70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. PRAYER COMMANDING THE MORNING:
Father, God, in the name of Jesus I declare Your Lordship over this
day. I command the morning to take hold of the ends of the earth and shake the wicked out of it (Job 38:12)
Lord, Your going forth is prepared as the morning, and we pray that You will come as the rain, the latter and former rain upon the earth (Hos. 6:3).
Let Your angels guard and protect me at night. Lord, give me deliverance in the night season (Acts 12:6�7).
Thank You, Father, for watching over my family and over me throughout the night. Thank You for giving your angels charge over us, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 91:11; 121:3).
Some trust in chariots and some trust in horses, but I remember that Father God, You are my God, You are my Source, You are my strength and I thank You, in the name of Jesus (Psalm 20:7).
PRAYER COMMANDING THE MORNING:
Father God, in the Name of Jesus, I rise early to declare Your Lordship! I get under the covering and anointing of the early riser. I come in agreement with the heavens to declare Your glory. Lord, release the mysteries unto me to bring heaven down to earth. The stars (chief angels) are battling on my behalf ahead of time.
My appointed times have been set by God in the heavens. I declare spermatic words that will make contact with the womb of the morning and make her pregnant. At sunrise the dawn will give birth to the will of God, and light will shine on wickedness to shake it from the heavens. At twilight my enemies will flee, and newly found spoils will await me at my destination. My destiny is inevitable!
O God, let my prayers meet You this morning. I command the morning to open its ears unto me and hear my cry. Let conception take place so that prayer will rain down and be dispatched upon the earth to do Your will. I command the earth to get in place to receive heavenly instructions on my behalf. My lands are subdued. I command all the elements of creation to take heed and obey. As my praise resounds and the day breaks, the earth shall yield her increase unto me. I declare that the first light has come!
The first fruit of my morning is holy, and the entire day will be holy. I prophesy the will of God to the morning so that the first light will shake wickedness from the four corners of the earth. The Lines (my portion) are fallen on my behalf in pleasant (sweet, agreeable) places, and I have a secure heritage. I am strategically lined up with the ladder that touches the third heaven and sits on earth. The angels are descending and ascending according to the words that I speak. What I bind or loose on earth is already bound or loosed in heaven. Revelation, healing, deliverance, salvation, peace, joy, relationships, finances, and resources that have been demonically blocked are being loosed unto me now! What is being released unto me is transferring to every person that I associate myself with. I am contagiously blessed! As I command the morning and capture the day, time is being redeemed. The people of God have taken authority over the fourth watch of the day.
The spiritual airways and highways are being hijacked for Jesus. The atmosphere of the airways over me, my family, my church, my community, my city, my state, my nation, and the world is producing a new climate.
This new climate is constructing a godly stronghold in times of trouble. The thinking of people will be conducive to the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven.
Every demonic agenda or evil thought pattern designed against the agenda of the Kingdom of Heaven, is destroyed at the root of conception, in Jesus’ Name! I come into agreement with the saints as we have suffered violence, we take by force! No longer will we accept anything demonic that is dealt unto us in our days. I declare that the Kingdom has come, and the will of God will be done on earth as it in Heaven. As the sun rises today, let it shine favorably upon the people and the purposes of God. I declare and I decree, that I have the favor of God upon my life; God has given me favor, with everyone I come in contact with!!
Daily destiny is my portion because I have no thought for tomorrow. I am riding on the wings of the morning into a new day of victory. God, You separated the night and the day to declare my days, years, and seasons. I am the light of the earth, and I have been separated from darkness. This light declares my destiny! The Lord has given me dominion over the elements and all the work of His hands. He has placed them under my feet.
Because I fear the name of the Lord, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, and I shall tread down the wicked until they become ashes under my feet. I commit to walk in this dominion daily. I decree and declare a new day, a new season, and a fresh anointing. As the ordinances of the constellations have received orders from God on my behalf, they shall manifest in the earth realm. The ingredients of my destiny are programmed into my days, years, and seasons. I bind every force that would attempt to capture my destiny illegitimately.
I plead the blood of Jesus over every principality, power, ruler of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places assigned against my purpose. I bind every destiny pirate, destiny thief, and destiny devourer in the Name of Jesus! They are dethroned and dismantled and have no influence over my days. Every curse sent against my days is reversed and boomeranged back to the pits of hell. I displaced the luciferian spirit. I bind every false light-bearer and counterfeit son of the morning. My prayers will disrupt dark plans and give my enemies a non-prosperous day. I have victory over my enemies every morning.
Because I obey the Lord and serve Him, my days will prosper! This is the day that the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it! Amen!

War Chest: What it Means, Types, Examples –
A war chest is a collection of tools or money intended to be used in a challenging or dangerous situation
1. Historically, it referred to an actual chest located in the homes or barracks of soldiers or military leadership, in which arms and armor were stored
In modern times, a war chest is a colloquial term for the reserves of cash set aside or built up by a company to take advantage of an unexpected opportunity or as a buffer against adverse events during uncertain times
2. It can also refer to money that has been collected or saved to pay for something, especially a long fight to achieve something
3. In business, a war chest—also known as a cash mountain—refers to a stash of money that a company sets aside for specific purposes:
Seizing Opportunities: A war chest is strategically maintained to take advantage of unexpected opportunities.
For instance, if a lucrative acquisition opportunity arises, the company can tap into its war chest to fund the purchase.
Risk Mitigation: Beyond acquisitions, a war chest serves as a buffer against adverse events during uncertain times. Having cash reserves allows the company to weather economic downturns or unexpected challenges.
Investment: Typically, a war chest is invested in short-term instruments such as treasury bills and bank deposits. These investments are liquid and can be accessed on-demand.

Going to War
When you go to war against your enemies and see horses and chariots and an army greater than yours, do not be afraid of them, because the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt, will be with you. 2 When you are about to go into battle, the priest shall come forward and address the army. 3 He shall say: “Hear, Israel: Today you are going into battle against your enemies. Do not be fainthearted or afraid; do not panic or be terrified by them.
4 For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”
5 The officers shall say to the army: “Has anyone built a new house and not yet begun to live in it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else may begin to live in it. 6 Has anyone planted a vineyard and not begun to enjoy it? Let him go home, or he may die in battle and someone else enjoy it. 7 Has anyone become pledged to a woman and not married her? 19 When you lay siege to a city for a long time, fighting against it to capture it, do not destroy its trees by putting an ax to them, because you can eat their fruit. Do not cut them down. Are the trees people, that you should besiege them? 20 However, you may cut down trees that you know are not fruit trees and use them to build siege works until the city at war with you falls. WORD OF THE LORD FROM THE 70 DAY DECREE:
52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 43: Washington, November 11, 1889
To the Remnant Rising,
We have aligned together in battle array during this 70 Day Decree assignment with a mighty weapon: The Righteousness of Our God in Christ Jesus. The Lord clearly revealed to me that this righteous decree is as much for the remnant of His people as it is for the nation. The Lord is raising up a mighty army in this new era fully aligned with His Kingdom plan and purposes that will walk in humility and surrender unto to Him. It is not about our agenda, but it is about the Kingdom of God coming on earth as it is in Heaven. We are at a critical point in this nation. Our destiny has been hanging in the balance. We must stand together “AS ONE” for the Lord’s redemptive plan for the United States of America in this hour! His righteousness that dwells within every born-again believer is the very plumbline that will bring us into alignment for the assignments that He has for us personally and corporately.
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon,
Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing — Life forevermore.” (Psalm 133; NKJV)
Hebraically, this is one of the most powerful warfare passages in Scripture! To dwell together in unity actually means that “you align together in judgment and wait in ambush to overtake the enemy that is in your path. We all need to recognize that our struggle is not against flesh and blood. The enemy’s plan has always been to divide, conquer and completely destroy the Body of Christ and this nation.
I received this prophetic word from the Lord on 9/5/2018:
“I change not, my shadow still heals. You can go the political route or you can come my way. You can come up on my highway above the fray.”
This does not mean that we do not raise our voices and be active in the governmental mountain or the other mountains of society. WE NEED TO BE THE VOICE OF THE LORD LIKE NEVER BEFORE. What it does mean is that we do not take offense, get caught up in accusation and the political machine of the enemy. We must operate from that seated place above in Christ Jesus, holding on to faith and a good conscience. It is important we stay on the highway of holiness (Isaiah 35). We need to speak the truth in love with words and wisdom that come from the Lord Himself that our adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict. Real repentance and lasting change are going to come from the outpouring of God’s goodness and loving-kindness upon a society that has lost the awe of God. So many in our nation do not know what it is to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The righteous decree is a catalyst for the very outpouring of the Presence and Power of God necessary to turn this nation unto salvation! So, let us operate not as civilians in the earth, but as true citizens and ambassadors of Christ from the Kingdom that is above!

The Month of Judah

The month of thanking God for deliverance
Characteristics: Repentance, Redemption, and Beginning of Miracles This is a month for you to watch your speech, which provides the ability to express your deepest feelings and insights. This is also the time to put your best foot forward.
Constellation: Aries, the ram (lamb)–celebrate the Passover lamb as heaven and earth connect.
Color/ Stone: Dark Red and Sky Blue/ Garnet or Blue Topaz The
Hebraic month of Nissan or Abib/ Aviv is the first of the twelve months in the Jewish calendar.
Abib is a Hebraic term for the stage of growth of grain when the seeds have reached full size. The harvest was waved before the Lord this month (Lev. 23: 4-11). As you pray over your firstfruits giving and other offerings during this month, wave your gift before the Lord declaring that the fullness of your harvest is being secured and that every seed you sow will prosper in new ways.
As the “first of months” of the Hebrew Year and our “Passover” month when we fully cross into the new season, we are standing at our Promised Land and preparing to enter a new season of inheritance. Allow the Lord to deliver you from every hindrance that would keep you from entering your place of fulfillment.
Every month is linked with an understanding of one of the twelve tribes.
This is the month linked with the tribe of Judah-the apostolic leadership, warring tribe who knew how to operate with sound. This is a key time to PRAISE! Remember, Judah goes first!
This is also the time of spring when kings go out to war (2 Sam. 10: 1).
Even if you are in a season of peace, you must discern what could encroach on your boundaries and war for what is rightfully yours. Allow this to be a season when you war for your covenant promises; do not hesitate to loose a sound of praise that will break you into a new dimension of victory and wholeness. Arise with faith, declare that the power of the Blood of Jesus has set you free, and know that your path of healing and miracles is now before you!
Originally the Hebrew year started in the month of Tishri, but when God initiated Passover, He put Israel into a yearly cycle of redemption and commanded that Nissan now be the head of the months. In fact, the first commandment given to the newly born nation when they prepared to leave Egypt was: “This month [the month of Nissan] shall be for you the first of the months” (Exodus 12: 2). So while the Hebrew years are still numbered from Tishrei (The first of Tishrei is Rosh HaShanna, the head of the year), the months are now numbered from Nissan. That’s why the Jewish “New Year” begins at the start of the seventh month.
Nissan, one of the most important months, begins the season of spring. Studying the season and the concept of spring through the Word of God is insightful. One of the Hebrew words for spring is also the word for repentance. Spring is a wonderful picture of repentance as you are coming out of a dead winter season and positioning yourself to bring forth new life and to flourish.
The three months of the spring season—Nissan, Iyar, Sivan—correspond to the three tribes of the camp of Judah—Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun—who were situated to the east of the Tabernacle in the wilderness.
In the Torah, Nissan is referred to as “the month of the spring.”
Nissan is the month of Passover, and the entire month is a prolonged festival.
It’s the month of redemption, the month of the beginning of miracles, and the month that sets the course for your future.
Nissan is associated with the Hebrew letter Hei which signifies violent praise. To the Jews, the letter Hei pictured the wind blowing through a lattice over a window. Prophetically this signifies a window with the wind of God blowing down into you every year. The Spirit of God needs to blow on you during this month. Since Nissan is associated with the tribe of Judah, which means, “praise,” and Judah “goes first;” the first month, Nissan, is Judah’s month.
As you go through the Bible and look at everything related to the first month, you will see a pattern depicting the relationship of the feasts to the months. You will learn to read your Bible in a new way.
This is the month of redemption so you would want to be sure to ask God to enter into the full redemptive plan for your life. Redemption means that a price has been paid for you, which unlocks every prison door that has held you captive.
Make a list of your prison doors and declare that you are opening and passing through each one.
Nissan is the month of the beginning of miracles. God has called some of you to operate in miracles, which are part of your gifting and destiny. The gift of miracles is a unique and powerful anointing.
Nissan is associated with our speech: the ability to express our deepest feelings and insights. If you are making negative confessions during Nissan, you will have trouble the rest of the year. Negative confession will take seed in you instead of positive confessions grabbing the wind and changing your atmosphere into blessings. Speaking forth our thankfulness to God for our deliverance is of key importance during this month. I feel like this is one of the biggest needs for Christians.
Those who do not celebrate Passover fail to pull aside and remember where they have come from and thank God for bringing them out of the bondage of sin. I love to thank Him for how He is continuing to deliver me.
This month is associated with the constellation of Aries, the ram (lamb), which is very appropriate for Passover. The heavens really are declaring God’s glory! Do not let that grouping of stars scare you. God created the stars in heaven as markers in the sky (Gen. 1: 14).
In previous chapters 5, 6 and 13, Robert Heidler explained the importance of why God created the stars and constellations to provide signs to give us revelation of the seasons and days and years. How appropriate that God would have the Passover lamb celebrated during this month as heaven and earth connect. A person recently came to me with a dream about a lamb. I immediately knew that they needed to look back and see what was going on in their life in April. They needed to observe what was happening as far as their sacrifice of worship. You will be able to make the prophetic connection with your dreams when you understand the prophetic significance of the months.
Nissan is a time to put your best foot forward, just as Israel did when they headed out of Egypt toward the Promised Land. So step forth in strength and consider where the Lord is leading you in the coming year.
Biblically, Nissan signifies the “New Year of Kings.”
This month is when many political changes will take place. This is a great time to evaluate every political structure or organization with which you are aligned or involved.
Nissan is the controller month. A controller in a business enterprise or institution is the chief accounting officer who has the authority to guide or manage economic activities and performance. The fact that the tax system of our nation is linked to this month is no coincidence. This is the month to learn to fish. Jesus said that if you can’t pay your taxes, go catch a fish and get your tax payment out of the fish’s mouth.
This is the time to evaluate your life carefully and consider where you are positioned. Now is the time to set things right for the coming season. Pray and ask the Lord to give you strategies to rightly align in these times. If you submit to the Lord and are in the right place at the right time, your life will align with God purposes and plan.”
