REPEAT THE SOUNDING JOY: To “sound” is to make a noise with the intention of being heard. The specific admonition to “repeat the sounding joy” isn’t simply encouraging us to be joyful, but to go forth and encourage others to do the same. It carries the idea of sharing our joy by means of communication.

52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 31: Wisconsin, May 29,1848
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. The river of life and the river of living water are the same…. Deep water carries it to the nations and shallow water is the river of refreshing…. The river comes from the throne room, watering the trees and bringing healing to the nations…. This river is supposed to flow out of the Church. John 7: 37; (NIV) says, “On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.’ ” The “Feast” spoken of in John is the Feast of Tabernacles, also called the Feast of Ingathering or the Feast of Illumination. It was the harvest season and candles were lit all over the city. God wants to bring a fresh flow of revelation for the people of Wisconsin through dreams, visions, and the prophetic. Light is coming! Intellect stops the free flow of revelation. The River frees it. A wave of the miraculous is coming to Wisconsin, and a harvest with many fish! But there is a spirit of unbelief rooted in “the religious spirit. Choose to take God outside the walls of the Church and break the religious spirit. Out of your “womb” will flow rivers of water. The womb is a place of birthing, reproduction. Wisconsin has the opportunity to be one of the first fruit states of harvest for the nation. Lord, we decree a new day over the State of Wisconsin. Forward March! “The voice of the Lord is upon your waters, “gathering of waters”. A mighty wind and a mighty Wave – The Spirit of the Lord is hovering over your waters and the voice of the Lord is upon “The River State”. Wisconsin, we declare, “Forward” over you. The State of Wisconsin is looking “Forward” and pressing on toward what lies ahead…the heavenly prize…the upward calling in Christ Jesus. There is a synergy that is coming to you. The Lord is bringing the apostolic-prophetic Kingdom houses together. People that have a kingdom mindset to re-establish the ark of the Lord within you, the ark of His Presence, literally to bring the very throne of the Lord. He is going to enthrone Himself upon your praises. He is going to enthrone Himself in your midst in such a way that there are rivers of living water that are going to begin flow out of the Throne, out of the worship; out of the coming together as one – that is literally going to release His healing waters upon your land. And the Lord is going to deal with ancestral issues. Things that have been established, that have blocked and hindered you from the very beginning in the State of Wisconsin. And you’re the “big cheese” (hahaha). The Lord says, He has ordained for you to be the big cheese. Where you have not been able to produce – the Lord is saying you are going to have production. The Lord says, It is going to be a righteous production. You are not going back into the old patterns and the old ways – For, behold, I am going to do a new thing! There is a new thing in your midst. It is forming. It is being created even now. I am announcing it to you even before it springs forth. You are going to see a mobilization of the army of God moving through your land. You are going to see gap-standers that are going to take their place to build up the wall of righteousness within you. And the Lord says, your state where it has been in a low place, I am going to bring the State of Wisconsin up and out. I am going to demonstrate My power and glory. There are things that have long been established in you as a blue state; but, even now, the blood of Jesus is being released to cover you. You are going “RED” Wisconsin! You are going “RED” Wisconsin! You are going “Red” because of the Blood of Christ that is applied to your gates (hahaha) and throughout your State. I have a righteous remnant in the land, and I am raising them up in this hour. And, Hei, Hei, Hei! I will respond. There is a response, there is a response, there is a response! I will respond. What God has planted will spring forth. There are going to be liberals among you that are going to say, “How could this happen? Where did this come from?” But, the Lord says, Even, as that remnant Judah – You are going to have fruit – that which springs up above and that which takes root below because your seed is springing forth. It is accelerated! It is accelerated! It is accelerated! It is like the Chinese Bamboo tree – the first four years show no visible signs of activity – patience is tested and we begin to wonder if our efforts of nurturing and caring for the tree were wasted. And finally, in the fifth year – behold, a miracle! We experience growth. And what growth it is! The Chinese Bamboo Tree grows 80 feet in just six weeks! You will stand tall Wisconsin. Father, we bless the State of Wisconsin in the fulfillment of her birthright and destiny. Plumb line this state in the seven mountains of society in Your righteousness. We declare over the state of Wisconsin “… your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. HEBREW WORDS FOR PRAISE: YADAH and TOWDAH
Yadah- (yaw-daw’) cast out, make confession, praise, give thanks
A primitive root; used only as denominative from yad; literally, to use (i.e. Hold out) the hand; physically, to throw (a stone, an arrow) at or away; especially to revere or worship (with extended hands); intensively, to bemoan (by wringing the hands) — cast (out), (make) confess(-ion), praise, (give) thank(-ful, -s, -sgiving). “The extended hand, to throw out the hand, therefore, to worship with hands extended”.
This word can be found in the following scriptures: Genesis 49:8, 2 Chronicles 8:14, Ezra 3:10,
Psalms 22:22, Psalms 69:30, 2 Chronicles 7:6, Isaiah 12:4, Jeremiah 33:11, and 2 Chronicles 20:21
In short, YADAH is surrender to the Lord, yielding to Him with hands extended. To lift your hands unto the Lord. It carries the meaning of absolute surrender as a young child does to a parent – “pick me up, I’m all yours”. Scriptures: Gen. 29:35, 2 Chron. 7:6, 20:21, Psalms 9:1, 28:7, Psalms 33:2, 42:5,11, 49:18, Isaiah 12:1.
“Towdah: (to-daw’) From yadah; properly, an extension of the hand, i.e. (by implication) avowal, or (usually) adoration; specifically, a choir of worshippers — confession, (sacrifice of) praise, thanks(-giving, offering).
Towdah is to give worship by the extension of the hand in adoration or agreeing with what has been done or will be. This word is commonly found in connection with sacrifice-applying the giving of thanks or praise as a sacrifice before reception or manifestation. Thanking God for something that I don’t have in the natural. Agreeing with His Word – faith in His Word. The powerful aspect about TOWDAH is the act of surrender and submission to God’s authority. When you lift up the Lord and His word and praise Him for being God, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent, Sovereign Lord. You are letting go of your situation and giving it to God. This form of praise goes in operation just because His Word is true. “Father, I thank YOU that YOUR WORD is TRUE. As we raise our hearts and hands in praise to the Lord, it involves a sacrifice, especially if one is very sick in body. The carnal mind would fight and ridicule this particular action, but there is great faith in TOWDAH as praise. The lifting of the hand symbolizes agreement. The right hand symbolizes my covenant with my Father. As I go through the Scriptures, God is seen extending His Right Hand to me/us. That’s the covenant. When He extends His right hand to us/me, He’s saying to us/me – ALL THAT I AM IS YOURS, and when I extend my right hand to Him, I am saying “All that I am is yours and I agree with what You’re saying. It is the sacrifice that God honors by His performing of miracles.

Confession.
In the Old Testament of the King James version of the
Bible, every time you read confess, confessed, confesseth, confessing, confession, know that they are translated from the word Yadcih except in two references which are translated from Towdah.
In the New Testament these same words are translated from Homologeo, Exomologeo or Homologia and mean “to speak the same thing.”
The implication is that we are to raise the hands as in a court of law swearing to speak the truth. In other words, say what God says. For example, II Cor. 5:17 says, “if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation “. So, I raise my hands and confess, I am in Christ and therefore I am a new creation. Verse 21, “For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” Therefore, I confess I am the righteousness of God in Christ. This is how we apply God’s word to our life.
Col. 1:13; “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.” I confess, I have been delivered from the power of darkness and have been translated into the kingdom of the Son of His love.
Ro. 8:37; “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” I confess, I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.
Phil. 4:19; “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” I raise my hands and confess; my God shall supply all my need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
I Pet. 2:24′ “Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness — by whose stripes you were healed.” I confess, by the stripes of Jesus I am healed.

52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 31: Wisconsin, May 29,1848
In mid-March 2019, a rapid drop in atmospheric pressure led to a dangerous storm system (bomb cyclone). Combined with a rapid snowmelt, frozen ground, and highly saturated soil, flooding impacted homes, businesses, and cities and towns across the state of Wisconsin. Governor Tony Evers declared a state of emergency.
Almighty God, Your throne is in heaven (Psalm 11:4). Your throne is forever and ever. The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of Your kingdom (Psalm 45:6). Your voice echoes through the skies and seas. O God of Glory, You reign as You thunder in the clouds. So powerful is Your voice, so brilliant, so bright. How majestic is Your thunder over the waters (Psalm 29:3-4)! You whistle for Your people and gather them together, for You have redeemed them (Zechariah 10:8). Wisconsin, “The Lord your God is in your midst, A Warrior who saves. He will rejoice over you with joy; He will be quiet in His love, making no mention of your past sins, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy (Zephaniah 3:17).” Almighty God, we stand in agreement with the words You uttered over Wisconsin during the spring storms. We stand in agreement with the Word of God read aloud in Wisconsin through the centuries and declare that the washing of water with the Word of God is cleansing this land (Ephesians 5:26).
