DAY 21: STATE OF Illinois, “The Apostolic State”
WAR WORD TODAY: “I have continued to come with the plumbline of My Word to continually bring you into proper alignment to prosper. Even as the resetting of a broken bone, My apostolic anointing is in your DNA. The Apostolic and the Prophetic anointing plumbline have been released within My people to cause them to be in proper alignment and order – ready to recover, ready to build and rebuild: EVERREADY! Even as Joseph, my word has come again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again – The cross has not lost its power. I have vaved you. I have tried you – my ekklesia! You will possess the gates of your enemies and the gates of hell will not prevail against you! No, I won’t relent until I have it all – So, my word comes again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again to purge your character my warrior bride, to purge my Joseph’s, to purge Illinois and bring the apostolic state in my original intent as well as the United States of America. 2Let’s sing his praises! Sing, and put all of his miracles to music!

Let’s be happy and keep rejoicing no matter what.
4Seek more of his strength! Seek more of him! Let’s always be seeking the light of his face.
5Don’t you ever forget his miracles and marvels. Hold to your heart every judgment he has decreed.
6For you are his servants, the true seed of Abraham, and you are the chosen ones, Jacob’s sons.
7For he is the Lord our God, and his wise authority can be seen in all he does.

18His feet were bruised by strong shackles and his soul was held by iron.
19God’s promise to Joseph purged his character until it was time for his dreams to come true.
20Eventually, the king of Egypt sent for him, setting him free at last.
21Then Joseph was put in charge of everything under the king;
he became the master of the palace over all the royal possessions.
22Pharoah gave him authority over all the princes of the land,
and Joseph became the teacher of wisdom to the king’s advisers.
23Then Jacob, with all of Joseph’s family, came from Canaan to Egypt and settled in Goshen.
24God made them very fruitful, and they multiplied incredibly
until they were greater in number than those who ruled them.
25God turned their hearts to hate his people
and to deal treacherously with his servants.
26But he sent them his faithful servant, Moses, the deliverer,
and chose Aaron to accompany him.
27Their command brought down signs and wonders,
working miracles in Egypt.
28By God’s direction, they spoke and released a plague
of thick darkness over the land.
29God turned their rivers to blood, causing every fish to die.
30And the judgment-plague of frogs came in enormous numbers,
swarming everywhere, even into Pharaoh’s bedroom!
31God spoke and another plague was released—
massive swarms of flies, vast clouds of insects, covered the land.
32God rained down hail and flaming fire upon Egypt.
33Their gardens and vines were all destroyed,
shattering trees into splinters throughout the territory.
34God spoke, and devouring hordes of locusts swept over the land,
35picking the ground clean of vegetation and crops.
36Then God struck down their firstborn sons,
the pride and joy of every Egyptian family.
37At last, God freed all the Hebrews from their slavery
and sent them away laden with the silver and gold of Egypt.
And not even one was feeble on their way out!
38Egypt was relieved at their exodus, ready to see them go,
for the terror of the Lord of the Hebrews had fallen upon them!
39God spread out a cloud as shade as they moved ahead
and a cloud of fire to light up their night.
40Moses prayed and God brought them quail to eat.
He satisfied them with heaven’s bread falling from the sky.
41He broke open the boulder and the waters poured out like a river in the desert.
42For God could never forget his holy promise to his servant Abraham.
43So God brought out his chosen ones with singing; with a joyful shout they were set free!
44He gave them lands and nations, just like he promised.
Fruitful lands of crops they had never planted were now theirs.
45All this was done for them so that they would be faithful
to keep the ways of God, obeying his laws and following his truths.

1ST TOUR OF DUTY: March 20, 2019
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Thank the Lord for His mercy and grace that He continues to pour out upon us as a nation and a people. His eyes are upon us and His ears are attentive to the cry of the righteous! Let us remain steadfast in our assignments!
“For the eyes of the LORD move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His.”

How deep the Father’s love for us
How vast beyond all measure

Prayer:
Father, we come into agreement with your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation and State of Illinois. We call Illinois into the original intent of her birthright and destiny as ordained by Almighty God. Illinois, you are the Lord’s apostolic state. You are a place of government, where plans are given. You are a prototype for what God wants to do in the rest of the nation. Illinois, may you understand your times and season. Reform is upon you in many areas…but I AM, is calling for righteous reform.
Chicago, there is innocent blood crying out from your streets. There are areas in your city that have reached their vertical limit. These are death zones above the vertical limit of endurance where the human body cannot survive for long. There are war-torn places within you where darkness rules. I have searched through your city and found a righteous remnant. I have heard the cry of the mother’s and the grandmothers and the brothers and sisters. The Blood of Christ speaks a better word. I am raising up righteous reformers in your darkest hour. I will remove the defilement from your land and break the agreement with a death culture.
Father God, we ask you to pour out your love and the Spirit of Adoption upon this city and state. Let the ungodly structures and rulers be overturned. Righteousness exalts a city, state, and nation! Chicago, State of Illinois, you are about to get a new heart and a new set of lungs. I am releasing a second wind upon you and the breath of My Spirit is going to breathe new life into you. We decree: “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their cry; the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.”
Illinois, there is an apostolic prophetic army that is rising within you now. An ekklesia army to legislate heaven in your gates. We decree the gates of hell will not prevail in this state. Cities are going to be saved and transformed. There is a harvest of righteousness appointed for you Illinois.
“Demons are going to be disempowered in a new way. Breakthroughs are going to come. Deliverance is going to come. People are going to be set free. On the battlefield, there’s going to come a turning of the tide because the apostolic order goes to another level of connection… Agree with me right now. Lord, we just tear down everything that the enemy has brought and will try to bring. We not only tear down what he’s done already, we tear down what he’s trying to do. We say in the name of the Lord that there is not going to be a successful disenfranchising. There’s not going to be any disconnecting. There’s not going to be an altering of the time or the season or the decree of God. Every ministry, every church, everyone is going to be afforded the opportunity, the Lord says, to go to another level of connecting (across) denominational lines, racial lines, genders lines. I’m going to do it all, He says. I’m going to connect you at another level. Streams are going to come together.
The Lord says, the grace is coming on the place, the grace is coming on the place. The grace to come together is coming on this place. For I say you’ve been here and you’ve been there but I’m giving you the grace to come on the place and the supernatural abundance of an alignment is falling in this region. I say let it begin and watch things change, saith the Lord. “We decree there is a connecting of the Body of Christ coming in the State of Illinois, going to another level. God is snapping things into alignment. He’s healing dislocation and broken places and snapping them back. He’s mending the nets so He can bring a great harvest to the State of Illinois. The Lord says I’m going to have a net that will not fail this time. I’m going to have a net that can hold the Harvest. I’m going to have a net that won’t let one fish out. Just like the Lord, you’ll be able to say: Of those you’ve given to me, not one has been lost except the son of perdition that the scriptures might be fulfilled.I’m telling you, you’re going to go to another level of getting fish, keeping fish, mentoring fish, discipling fish because you’re going to have healthy nets, the Lord says.”

Illinois, you are the Lord’s apostolic state. You are a place of government where plans are given. You are a prototype of what God wants to do in the rest of the nation. Illinois, you understand your times and seasons. Let that Issachar anointing awaken with you, Illinois. Reform is upon you in many areas, because I AM is calling for righteous reform. We decree that not only in the state of Illinois, but throughout this nation, that righteous reform is established on earth as it is in heaven. Chicago, there is innocent blood crying out from your streets. There are areas in your city that have reached their vertical limit. They are death zones above the vertical limit of endurance where the human body cannot survive for long. There are war-torn places within you where darkness rules. I’ve searched through your city, and I’ve found a righteous remnant, Chicago. I have heard the cry of the mothers and the grandmothers and the brothers and the sisters. The blood of Christ speaks a better word. And I am raising up righteous reformers in your darkest hour. I’ll remove the defilement from your land and break the agreement with the death culture.
This was a now word given over Illinois. I want you to Selah over this word, because Illinois was the hardest state last year when I prepared for the 70 Days teaching for that day. I was in so much travail over this state of Illinois and especially Chicago.
I want to take this prophetic word that the Lord gave me for Chicago, and I want to prophesy it over Washington State, New York, and California, over every state and every city in our nation where the spirit of death and infirmity is trying to take hold, and where fear is trying to run rampant. I want to prophesy it and I want you to come into agreement, because we are one in this. United States of America, cities in this nation, there is innocent blood crying out from your streets. Chicago, state of Illinois, cities throughout the United States of America, states, U.S. territories, we prophesy unto you, you’re about to get a new heart and a new set of lungs. I am releasing a second wind upon you and the breath of my Spirit is going to breathe new life into you. We decree: The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and the ears attentive to their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil to cut off the memory of them from the earth. The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them and he delivers them from all of their troubles. Illinois, there is an apostolic prophetic army that is rising within you now. United States of America, there is an apostolic prophetic army that has risen within you now, an Ekklesia army to legislate heaven in your gates. We decree: The gates of hell will not prevail against the state. The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church. The gates of hell will not prevail against our cities and our states and our nation, on earth as it is in heaven. Cities are going to be saved and transformed. There is a harvest of righteousness appointed for you, Illinois. There is a harvest of righteousness appointed for you, United States of America, and It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. It’s now. Demons are going to be disempowered in a new way. Breakthroughs are coming. Deliverance has come. People are being set free. On the battlefield, there is going to come a turning of the tide because the apostolic order goes to another level of connection. Agree with me right now. Lord, we just tear down everything that the enemy has brought and will try to bring. We not only tear down what he has done already, we tear down what he is trying to do. We say, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth that there is not going to be a successful disenfranchising. There is not going to be any disconnecting. There is not going to be any altering of the time or the season of the decree of God. Every ministry, every church, every born-again believer, everyone is going to be afforded the opportunity. The Lord says to go to another level of connecting across denominational lines, racial lines, gender lines. I am going to do it all, He says. I am going to connect you at another level. Streams are going to come together. The Lord says the grace is coming on the place. The grace is coming on the place. The grace to come together is coming on our nation even now. For I say, you’ve been here and you’ve been there, but I’m giving you the grace to come on the place. And the supernatural abundance of alignment is falling on this nation. I say, Let it begin and watch things change, saith the Lord.
We decree there is a connecting of the Body of Christ coming in the state of Illinois, coming in this nation, going to another level. God is snapping things into alignment. He’s healing dislocation and broken places and snapping them back. He is mending the nets so he can bring a great harvest to the state of Illinois and to the nation of America and to the nations of the earth. The Lord says, I am going to have a net that will not fail this time. I am going to have a net that can hold the harvest. I’m going to have a net that won’t let one fish out. Just like the Lord, you’ll be able to say, Of those you’ve given to me not one has been lost except the son of perdition, that the scriptures might be fulfilled. I’m telling you, you’re going to go to another level of getting fish, keeping fish, mentoring fish, discipling fish, because you’re going to have a healthy net, says the Lord.
Chuck Pierce prophesied this, and we have come into the now of it. Little did I know what it said because I had not read this. You’re hearing it with me. Let me say unto you, three nets being cast yesterday, out of the transcript. A dragnet for the enemy. A net to bring in the harvest. And a net to bring in your supply and your provision, fishing on the right side of the boat. You can’t make it up. Let the word of God and the decree of the righteous come alive in this state and in our nation and fulfill their assignments. Lord, we ask you to plumb line the state of Illinois and our nation in her seven mountains of society in your righteousness.

52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 23: Illinois, December 3, 1818
–Governor J.B. Pritzker signed a bill enshrining abortion as a fundamental right. The law also repealed the requirement that abortion facilities follow the same rules as ambulatory surgical centers and repealed a ban on sex-selective and partial-birth abortion. The law ended the state’s physician-only abortion law, opening the door for non-doctors to commit abortions, and also requires that private insurance and state employee health care plans provide coverage for abortion with zero restrictions.
Pro-life leaders assert the proposed legislation would make Illinois a “third-trimester abortion destination” with no abortion clinic required to undergo state health inspections.
–A gunman who was being fired from his job at the Henry Pratt Plant in Aurora opened fired on his co-workers, killing five.
–Police said 5-year-old AJ Freund was beaten to death inside his Crystal Lake home. His parents, who have a history of drug abuse, are accused of trying to cover up the murder.
–Gov. JB Pritzker signed a bill legalizing recreational marijuana
–19-year-old Marlen Ochoa-Lopez was nine months pregnant when she was allegedly lured to the home of Clarissa and Desiree Figueroa. She was killed and her baby was cut from her womb. That child later died. The Figueroas are facing first degree murder charges for their deaths.
— Though there were more than 500 killings this year, Chicago is poised to finish the decade with the fewest murders in a given year since 2015 — capping a decade that saw more than 5,200 people killed throughout the city.
—-The Merten J. Mandeville Collection in Parapsychology and the Occult Sciences of approximately 16,000 volumes is supported by an endowment established by the late Merten J. Mandeville, a Professor of Management at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Under the terms of the endowment to the Illinois Library, works of a serious nature, and those which emphasize the positive aspects of the occult, are acquired. The primary subject areas for which materials are purchased are astrology; the divinatory arts and palmistry; esoteric religion and mysticism; occult techniques for health, happiness and success; psychical phenomena and research, including clairvoyance, ESP, and out-of-body experiences; spiritualism, including apparitions, mediumship, and reincarnation; unidentified flying objects; and witchcraft and magic.

Our Father in heaven,
Have mercy upon us. In the state of Illinois, we have built altars for all the host of heaven. We have offered our unborn children on iniquitous altars. We have practiced witchcraft, used divination, practiced sorcery, and dealt with mediums and spiritists (2 Chronicles 33:5-6). We have done much evil in Your sight. The streets of Illinois run with innocent blood. Have mercy on us. Prevent Satan from blinding this state to the truth. The minds of the unbelievers have been blinded by the god of this age. Their blindness keeps them from seeing the dayspring light of the wonderful news of the glory of Jesus Christ. We declare over the state of Illinois, Jesus is the divine image of God (2 Corinthians 4:4)! Help the church in Illinois to enlighten those who argue with them in all meekness so that unbelievers can see God’s gracious gift of repentance and be brought to the truth. Oh, Father, it is our heart’s desire that they escape from the snare of Satan who caught them in his trap so that they would carry out his purposes (2 Timothy 2:25-26). We declare over Illinois, come to your senses and step into the identity that God created for you! Stir a spirit of repentance. Is it not Your will that none of these little ones be lost (Matthew 18:14)? Have mercy! Amen.
