To the Righteous Remnant
Today, we launch into the 70 Days – Raising Up Righteousness.
Day 1 will recap the call, the cause, the catalyst, and the overall vision for the 70 Days. The focus of today will be the daily decree!
70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES
The Vision:
For the last several weeks the Lord has been continually resonating the line of a song in my spirit… “I’m raising up righteousness…we’re raising up righteousness,” over and over and over again!
On January 30, 2019, the Lord brought to my remembrance a powerful vision and revelation He gave me years ago about our righteousness in Christ as sons of God. Righteousness exalts a nation! I had a vision of a grassroots movement of the Body of Christ standing in the gap in their territories and spheres of influence; they were decreeing and releasing the righteousness of God to bring reformation and transformation to our nation.
Immediately, as I recalled the vision, the Word of the Lord came to me, “I am raising up righteousness in the land. Rally the righteous remnant for the next 70 days to stand before me to decree and release my righteousness that is within them as born-again believers. We, my people and I, are raising up righteousness in this nation.
“You are going to hold court everyday – I will give you verdicts and change will occur every day – progress every day. Did I not tell you I am going to change a nation? You are my Joseph’s, Daniel’s, Josiah’s…
“Your worship is plowing and my Josiah’s are rising to bring reformation in your land!!! Embrace this. Josiah reformers! Josiah company! Josiah generation! The Josiah anointing!”
February 1, 2019, during a gathering of worship and prayer on Friday evening, I had an open vision of Martin Luther nailing the 95th Theses to the door of Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany (1517), which became the catalyst for the Protestant Reformation.
The Lord spoke to my heart and said, “No delay! Start the 70-Day Righteous Decree on Saturday, February 9, 2019, through April 19, 2019. It will end on Passover. For once again, I will see the Blood Covenant – and hear the cry of a righteous remnant in the land. It is time! Your covenant with death will be annulled; your agreement with the grave will not stand in this nation (Isaiah 28:18). The sin of a nation has reached its fullness; but the bowls of all the prayer movements have reached their fullness (Revelation 5:8 & 8:3). I will see and hear the outcry of my people and tip your prayer bowls, America! Revival… Awakening… and Reformation will come again to this nation.”

We are pressing forward into 2020 with the 70 Day Decree as our nation is awakening in righteousness and reformation. This is an unprecedented time in history for us as a nation. The turnaround has come! We must stand fast in this election year so that we continue to gain ground and see the full restoration of God’s redemptive plan for America come forth!
Last year, people from all over the nation, even the nations, joined in the 70 Days of decreeing righteousness over the United States of America into their cities, states and spheres of influence. We were humbled and honored as ministries across the nation participated in the 70 Days. It spread like wildfire! A special thank you to Dutch Sheets and GiveHim15 who partnered with us last year by allowing Love Ministries to write a devotional for GiveHim15 for the entire 70 Days. During the 70 Days, we saw countless issues come to the surface with many breakthroughs.
Vision 2020
Recently, the Lord said to me, “You can read about it, write about it or be about it!” It’s time to ‘be about it’! There are two opportunities available for you to participate in. We are asking all to partner with us in the “Red Box” Initiative.
The Red Box Initiative:
Decree the Decree in the “Red Box”. This year to participate in the 70 Days, we are simply asking you as an individual, family, church, ministry, business, etc. to decree the ‘Red Box’ which states the 70 Day Decree for 70 Days beginning Sunday, February 9, 2020 through April 18, 2020. We encourage you to post and share the decree on your Facebook, social media, or website. This is a grassroots movement! We believe that this decree is a valid weapon as we press forward as a nation to see the manifestation of healing, revival, awakening, reformation and transformation in our country. The Lord is leveraging His Ekklessia!

REBUILDING THE WALL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS IN OUR NATION, STATES, AND TERRITORIES
To the Remnant Rising,
“From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.” (Acts 17:26-27, NIV)
“I looked for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness that guards the land. I searched for someone to stand in the gap in the wall so I wouldn’t have to destroy the land, but I found no one.”
(Ezekiel 22:30-31; NLT)
“So, the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of Elul, in fifty-two days. When all our enemies heard about this, all the surrounding nations were afraid and lost their self-confidence, because they realized that this work had been done with the help of our God.” (Nehemiah 6:15-16; NIV)
Nehemiah rebuilt the wall around Jerusalem in 52 days. The Lord has called us to rebuild His wall of righteousness in our nation, states, and territories!
For the next 52 days, February 26, 2019, through April 18, 2019, the 70 Day Decree initiative will include prayer for each state and the territories of the USA. Each state will be prayed for according to the date it joined the union.

• Today, pray for your own state (counties/parishes within).
• Thank the Lord for the United State of America, your own state, city, and neighborhood.
• Pray for those in authority in your state, as directed by Holy Spirit.
• Pray over the 7 mountains of society within your state: Church, Family, Government, Business, Education, Media, Arts/Entertainment.
• You may want to look up information about your state. Ask HolySpirit to give you a prayer strategy.

• Ask the Lord to release and rebuild His wall of righteousness within your state.
Prayer:
Father, we come into agreement with Your kingdom plan and purposes for our nation, state, and cities. Thank you for the redemptive plan that You have ordained for our nation, my state, city, and neighborhood. We are thankful for the exact times and places that You have ordained for us to live. We ask that You use Your plumb line to align our state in your righteousness. We call our state into the original intent of its birthright and destiny, as ordained by Almighty God. Lord, release and rebuild Your wall of righteousness within our nation and within my state. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
