INTRODUCTION
We stand in a historic convergence — a divine procession of national markers leading America from intercession, to Sabbath rest, to covenant rededication, and into the Pentecostal outpouring of 5786/2026.
The Lord has summoned His Ekklesia to rise in governmental authority during these ten days, aligning the nation with Heaven’s calendar and Heaven’s verdicts.
• National Day of Prayer ignited the call.
• Shabbat 250, declared nationally, restored the ancient rhythm of rest and remembrance.
• May 17, the Rededication of America, stands as a covenant moment — a public return to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
• Pentecost 5786 completes the procession with fire, commissioning, and awakening.
These are not isolated events. They are prophetic markers, national turning points, and governmental mandates.
America, return to covenant. America, return to righteousness. America, JEHOVAH SHAMMAH — The Lord is There.
THE SCRIPTURE MANDATE FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT

THE FOUR NATIONAL MARKERS
1. National Day of Prayer — May 7, 2026
A national summons to intercession, repentance, and alignment.
2. Shabbat 250 — May 15–16, 2026
A presidentially recognized National Shabbat — a Sabbath of rest, remembrance, and gratitude.
3. Rededication of America — May 17, 2026
A public covenant renewal: One Nation Under God.
4. Pentecost 5786 — May 22–23, 2026
The culmination: empowerment, commissioning, and awakening.
THE 10 DAY NATIONAL INVITATION
From May 7–17, an apostolic prayer and decree will be released daily — each one was prayed corporately at our Gathering of the Ekklesia on the National Day of Prayer.
The Lord instructed us to revisit and release one of the prayers and decrees every day through May 17, covering the nation and every sphere of influence with governmental intercession.
As a ministry, we have also been waving one of the 50 states daily, presenting each state before the Lord as a wave offering during the Counting of the Omer — from Passover to Pentecost.
This strategic obedience aligns every state with the War Words: Seven Tours of Duty, bringing the entire nation before the Lord in covenant remembrance and prophetic fulfillment.
This is a call to remain steadfast.
This is a call to stay on the wall.
This is a call to stand as the awakened Ekklesia in a historic moment of national turning.
America, rise in your destiny — the Spirit of Awakening is upon the land.

THE PRAYER OF RESTORATION & REPENTANCE — RETURNING TO THE COVENANT ROOT
Father, we stand on the shores of our history and call forth the original seed planted by Robert Hunt. We decree that the cross planted at Cape Henry still speaks over this land today. We break the spirit of historical amnesia and command the Forward over our nation’s destiny. We declare that America shall once again be an evangelist to the nations, and from our shores, the marvelous deeds of the Lord shall be made known to all people. We dedicate this generation to carry the torch of the Gospel to the ends of the earth until every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord.
A PRAYER OF REPENTANCE FOR THE FALSE NARRATIVE
Father, we repent for the false national narratives that have risen in this land—stories, ideologies, and identities that You did not author. We repent for every place where America has crafted a golden calf, exalting a national image formed by human hands rather than the covenant root established by Your Spirit.
We repent for the narratives that glorify power without purity, influence without obedience, and nationalism without Kingdom. We repent for every storyline that replaces Your purpose with human ambition, political idolatry, cultural pride, or historical revision that denies Your hand in our founding.
We renounce every counterfeit identity that has tried to sit in the gate of this nation. We renounce every golden calf that has demanded allegiance, devotion, or worship. We renounce every narrative that exalts America above the Cross instead of under it.
Let the fire of the Lord consume every false image. Let the truth of the Lord expose every counterfeit story. Let the fear of the Lord dismantle every idol that has taken the place of covenant.
A PRAYER OF RETURN TO THE COVENANT ROOT
Father, we return—fully, humbly, and nationally—to the covenant root You established at Cape Henry. We return to the proclamation that “from these shores the Gospel shall go to all the nations of the earth.” We return to the original assignment: to be a sending nation, a Gospel nation, a light bearing nation.
We declare that America’s identity is not found in political power, military might, or cultural dominance— but in covenant purpose, apostolic sending, and evangelistic fire.
We call this nation back to its first altar. We call this nation back to its first proclamation. We call this nation back to its first mandate.
Let the covenant root speak louder than the counterfeit narrative. Let the original seed overpower every false seed. Let the Cross at Cape Henry rise above every golden calf.
A PRAYER OF NATIONAL CLEANSING
Lord, cleanse the imagination of this nation. Cleanse the stories we tell. Cleanse the myths we’ve built. Cleanse the idols we’ve protected. Cleanse the altars we’ve erected in Your place.
Let the blood of Jesus wash the national memory. Let the Spirit of Truth rewrite the national narrative. Let the covenant root realign the national identity.
A PRAYER OF RESTORATION
Restore the purity of our purpose. Restore the fire of our evangelistic call. Restore the humility of our covenant posture. Restore the sending mantle upon this land. Restore the torch of the Gospel in this generation.
We decree that America shall once again be an evangelist to the nations. We decree that the Gospel shall go forth from these shores with power. We decree that the marvelous deeds of the Lord shall be made known to all people. We decree that the covenant root shall prevail over every counterfeit narrative.
FINAL DECLARATION
In the authority of Jesus Christ, we decree: America shall repent. America shall return. America shall be restored. America shall walk in covenant. America shall fulfill her assignment. America shall be a sending nation again. Amen.
II. The Seven Spheres of Influence
1. Government: The Mantle of Righteousness
Apostolic Decree
We decree that the government of our cities, states, and nation is shifting from self interest to divine stewardship. We command every “hidden work of darkness” to be exposed by the light of God’s glory. We declare that “the government is upon His shoulders,” and we veto every unrighteous law that opposes the Word of God.
We decree that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, and He turns it wherever He wills. We proclaim that the Name of the Lord will be glorified among the nations (1 Chronicles 16:24), that all the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord (Psalm 22:27–28), and that one generation will commend His works to another (Psalm 145:4).
We align with the Word of the Lord: as exposure and removal come to those in authority across every sphere, there will be a momentary vacuum of leadership—but the enemy will not take a seat in any of these places. We decree Righteous Rule—men and women of integrity—are rising now.
We pray for Joseph level wisdom for our leaders to navigate economic and social complexities with integrity and divine insight. Father, raise up leaders who prioritize justice and humility over political gain.
We agree with the prophetic word: Man has a shortlist of candidates, but the Lord has His chosen vessels. We call forth the Josephs, Daniels, Deborahs, Esthers, and Mordecais who have been seasoned in the crucible of corrupt systems and prepared for such a time as this. We call forth Josiah reformers who will tear down idolatrous structures and lead nations in righteousness.
As we offer supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving for all who are in authority (1 Timothy 2:1–4), we decree that the atmosphere over government is shifting. We declare that the manifold wisdom of God will be made known to rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm through His Ekklesia.
Father, we come into agreement with this Word as Your Ekklesia. Be it made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm the manifold wisdom of our God.
We release these decrees into the heavens, the earth, and under the earth, enforcing the rule of Almighty God on earth as it is in heaven.
Kingdom of God, Come. Will of God, Be Done. In the name of Yeshua.
THE EIGHT GOVERNMENTAL DECREES
1. WE DECREE: Exposure, Removal, and Unseating
Of all unrepentant, ungodly authority—governmentally and in every sphere of society in the United States of America and the nations of the earth. According to Daniel 5:
• God has numbered your days
• You have been weighed and found wanting
• Your kingdom is divided
• You are unseated and removed
2. WE DECREE: No Enemy Usurpation
The enemy will not take a seat of authority in any vacated position. No time, resource, or strategy will work against the redemptive plan of Almighty God. Demonic grace is bound and blocked. Every occultic seeding is uprooted, torn down, destroyed, and overthrown. Nothing will thwart Adonai Elohim’s plan of healing, revival, awakening, and reformation.
3. WE DECREE: Yahweh Sabaoth Is with Us
The Commander of the Angel Armies is present. Angel armies are positioned and mobilized to take out all enemy opposition—now and in the future.
4. WE DECREE: Man’s Shortlist Is Nullified
The shortlist of man is brought to nothing. Righteous Rule prevails. Men and women of integrity, chosen by the Lord Jesus Christ, are promoted into their preordained places.
5. WE CALL FORTH: Reformers & Righteous Leaders
We call forth the Josephs, Daniels, Deborahs, Esthers, and Mordecais—those seasoned in corrupt systems and prepared for this hour. We decree that Josiah reformers are present and ready to lead nations in righteousness. We call them into their God ordained positions, prepared before the foundations of the earth. Let them be protected by the power of Your Name, the Blood of Jesus, and every word written in Your book concerning them.
6. WE DECREE: The Lord Is Building His House
To the Church and the Ekklesia: Tetelestai—come forth, new creation. Behold, our God is doing a new thing. Cities, states, and nations are being revived, restored, and rebuilt according to the Lord’s Kingdom blueprint.
7. WE DECREE: All Enemy Opposition Is Destroyed
Any attempt to hinder, delay, pervert, or divert God’s Kingdom plan for His people, for America, and for the Harvest of Nations is totally destroyed. For this reason the Son of God appeared: To destroy—undo, outdo, and overdo—the works of the devil.
To the enemies of God we decree: Before anything is seeded or set in motion, you are DONE. Your works are undone, outdone, and overdone.
8. WE DECREE: Tetelestai — It Is Finished
“For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is He who will save us.” (Isaiah 33:22) America shall be saved.
