DAY 35: STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, THE BREAKTHROUGH STATE
WAR WORD TODAY: “Dry Bones hear the Word of the Lord -Live. Ekklesia, even as with the cutting of a tree – even when there is still juice – Even as Ephraim – ‘How can I give you up? How can I give you up America? How can I give you up West Virginia?
Look at now – your redemption draweth nigh. I will restore the years the cankerworm has eaten. I am releasing rivers of living water upon your mountains – Your covenant roots will produce. Let us prophesy –
“This is what the LORD says: “As when juice is still found in a cluster of grapes and people say, ‘Don’t destroy it, there is still a blessing in it,’ so will I do in behalf of my servants; I will not destroy them all. I will bring forth descendants from Jacob, and from Judah those who will possess my mountains; my chosen people will inherit them, and there will my servants live. Sharon will become a pasture for flocks, and the Valley of Achor a resting place for herds, for my people who seek me.” (Isaiah 65:8-10)

The Valley of Dry Bones
1The hand of the LORD was upon me, and He brought me out by His Spirit and set me down in the middle of the valley, and it was full of bones. 2He led me all around among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, and indeed, they were very dry. 3Then He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones come to life?” “O Lord GOD,” I replied, “only You know.” 4And He said to me, “Prophesy concerning these bones and tell them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD! 5This is what the Lord GOD says to these bones: I will cause breath to enter you, and you will come to life. 6I will attach tendons to you and make flesh grow upon you and cover you with skin. I will put breath within you so that you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the LORD.’ ” 7So I prophesied as I had been commanded. And as I prophesied, there was suddenly a noise, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to bone. 8As I looked on, tendons appeared on them, flesh grew, and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them. 9Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and tell the breath that this is what the Lord GOD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, so that they may live!” 10So I prophesied as He had commanded me, and the breath entered them, and they came to life and stood on their feet—a vast army. 11Then He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 36, WEST VIRGINIA, June 20, 1863
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

A fresh mantle of the apostolic-prophetic anointing is being released for the raising of the ekklesia in your land. The Lord is realigning you with His righteous decree. He is coming today to establish His throne of true righteousness and true justice in your land, West Virginia. I have heard the outcry of the innocent and I am uncovering the things that have been done in darkness. There is a GAVEL raised in the State of West Virginia and justice is being served to root out what has been perverted and twisted in this state. Governmental legislation is going to be put in place that is going to cause my heavenly gavel to be heard throughout the land. The sound of the gavel will literally strike fear in the hearts of the perpetrators in your land. JUSTICE HAS A SOUND. I HAVE GIVEN JUSTICE A VOICE AND NOW JUSTICE WILL BE YOUR FOUNDATION! “…Fifteen years ago…I saw a map of the United States, and all the states were outlined so I could tell the individual boundaries of each state. It was up close to me in the foreground of my vision. It began to move away from me, and when it did, the State of West Virginia came off the map and began to move toward me as the map of the United States moved away…Finally, all I could see was West Virginia…the state began to change. It began to pulsate. It was almost like a sign. The Holy Spirit was speaking to my mind several things. “West Virginia is a heart and I have a heart for West Virginia,” And He said, “I am going to use this state to touch the nation.” It continued to pulsate. And then, all of a sudden, in the central part of the state, a red dot appeared, began to grow and filled the entire state of West Virginia until it filled it up to the top. And then the northern and eastern panhandle turned into arteries and opened up at the ends and the red began to pump, and every time there was a beat it pumped this red out of the two panhandles, the northern and the eastern panhandles. As it began to do that, it began to move away from me. I could see the map of the United States coming back…and West Virginia took its place again in the map of the United States. The panhandles were starting to pump this red, and it pumped it into the nation, to the east and to the north and to the west, and it spilled over, and filled the whole country. And the Holy Spirit said, “I want to touch the United States through the State of West Virginia.”

WAR WORD FOR TODAY: Ask of me and I will give the nations!
The Lord is standing as a banner to the nations. Ask of me for the nations! In our nation and the nations of the earth we are going to see people crying out to Jesus, like never before. We are going to see Mass revival! We are going to see Mass healings! We are in a pause place. We are in a place that the Lord is saying rest in Me, Selah, pause in My presence and consider all that I have said to you. I want you to consider where you are and where I AM. This is a call to come unto Him today and be still and know that He IS. “What I have promised my beloved stands. Nations, Nations, Nations are coming to the Lord.” It is the season and the time that the Lord says, “You will disciple nations.” I hear the Lord saying to many in this hour, “You need to take the pause time. You need to take the down time.” I literally can feel His Presence like mist in the air. The Lord is bringing you into His greenhouse to revive, to renew, to restore, to bring forth visions of old. This is a personal word to you this morning righteous remnant. There are the words that we have been saying. We have been speaking the words: of reset, recalibration renew, refreshing. We are in the midst of it. There are things and places that the Lord is bringing you and me to in places of intimacy with Him like we have never experienced before. The Lord is daily carrying and willing to carry our burdens. There is a Scripture in Psalm 68:19 that says, daily loads us with benefits. The things that God has stored up for you in this hour and stored up for His people the reveal is here! He is calling you into a place of intimacy like you have never experienced before…

Jesus and John the Baptizer
“After Jesus finished giving instructions to his twelve disciples, he went on to minister in different villages throughout the region. 2 Now, while John the Baptizer was in prison, he heard about what Christ was doing among the people, so he sent his disciples to ask him this question: 3 “Are you really the one prophesied would come, or should we still wait for another?” 4 Jesus answered them, “Give John this report: 5 ‘The blind see again, the crippled walk, lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised back to life, and the poor and broken now hear of the hope of salvation!’ 6 And tell John that the blessing of heaven comes upon those who never lose their faith in me[b]—no matter what happens!”
7 As they were leaving, Jesus began to speak to the crowd about John. “What kind of man did you see when you went out into the wilderness? Did you expect to see a man who would be easily intimidated? 8 Who was he? Did you expect to see a man decked out in the splendid fashion of the day? Those who wear fancy clothes live like kings in palaces. 9 Or did you encounter a true prophet out in the lonely wilderness? Yes, John was a prophet like those of the past, but he is even more than that! 10 He was the fulfillment of this Scripture: See, I am sending my prophetic messenger who will go ahead of me and prepare hearts to receive me. 11 “For I tell you the truth, throughout history there has never been a man who surpasses John the Baptizer. Jesus Criticizes Unrepentant Cities
20 Then Jesus began to openly denounce the cities where he had done most of his mighty miracles, because the people failed to turn away from sin and return to God. 21 He said, “How tragic it will be for the city of Korazin! And how horrible for the city of Bethsaida! For if the powerful miracles that I performed in Korazin and Bethsaida had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have humbled themselves and repented, and turned from their sins. 22 Tyre and Sidon will better off on judgment day than you! 23 And Capernaum—do you really think you’ll be exalted because of the great miracles I have done there? No! You’ll be brought down to the depths of hell[n] because of your rejection of me. For if the miracles I worked in your streets were done in Sodom, it would still be standing today! 24 But I tell you, it will be more bearable for the region of Sodom in the day of judgment than it will be for you.”
Jesus Invites Everyone to Come
25 Then Jesus exclaimed, “Father, thank you, for you are Lord, the Supreme Ruler over heaven and earth! And you have hidden the great revelation of your authority from those who are proud and wise in their own eyes. Instead, you have shared it with these who humble themselves. 26 Yes, Father, your plan delights your heart, as you’ve chosen this way to extend your kingdom—by giving it to those who have become like trusting children. 27 You have entrusted me with all that you are and all that you have. No one fully and intimately knows the Son except the Father. And no one fully and intimately knows the Father except the Son. But the Son is able to unveil the Father to anyone he chooses.
28 “Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis. 29 Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you’ll discover that I’m gentle, humble, easy to please. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 36: West Virginia, June 20, 1863 (35th state)
West Virginia witnessed many acts of justice in 2019:
1. Federal prosecutors announced in August that an investigation into the deaths of up to 11 patients at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg would be their “top priority.”
2. Wheeling-Charleston Roman Catholic Archdiocese Bishop Mark Brennan announced in June that an investigation into former Bishop Michael Bransfield found a “consistent pattern” of sexual innuendo and suggestive comments and actions toward subordinates. It also determined Bransfield misused church funds for his own benefit.
3. Gov. Jim Justice signed an education bill in June that allows for public charter schools.
4. Two former state Supreme Court justices are sentenced in a corruption scheme.
5. Operation Shutdown Corner– Federal prosecutors said 17 people have been charged in a multi-state drug trafficking operation in which methamphetamine was being shipped from California to Southern West Virginia.
6. Operation Flat Tire–U.S. Attorney Mike Stuart announced 21 indictments Wednesday, charging individuals with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and heroin between Akron, Ohio, and Southern West Virginia.
7. Operation Mountaineer Highway–A total of 38 people have been arrested in connection with a multi-state drug trafficking organization, according to Mike Stuart, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia. In addition, large quantities of various drugs, guns and cash were seized in the course of the investigation.
8. Four men accused of being members of a Michigan drug trafficking organization were arrested in Huntington.
Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
We thank You for establishing Your throne of true righteousness and true justice in West Virginia. Thank You for dealing with the trespassers and traffickers. Thank You for exposing the hidden things of darkness. Thank You for the voice of justice.
We speak over the dry bones of West Virginia and say to the breath, “Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live (Ezekiel 37:9).” Dry bones, sing a new song! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
