70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

You’ve got a full army assigned to you so that you can advance My Kingdom plan and purposes in the land. The conquering of the Conqueror has come! I have mantled you for conquest! I have made you more that conquerors! I have mantled you for conquest to reclaim and restore- Isaiah 49 TPT! Take the Land even as Joshua! Order in the court- Even as Joshua!” Says the Lord.

We are in a season of divine empowerment, backed by heaven, to conquer obstacles, reclaim lost territory (land/inheritance), and restore what was stolen, relying on the finished work of Jesus. The covenant promise of land, seed, blessing, we possess the gates of our enemies and cities of our enemies- ASK ME FOR THE NATIONS IS RESONATING WITH IN MANY IN THIS HOUR. THERE IS A CAUSE! The Lord has a standing functioning Ekklesia in the earth! We are advancing! It is time to occupy our territories, tents, treasuries- spheres and mountains of influence with the light and glory of His Kingdom- His Authority- On earth as it is in Heaven! Jesus said, “OCUPPY UNTIL I COME!”
Today’s War Word is a powerful prophetic message of encouragement, exhortation focusing on spiritual warfare, divine empowerment, and a call to action. This prophetic Word is a declaration to us with the promise of spiritual empowerment and mobilization, calling us individually, corporately, territorially and generationally to step into our God- ordained leadership role to “reclaim and restore” territory for God’s Kingdom. The militaristic language of His Word to us heralds a new season of spiritual breakthrough and restoration- (Isaiah 49, TPT).
Key Prophetic Symbols and Their Meanings
Here is a revelation of the meaning and Scriptural Grid of the Word!
* “Ensigns are here to help… The Breakers are also here”: “Ensigns” (banners/flags) and “Breakers” refer to spiritual agents, angels, or ministries sent by God to lead the way and break through obstacles (referencing Micah 2:13). It suggests that divine aid has arrived to remove hindrances. Ensigns and Banners: In biblical warfare, an ensign (nes) served as a visible rallying point or signal to assemble an army. Welcoming the ensigns means accepting divine signals and the spiritual support sent to guide your mission.
The Breakers: This is the Lord declaration of support – The “Breaker’s Anointing” based on Micah 2:13. “The Breaker” (God Himself) goes before you to smash through obstacles, spiritual blockages, and “brazen doors” that have previously hindered progress.
* “How terrible is an army with her banners!”: This decree describes an army that is awe-inspiring, majestic, and intimidating to the enemy because they carry the authority of God. “Terrible as an Army with Banners”: Derived from Song of Solomon 6:4, also describes the warrior bride so majestic and powerful that it strikes awe or “terror” into enemies. It signifies that your spiritual presence is now formidable and intimidating to the forces of darkness.
* “You’ve got a full army… to advance My Kingdom”: A promise that we are fully equipped and supported by the armies of Heaven- spiritual forces to move forward in God’s, plans for our life, spheres of influence and community.
* “The conquering of the Conqueror has come”: A reference to Jesus (the ultimate Conqueror) having already won the victory, and that victory is now being manifested in our lives!
* Mantled for Conquest: A mantle represents a spiritual garment of authority or a specific “calling” passed from God to a person. To be “mantled for conquest” means you have been officially authorized and equipped by God to take new ground.
“I have mantled you for conquest”: You are clothed with authority for a specific spiritual assignment. You are empowered to take back what was lost (reclaim and restore).
* “Isaiah 49 TPT”: This chapter focuses on God as the Restorer who brings His people out of captivity (Babylon/exile) and promises that He will contend with those who contend with you, bringing deliverance from the “mighty”.
* “Take the Land even as Joshua!”: A command to possess the promises of God, as Joshua led the Israelites into the Promised Land, implying a need for faith, boldness, and obedience to remove obstacles.
* Order in the Court: This command refers to the “Courts of Heaven,” Remember the Lord said He is releasing verdicts daily! We are seated in the heavenly realm in Christ Jesus to hear those verdicts and release them into our gates and spheres of influence! This is our Kingdom mandate to make legal petitions for justice, restoration, and reformation! To legislate Heaven on Earth! This is a promise that the spiritual “legalities” for our victory has already been settled in our favor. “Order in the court!”: We decree that spiritual judgments have taken place in heaven, and the ruling is in favor of the saints/believers -the Functioning Ekklesia is overturning injustices- ESTABLISHING HIS KINGDOM and Releasing the vengeance of God and the judgement written against the Kingdom of Darkness and those opposing His Redemptive plan for our life and land! JUSTICE IS SERVED!
Biblical Mandates
* Isaiah 49 (TPT): This chapter focuses on the “Servant’s” commission to be a light to the nations and to restore the “desolate heritages”. It emphasizes that even if you feel you have “labored in vain,” God is the one who vindicates and restores.
* The Joshua Mandate: The command to “Take the Land even as Joshua” is a call to bold courageous action and spiritual “warfare” to occupy the promises God has given you, moving from the wilderness into your inheritance. (Joshua 1)
* The Joshua Mandate Zechariah 3 Joshua, the High Priest is mantled for war, called to obedience with the promise of the charge of the courts!
* JESUS CHRIST AND HIS KINGDOM RULES SUPREME – Daniel 7:26-27 “But the court [of the Most High] will sit in judgment, and his dominion will be taken away, [first to be] consumed [gradually] and [then] to be destroyed forever./Then the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of all the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be given to the people of the saints (believers) of the Most High; His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all the dominions will serve and obey Him.’
Summary: We are no longer in a season of waiting, but a season of active reclaiming. Our Father has “assigned” spiritual backup to ensure we succeed in restoring and rebuilding what has been lost.
ISAIAH 49 (TPT)
The Lord’s Special Servant
Listen to what I have to say, you islands.
Pay attention to me, you who live in distant lands.
Yahweh called me as his own before I was born
and named me while I was still in my mother’s womb.
He gives me words that pierce and penetrate.
He hid me and protected me in the shadow of his hand.
He prepared me like a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver. And he said to me, “Israel, you are my special servant;
in you I will be glorified.” I said, “I’ve worked and served for nothing. I have used up all my strength for nothing. “Yet my rights I leave in Yahweh’s hands, and my just reward is with my God. And now, the Lord Yahweh— who shaped me in the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob’s tribes back to him that Israel would be gathered back to himself, for I am honored in the sight of Yahweh.
I find the source of all my strength in my God— who says:
“Is it too small a thing for you, my servant, to restore greatness to Jacob’s tribes and the survivors of Israel? I will make you to be a light to the nations and to bring the light of my salvation to the ends of the earth!” Yahweh, Israel’s Kinsman-Redeemer and Holy One, says to the one who is deeply despised and repulsed by rulers
and a slave to the ruling class: “Kings will see and stand up in respect; princes will bow down to honor the faithfulness of Yahweh,
the Holy One of Israel, who has chosen you.”
God’s Faithfulness
Yahweh says:
“When the time of showing you favor has come,
I will answer your heart’s cry.
I will help you in the day of salvation,
for I have fixed my eyes on you.
I have made you a covenant people to restore the land
and to resettle families on forgotten inheritances.
You will declare to prisoners, ‘You’re free!’
and to those in darkness, ‘Step out into the light!’
They will be like sheep that graze beside the roads
and find pasture on the barren hillside.
They will never be hungry or thirsty.
Neither scorching sun nor desert wind will hurt them,
for he, the Loving One, will guide them
and lead them to restful, renewing streams of water.
I will level all my mountains as a road for them
and raise up my highways.
Look! They will come from faraway lands—
some from the north, some from the west,
and some from the land of Sinim.”
Sing for joy, you heavens!
Shout, you earth, and rejoice with dancing, shouting, and glee!
Burst into joyous songs, you mountains,
for Yahweh has comforted his beloved people.
He will show tenderness and compassion
to his suffering ones.
God Will Not Forget Zion
But Zion has said, “Yahweh has forsaken me. My Lord has forgotten me—I’m all alone.”
Yahweh responds, “But how could a loving mother forget her nursing child and not deeply love the one she bore? Even if a there is a mother who forgets her child, I could never, no never, forget you. Can’t you see? I have carved your name on the palms of my hands! Your walls are always my concern. Your children, your builders, are running back to you as those who ruined and destroyed you are running away. Lift up your head and look all around you. See! All your children, your builders, gather to come back to you. As surely as I live, I make this promise,” says Yahweh.
“You will wear them all like jewels, as a radiant bride wears her beautiful jewelry! “See? Your ruins and devastated places
will soon be overcrowded with settlers while your destroyers stay far away. You thought you had lost the children, but you will hear them say, ‘This place is too cramped for me. Make more room for me to live in.’ And you will say to yourself, ‘Where in the world did all these children come from? Who birthed these for me? I thought I was bereaved and barren. I thought I was all alone, forgotten in exile— so how did they all get here?’” This is what Lord Yahweh says: “Soon I will raise my hand and signal to the nations, and they will come with your little boys bundled in their arms and your little daughters carried on their shoulders. Kings will be their babysitters
and queens their nursing mothers. With faces bowed to the ground, they will lick the dust of your feet. Then you will know that I am Yahweh, and I will never disappoint those who entwine their hearts with mine.” Who can snatch the prey from the hands of a mighty warrior or rescue captives from a conqueror?”
But Yahweh says:
“The prey will be freed from the mighty warrior and captives will be rescued from a conqueror! For I will fight with those who fight with you, and I myself will save your children. I will cause the violence of your oppressors to come back upon them, and your enemies will kill one another in a killing frenzy! Then all the earth will know that I am Yahweh, your Savior, your Kinsman-Redeemer, the mighty hero of Jacob’s tribes.”
