long life—if our enemies do not fear/respect our relationship with God, then we can be attacked needlessly. Yes, attacks still come, but Godly fear and respect from enemies lessens the frequency and force of time wasting attacks. When the enemy discovers the truth and depth of our relationship with God—comes to fear/respect it—he dreads messing with us… with King’s kids.
“I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.”—Exodus 23:27
RELIEF FROM THE THREAT OF ENEMIES
When we spend too much time wondering and worrying where the next attack of the enemy could come, then we cannot fully answer our call… We cannot rise to a new level if we are busy jumping at every noise and every possible thing that could come. If we are constantly anxious of enemy attack, it is hardly possible to maintain the level we are already at… let alone go higher. Things like fear, worry, and anxiety wear us out, but God desires for us to rise above—thriving as we answer our call. This is why we need God to do what He did in
Exodus 23:28, “And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite from before you.” Driving out our enemies—sending His warring angels ahead of us to do spiritual warfare on our behalf—so we know not the threat of enemies.
THE GIFT OF DOMINION AND AN INCREASED INHERITANCE
Exodus 23:30 promises, “Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land.”
Many of the blessings of Passover drives out the enemy before us and provides relief from enemies, but God does not stop there! He turns what was meant for evil to good… He releases dominion and inheritance—all that had been stolen by our enemies—to us! And by doing so, it allows us physical and financial tools required to succeed at the higher call of the season.
Freedom from Corrupt Covenants
“They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you.”—Exodus 23:33
Making connections, creating relationships, or even covenants, with people, places, and things, is a part of life. Yet, we often make poor choices, accidently or not. Or the good choices of past seasons cease to be useful in the new. While change can seem intimidating, at the Passover table God prepares our hearts and minds for it. So, while it may feel unsettling, perhaps even daunting or scary, by fixing our eyes on God as we receive the Passover blessings… we become more than conquerors! Further, we need God to put in place and/or renew covenants and relationships He deems right. We need Him to lead us in altering our habits and patterns to set us in place for the new season. If we but ask Him and set our feet under His table, He will answer. God always prepares a way and fulfills His promises! The promises and blessings that God has put in place were purposefully designed; and they are meant to fulfill every need for the coming year, so we can live our best lives… (Curt Landry Ministries!)

Jesus Christ! In the Name of Jesus Christ:
• PROMISE of DIVINE PROTECTION: I Decree and Declare that you will have divine protection over your family and business! “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.” (v. 20)
• POSITIONING and ALIGNMENT PROVIDES PROTECTION from YOUR ENEMIES: I Decree and Declare that you will be in correct alignment and at the center of the Lord’s will! “But if you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.” (v. 22)
• COMMISSIONING of DIVINE AUTHORITY: I Decree and Declare that you will be commissioned this year to walk in divine authority! “You shall not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their works; but you shall utterly overthrow them and completely break down their sacred pillars.” (v. 24)

–When rumblings of a logging project on state land south of Bozeman first began, people who live nearby got worried. They worried logging would spoil the area, which they prize for its wildlife habitat and lack of roads. So they outbid the timber company and formed a 25-year conservation license for the area.
Not long after the group outgunned the timber company, the Montana Legislature passed a bill repealing the little-used state law that gave people the option to bid against timber companies to stop logging.
–For the first time since 1982, the Berkeley Pit is not collecting water. About three million gallons of mining waste water a day are being pumped out, which is roughly the equivalent of the groundwater and stormwater that goes in. Montana Resources started pumping and treating the most contaminated water body in the nation. This clean up project will take several years.
–Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks biologists proposed some rules largely targeting commercial use — guides and outfitters — to deal with the growing use of the Madison River. The proposal drew vitriolic criticism from the outfitting industry and was scrapped. Another plan was proposed, to no avail. The fight is far from over.
–Acadia Montana, the troubled residential psychiatric treatment facility for children that has operated in Butte under several different names and owners over the past 31 years, is closing.
–Before he was sentenced to 10 years in the Montana State Prison for sexually assaulting at least six women patients, longtime Butte physician Patrick McGree said he was sorry.

We thank You for the increase that is coming to Montana—increase of anointing, increase of life, increase of revelation, increase of the river, increase of power, increase of breakthrough. We thank You for the breaker anointing over this state, an ability to break through. We thank You for the superfund sites in Montana now being reused, and we pray for continued reclamation of the land. We thank You that injustices within the medical community are being addressed. We declare and decree, “Life!“ over the Madison River and other rivers in Montana. We declare and decree,” Shalom!” over the Native Americans who reside in Montana. We bless the Assiniboin, Blackfeet, Chippewa-Cree, Crow, Flathead, Grosventres, Kalispel, Kootenai, Little Shell Band of Chippewa, Northern Cheyenne, Piegan, Salish, and Spokane.

What is victory? This means final and complete supremacy in battle or war; a specific military engagement ending in triumph. This can also mean success in any contest or struggle involving the defeat of an opponent or the overcoming of obstacles. It is now time to move past the obstacles that would prevent you from succeeding in what God is asking you to do!
The primary biblical assertion is that victory belongs to God (Jon. 2:9; 1 Cor. 15:54-57; Rev. 7:10). This is succinctly expressed in the phrase the battle is the Lord’s (1 Sam. 17:47), i.e. victory belongs exclusively to the Lord: victory is His to bestow at will. Victory is only assured when we are operating in the will and timing of God in the earth realm. There are three special features of the Lord’s victory.
First, the Lord’s victory is the exercise of holy sovereignty in the course of history. “Victory” is another way of saying that the government of the world rests in the hands of a Holy God, who orders all things according to inflexible principles of morality, so that sometimes his holiness must be asserted against his people, and becomes his strange deed.(Is. 28:21)

Second, this holy government and the power of victory are annexed to the holy rule of the only God. Therefore, there is no doubt who will ultimately win the war. Before long we will know His voice so well, that He will speak, we will obey, and victory is assured (Ezk. 38-39; Rev. 19).
Third, the people of God enter into victory by the obedience of faith. We experience victory in God’s victory (Ex. 14:13-14; Dt. 28:1-14; Ps. 20; Eph. 6:16; 1 Jn. 5:4-5). Peace, righteousness, and salvation are associated with victory (Ki. 22:28; Is. 41:3, Heb. Text) and are evidenced by the enjoyment of total well-being that victory brings. Victory through salvation is personal enlargement and deliverance (1 Sam. 14:45; Jdg. 6:14). Righteousness is the personal quality which guarantees victory (Is. 59:16-17). All these cluster in a unique way round the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ, the supreme victory of God (Eph. 2:14ff.), (Tit. 3:4-7) and His righteousness (Rom. 1:17; 3:21-27), (J. A DREAM: PUZZLE PIECES ENDING WITH “NEW MEXICO”

I have been encouraged to reiterate a dream that I had last year. In the dream, I was standing, looking at a huge lake. The lake was covered with a coat of thin ice. A puzzle piece would drop from heaven and I would very carefully walk out upon the icy lake and put the piece in place. Before long, I recognized the puzzle that was covering the lake was a map of the United States. I finally laid the last piece of the puzzle in place. It was the state of New Mexico. Once I did that, it was as if I ascended three levels into the heavens. The best way to describe this ascension was a staircase that would go up. At each floor there was a meeting room where I would watch a counsel convening and discussing their plans. I would then walk up to the next level.
These meetings were governmental type meetings. I would watch these meeting as they occurred. On the third floor I was able to walk into the council and see all the key issues regarding the United States and its future. Because I was at a higher level, I could fully see the key places in the United States where the Church needed to reinforce itself. I could also see key cities that needed to be at “watch” carefully against the enemy’s plan. It seemed as if I could also see the time frame that was necessary for the Church to intercede so that the wisdom of God could come into full maturity and be executed in the earth realm.
While I was watching from this third floor, someone from the second floor began to approach the puzzle map that was in place upon the lake. I began to yell, ” Not yet! Not yet!” He could not hear my voice and proceeded without caution, causing the ice to break and the entire puzzle plan to fall into the lake.
I then awakened.

In discussing this dream with Native Leaders who understand natural principles in the earth, I learned that the ice is thickest in mid-February. Therefore, I believe if we pray now, we can establish the course of ultimate victory. I believe the strategies are being established now. If God’s people pray and set the right foundation even in the midst of the war ahead, we will have victory.
