Judah Goes First.
Anna Love. Father, thank you for what you’re going to do here today. Thank for this new month of Tevet that we’ve stepped into this morning. The Lord said a while back that we need to eat the book of Isaiah. He brought that back around.
Isaiah 41. Be silent before me, you islands. Let the nations renew their strength. Let them come forward and speak. Let us meet together at the place of judgment.
‘Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him. He turns them to dust with his sword, to wind-blown chaff with his bow. He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not travelled before.
Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the Lord—with the first of them and with the last—I am he.’
The islands have seen it and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward; they help each other and say to their companions, ‘Be Strong.’ The metalworker encourages the goldsmith, and the one who smoothes with the hammer spurs on the one who strikes the anvil. One says of the welding, ‘It is good.’ The other nails down the idol so that it will not topple.
‘But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, you descendants of Abraham my friend, I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, “You are my servant.” I have chosen you and have not rejected you. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
We’ve been talking about the strong arm of the Lord. I was impressed this morning that the Lord is going to uphold us. If you feel like you’re drowning, remember that in this season and this time, even this month, the eyes of the Lord are upon us. Your security and stability is found in the Lord.
‘All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish. Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all. For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.
Isaiah 42:1. ‘Here is my servant whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope.’
This is what God the Lord says—the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: ‘I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
‘I am the Lord; that is my name. I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.’
We need to expect new things in this new season.
Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them. Let the wilderness and its towns raise their voices; let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them shout from the mountaintops. Let them give glory to the Lord and proclaim his praise in the islands. The Lord will march out like a champion, like a warrior he will stir up his zeal; with a shout he will raise the battle cry and will triumph over his enemies.
For a long time I have kept silent, I have been quiet and held myself back. But now, like a woman in childbirth, I cry out, I gasp and pant. I will lay waste the mountains and hills and dry up all their vegetation; I will turn the rivers into islands and dry up the pools. I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.
Father, I thank you for that and that we are in a new season. I thank you that the time of waiting is over and fulfillment has come. It’s like a child being born, Lord. I thank you for the manifestation of promises and the manifestation of your word. We say Yes to it. Have your way this morning in Jesus name.

What a beautiful name it is. what a powerful name it is. The name of Jesus.
Jesus, you change everything. Jesus, you make the darkness tremble. You silence fear.
You are restoring. It’s in the blood of the one who is worthy.
Gonna take back all the enemy has stolen. I believe in you. You’re the God of miracles.
Your praise still stands. Great is your faithfulness. You’ve never failed me yet.
Betty Love. Lord, you’re watching over your word to perform it. I decree and declare the promises of God are upon us. His goodness is on us and on the land.
Heaven is open. Move through us. Bring your word. Have your way. We give you praise. We honor you. We consecrate and commit our lives to you this day, and commit this time into your hands. We thank you that the word that goes out of our mouths today, you’re going to set us at one with you. And so is the word that goes out of your mouth, it will not return void but it will accomplish what you send it to do. It will complete the assignment that you have given it. We welcome your word. We welcome and honor you as we are stepping into Rosh Chodesh, the hebraic month of Tevet. We embrace the now of heaven—now word, now worship and now works in Jesus mighty name. Amen and Amen. Heaven is here to run on the will of God, the way of God and the word of God.

Mid-Morning Service.
Betty Love. We have stepped in today to the new hebraic month of Tevet. It means Goodness. This is a month to see and experience and know the goodness of the Lord. It is also a month where he will be drawing prodigals. It’s his goodness that draws men to repentance. It’s a great season that we’re in. We’re in the seventh day of Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights. We want to arise and shine and let our light shine. Our light has come. His name is Jesus.
Father, we give you glory and honor and praise. We present ourselves to you on this new hebraic month and day of Tevet. We give you all glory and honor. We’ve come to worship you and hear your voice. We welcome your voice upon our waters. We present unto you our bodies, a living sacrifice.
Father, we thank you for this family and those you’ve aligned with us. For what you’re doing within us, our state and our nation. We thank you that the books are open and you are releasing prophetic destiny that has been stored up for us before time. So we welcome you, Father. We welcome you, Jesus. We welcome Holy Spirit. We welcome your Fullness to come into us and into your house today.
Father, we thank you for the angelic hosts you’ve assigned who are going to run on the worship and run on your word. And Jesus you’re going to work with us today with signs following. So Lord from the very beginning when we stepped in this morning, we thank you that you are here and you are moving with us and in this place. We say, Have your way. Your kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus name. Amen.

Betty. A window is a small place, but nonetheless it is an opening. It is Step Time. He is moving. The window is coming to us this morning. It is lighted. It’s a place of light. You’re going to step into the light. You’re going to step into revelation and move through your window.
Lord, we thank you that you confirm your word in the mouth of two or more witnesses and Lord, here this morning, we look with the spirit of faith and look at our window; and we decree and declare that we step through, we step through that opening. Step. Step. Step in. Leave it all behind. Come on and leave it all behind.

Betty Love. Thank you Father for your manifested presence and your glory in this place this morning. I thank you for all those you’ve brought into the house today, those joining us by live stream for such a time as this and to hear this now word. For it is a now word.
Father, I thank you that we are in the place of Culmination and Convergence. That the very word you gave to Pastor Kimble at the beginning of 2018 is upon us in Fullness. That dreams and visions and promises are upon us and connecting and coming out of the heavenly realm and connecting in the earth.
Father, we thank you for this fullness of time. We thank you that we have stepped into your goodness this morning and we are in the now of heaven. Lord, we celebrate that you are the God of miracles. We celebrate in this Hanukkah season that the oil did not go out and the light did not go out in your Temple.
I decree and declare, Jesus, you are the light of the world. And you said to us, your children, that we are the light of the world, a city set on a hill. And that we were to let our light shine before all men. Lord, we’ve come to give you glory. To arise and shine in this season. We thank you for the now of heaven that is here. We thank you for the now word and that we have habitation. I say we have habitation—God with us. God in us. Emmanuel. We are the temple of the living God and he is living on the inside of you and me right now in the person of Holy Spirit. I said, we have habitation. So Lord, we give you glory and we thank you.
Holy Spirit, Revelator, I ask that you come and carry me in these next few minutes and you bring forth the word. And Lord you confirm it with signs following in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.

Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God. What I’m hearing in this season. I think it interesting that Wanda saw the window coming towards us. Because I can tell you frame by frame the Lord is going to unfold his plan to you. He is going to give you frame by frame. I believe that the word of the Lord is going to come to you day by day. And as you begin to decree and declare it, it is going to be established and light is going to shine on your path. You’re about to shape the world and shape history by the very words that come out of your mouth via Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1-3 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form and void and darkness was on the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Holy Spirit is moving upon your waters in this hour ready to create when your words become agreeable with the word of God, whether it be rhema, a proceeding word, or a prophetic utterance. When you release the word of God, heaven is going to run on it and it is going to create.
We’re in Amos 9:11 where the plowman overtakes the reaper and the reaper the plowman. Get ready for a perpetual return. When the Lord showed me, I’ve got miracle sets that are coming in, miracles that are going to come to you like wave sets. That’s something. How many of you know that waves never cease to come to the shore?
John 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him, Jesus, all things were made. Without him nothing was made that has been made. Anyway, any time that we’re going to do something, it’s going to be in and through Jesus and by Holy Spirit. He is the Word. We welcome the Word of God in our midst today. His name is Jesus. Flash forward to Revelation: On his thigh is written The Word of God.
Revelation 19:11-16 I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse whose rider is called Faithful and True.
We’re in a month of the Lord releasing authority to you. It’s about judging righteously and judging correctly.
Whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood and his name is the Word of God.
When I saw that and it came home to me, I realized that I could be in Miracle City and say, I welcome the Word of God.
The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. He will rule them with an iron scepter. He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On his robe and on his thigh he has his name written: King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
Hebrews 11:3 By faith, that is with an inherent trust and enduring confidence in the power, wisdom and goodness of God.
That word inherent is something you have inherited. Trust is living in you and me in the person of Holy Spirit.
We understand the worlds, the universe and (even) the ages, were framed and created, formed, put in order and equipped for their intended purpose, by the word of God.
We are in the Second Apostolic Age. The Lord has already framed the ages before us and even the age in which we are in. He wants to release revelation knowledge to you so that you can partner with him in this season, and he will give it to you frame by frame. There are things in heaven that are waiting to be created in the earth. And they’re going to come about when you allow the Lord to align you with himself and Holy Spirit. And out of your mouth, out of your spirit, comes the word of God. And heaven runs on it. And the creation, the earth responds to it. And demons bow to it.
The Word of God. Proceeding Word.
Matthew 4:4 Man does not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
The Logos is the written Bible.
The Rhema is when the word of God is spoken forth. It has utterance. It has voice. No Rhema is stoppable. When God gives you a proceeding word or a true rhema, with Rhema it is Unstoppable. It’s the truth. It creates. Nothing can stop the voice of God when it is set in motion.
Prophecy. Some prophecy is conditional. Some prophecy is coming regardless. The Word of God is alive. Not one word falls to the ground. When Jeremiah prophesied that at the end of 70 years Israel would come out of captivity, that word was alive, waiting for an appointed time. God already had people who were going to help bring it about for the restoration of Israel, for the rebuilding of the wall, for the rebuilding of the temple. There was a clarion call that was being set out to different ones.
Zerubbabel, who was instrumental in the building, his name means, Sown in Babylon. I don’t care where you stay or what it looks like, you might be in Babylon, but God is still sowing seed. At the appointed time He will bring you out of that place and bring you in the place he ordained for you before the foundation of the earth.
And in order to fulfill the word spoken to the prophet Jeremiah, God moved on the heart a king. His name was Cyrus and as far as we know he was not a believer. So it doesn’t matter if they are or they aren’t. When God gets ready to move, he will move heaven and earth to bring his word and his will forth. He’s just looking for agreement. Can you say Amen to it?
The Decree. This is where we are in this month and this season. He is ready for you to hear the verdicts that are going out of the heavenly realm. The decree of a king cannot be appealed. So when you have a decree that has come from Almighty God, it says in Job, You will decree a thing and it will be established and light will shine on your path. The world gets so dark out there. Light it up. Light it up.
God’s Word is our Foundation.
The written Word of God. II Timothy 3:16-17. All scripture is God-breathed (it’s alive) and it is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The Word of God is a mirror. It will equip you. There is no substitute for the written Word of God. You want to be a mighty man or woman of God? You’re going to eat the Word, read the Word, wash with the Word. The Word is going to become a part of your life or you are going to be weak. You don’t eat food, you fast days and days and days, your body is going to begin to break down over a period of time, no matter who you are.
The Lord is ready for you to be built up in His Word. Heaven and earth will pass away but what is going to stand? The Word.
The Rhema. Strong’s Concordance. Rhema means an utterance, individually, collectively or specifically on a particular matter or topic. The Greek Lexicon says rhema is something that has been uttered, either the past or the present by a living entity.
The first time Rhema is used in the New Testament is during Jesus’ forty-day temptation by Satan. Jesus, after being tempted to feed himself through a miracle after fasting for a long period, responds with the following: ‘It is written.’ How did he respond? It is written.
The Lord said about two weeks ago that it is time for the ‘it is writtens.’ Holy Spirit is going to bring to your remembrance the Logos and it’s going to be a Rhema to you. And when it comes out of your mouth it is going to take out your enemy. It is written. It is written. I don’t care if the enemy is screaming at you, get out your sheets, your warfare scriptures and read them. Well, if you have to read them, it doesn’t work. It’s coming out of my mouth. Don’t stop. The Word works. Why? Because it always accomplishes what he sent it to do. It is written.
There are ‘it is writtens’ about you personally. There are rhemas and promises he’s given you. And he’s going to fulfill it. What am I going to do with that word, Miracles are going to come to you like sets of waves? I’m going to say, I’m looking. Bring them. I’m going out to meet them. Hang Ten, Dottie.
It’s time for the ‘it is writtens.’ For we have the same spirit of faith according as it is written. I believed and therefore I have spoken. We also believe.
When the word of the Lord comes to you and you receive it and believe it, then you speak it. The psalmist said it and then Paul repeated it. So it is time to speak forth what God is saying to you, what scripture he is giving to you. I believed, therefore I have spoken. Romans 10:17. I know I have a measure of faith. Every man has a measure of faith, but how do I build my faith? Faith comes by hearing and hearing by hearing the Word. It’s not you reading it silently. It’s you speaking it.
In the meeting Tim and Dutch Sheets said that if you say it, heaven will move on it. As long as you are thinking it, nothing is going to happen. Years ago, the enemy was throwing a thought at me and I didn’t say anything. I just kept shrugging my shoulder. Finally the Lord said, Would you just stop and speak to the enemy so he’ll go? Shrugging him off isn’t going to do any good. Just speak to him. Speak to your mountain and tell it to move.
The Proceeding Word.
Satan hates it. Why do you think he comes to cut off the head or the voice of the prophet? To shut your mouth. When you are a yielded vessel to the Lord, and you’ve got God streaming on you, the devil doesn’t know what’s coming. He can’t track it or stop it and he’s in big trouble.
The Lord wants you and me to be in such a place of abiding and intimacy with him that there is just a flow of the proceeding word coming out of our mouths. When we open it he fills it with words and wisdom our adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict. The enemy cannot gainsay the Word of God. He just can’t.
Or we come to the place some saints did where they wake up with Satan sitting in the corner of the bedroom and say, Oh it’s just you. Then turn over and go back to sleep. That’s some faith now. Most of us would have to get up and do a hallelujah hoedown stomp. But your confidence is so great in the Lord and you’re in such a place of abiding that, Oh, it’s just you! Because while we sleep, He’s watching.
Matthew 4:4. But he answered and said, It is written. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. This is active. This is rhema. It’s life-giving. God wants to feed you His Word. Jesus is the bread of life.
Hebrews 11:1-3.
Isaiah 55:11. So is the word that goes out of my mouth. It will not return to me unfulfilled but will accomplish what I intend and cause to succeed what I send it to do.
It’s going to produce every time. For whatever reason he is sending a word to you personally, he’s sending it to accomplish the assignment he’s sending it to do. It’s going to prosper.
Isaiah 55:8-11 MSG. “I don’t think the way you think. The way you work isn’t the way I work.” God’s Decree.
“For as the sky soars high above earth, so the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is beyond the way you think. Just as rain and snow descend from the skies and don’t go back until they’ve watered the earth, doing their work of making things grow and blossom, producing seed for farmers and food for the hungry, so will the words that come out of my mouth not come back empty-handed. They’ll do the work I sent them to do; they’ll complete the assignment I gave them. -3800
Every proceeding word, rhema word, prophetic word, any word that God speaks to your heart or through an individual, God has given it an assignment. And because of that, dreams and visions that are really from God, when you speak that forth coming into agreement with it, you bring heaven into the earth realm. And angels are assigned to those words. People are assigned to the words that you have. It is a set-up. They won’t come back empty-handed to God. When God says it, it will happen. And he’s faithful. I’m so glad he’s for us and not against us.
The Sword of the Spirit
Hebrews 4:12. The Word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
The word will come in and cut out of our lives and our thinking what it needs to. This is how important it is. This is really a set-up for the decree. We want to encourage everyone connected and aligned with us, those that are a part of the family, to ask the Lord for one word or a phrase for the new year. When He gives you that word, it is going to work in your heart and in your life.
Angels Run
Psalm 103:20. Bless Adonai, you angels of His, you mighty warriors who obey his word, who carry out his orders. CJB
So if your thoughts and your words become agreeable with the Lord and you open your mouth and he fills it, when you decree and declare his word, you speak it forth. Then because it is his word, the angels will run on it. And they will obey the orders of God. They won’t do what I want them to do but they’ll do what he wants them to do.
When you’re aligned with God maybe they will.
Zechariah had an interactive vision. Joshua the high priest was standing before the angel of the Lord and Satan was there accusing him. The Lord rebuked Satan and told the angels to take off his filthy garments and clothe him with raiment. Zechariah was watching and obviously noticed that his turban was dirty and said to bring him a clean turban—and they did.
Prophecy
II Peter 1:21. For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man. But men spoke from God as they were carried along by Holy Spirit.
If it’s a true word of prophecy it’s not because Betty or Chris or Kevin decided to speak something forth. A true word of prophecy is via Holy Spirit. Men didn’t speak out of their will but they spoke as Holy Spirit carried them.
What is Prophecy? It comes from the Greek word Prophetetia: to speak forth. It’s to speak forth the heart, mind and counsel of God. This word also means to bubble up, to flow forth, to cause to drop like rain.
When I am up here, most of the time I just have scripture. That’s how God works with me. I don’t know what’s coming. Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don’t. If you look at what I posted this morning, the Madison Transformation Portal, none of that was planned. Nothing. But when you look at it, it is life-giving and some of those very words are on the slides today. It just bubbles up and flows out like a river. It’s the gift.
It’s a gift and it’s supernatural. And every one of you in this room as sons and daughters of God have the ability to prophesy. It is the declaration of that which cannot be known by natural means. It is the forth-telling of the will of God, with a reference to the past, present or future. And prophecy is Holy Spirit expressing the thoughts and desires of Christ through a human voice. There can also be prophetic art and dance. It’s speaking forth the heart, mind and counsel of God.
Acts 2:17-21. “In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
Say, That’s me. Every one of us in here is a son or daughter. We are called to speak forth the heart, the mind and the counsel of God. It’s a now word.
The ages are converging and now prophetic words that are infused with God assignments are intersecting their moment.
This is a now word. Tim Sheets shared this a week ago. Every age that has been where God has moved, everything from the past has been brought forward to now, into a place of fullness. All the streams of God as coming together. We’re in the greatest days of the Church that we have ever had.
It is time for the ‘It is writtens.’
II Corinthians 4:13. We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe…
Hear it. See it. Say it.
Now faith is confidence of what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
The Lord is about to revision you. He is going to enable you. We are in a month of seeing. This month’s hebraic letter is Ayin. It is to see, to know, and to experience God and His Word.
So: Do you see what I see? Do you hear what I hear? A star is born.
II Corinthians 4:13 NIV. It is written, I believed; therefore I have spoken. With that same spirit of faith we also believe and therefore speak.
So when you hear the word, you receive the word, you believe the word, you need to speak it out. Thank you all for responding and stepping in. There’s no way Rick could have known. He had Step on his phone. He heard one word. If you’re sitting in this house and think, Step? You’re in a hearing house. You’re in a seeing house. If you want to see and function in the realm of the Spirit, you can.
If you want to learn and begin to give words and exercise the gifts, you’re in a house to be able to do that. Anyone who knows us and moves with us knows that. I want you to get a word and release it, but I also want you to know what is on time and how to do it.
You can’t come and give a lesson when you’re supposed to give a word. When we’ve got a river that’s flowing and who knows where Holy Spirit is going to go, if you give a teaching, a Sunday School lesson, you’re going to stop the flow of the river. Or we end up on the sandbar. So Rick heard Step and then Wanda had the on-time word. And we responded to it. It’s important that we respond. I step, Lord. If there is a window open for me to leave my stuff and move on in, a lighted window, that means there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Come on through.

Before Time…

This is for every believer sitting in this room. This is even for non-believers. God had a plan.
You Covered Me.

He had you covered even then or you wouldn’t be here today.
Framed. Frame by Frame. This is where I see that we are.
This little boy is Nita’s grandson. Townes is at Nita’s house and next door they are building another house. He got in a position so he could watch the building. He didn’t want to miss anything. It reminds me of Habakkuk when he said, I will stand at my watch post on the rampart and I will look to see what He will say to me. I think it’s interesting that he is standing in the sink. Sometimes you have to get in a place where you can get built up and look out the window so you can see. I see a lighted window coming in towards us.
Frame the Day
They are at work out there and he is participating. He is fully standing in the sink to watch them. Nita is one of our apostolic leaders and elders in the house and is one of the most creative women I know. When she was repainting her wall, she put empty frames on the wall to lay out the pattern and then filled them with pictures. There was a plan. I began to have a vision of that over a week ago. The Lord has our layout frame by frame. God has your layout in this season where we are.
I didn’t know Tevet was the month where you look to see. I didn’t know seeing, Ayin, was this month. I forgot about it until yesterday and I had this word last week. How do you do that? Israel do by tradition following the hebraic calendar religiously with feast and festivals; but we don’t know anything about it and Paul says, We do by the Spirit what Israel does by tradition. You may not know about all the hebraic calendar stuff but I do because He’ll be doing it in you if you’re walking with Him whether you know about it or not.
But when you do know about it, you can know what He’s doing in this season. Just like you know on December 25 that Christmas is coming. And on the last Thursday in November we will celebrate Thanksgiving. We want to celebrate that with a good meal. That’s what we associate it with, giving thanks.
There are things God is doing every month that He wants to work in your life; and this month is about seeing the goodness of the Lord in your place where you live. He is coming in goodness. So much so that we’re in an Ayin Tet, a year to see; and an Ayin month to seeing the goodness. It’s double good, so good.
The Decree
Job 22:28. Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways. One translation says your path.
The decree that God puts in your mouth is powerful. It will cut, divide, cut down, cut off, cut in two, snatch, decree. That is all that word does. So if you have a true decree, it will go and cut whatever needs to be cut in its path. There is more power in one word from God than all the power of the enemy combined. One word: Step. If that’s all He says to you to do, if you will Step, just wait for God to do the rest. Because you will see it. It doesn’t have to be hard.
The word Decree also means to judge or to divide. Again, I did not know Dan was the tribe. It’s all about authority, to make the judgments. I don’t mean judging people and cutting people.
Judicial decisions or determinations of a litigated cause is a decree of the court of chancery. The decision of a court of equity is called a decree. That of a court of law, a judgment.
In the civil law, a determination or judgment on a suit between parties.
An edict or law made by a council for regulating any business within their jurisdiction; as the decrees of ecclesiastical councils.
God is raising up an Ekklesia or a ruling body who will decree and declare. In fact, Jesus said, I will build my church. I will build my Ekklesia, my ruling council and the gates of hell will not prevail. It is a people who have assembled together to hear heaven and decree His decree on earth as it is in heaven. And it will shift things on every mountain of society.
This your takeaway today. This is from encounter this week. The Lord spoke to my heart, “We’ve only just begun.” He’s going to give it to you frame by frame, revelation that brings revolution in your life, in your land, in your territory, tents and treasuries, in your family, in your spheres of influence.
He is so rich in kindness and grace that He purchased our freedom with the blood of His Son and forgave our sins.
Before I Formed You…
I received a word a few weeks ago in a commissioning that I’ve received many times over the years but it was confirmation. The word was, ‘Even as Aaron’s rod budded. Betty, your rod is budding. Not only is it budding, but it is going to bloom and produce fruit.’
Numbers 17:8. Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses went into the tabernacle of witness, and behold, the rod of Aaron, of the house of Levi, had sprouted and put forth buds, had produced blossoms and yielded ripe almonds.
God had a selection and a choice when He chose for the position. Aaron didn’t choose himself, God chose him. A few of the other tribes, the rebel rousers, questioned why Aaron was chosen and felt one of them could do the same thing he did. So God told Moses to have them bring a staff (a stick) and lay them out. Aaron’s was obviously made from an almond tree because the next day when they went back his had blooms on it and had produced almonds. Now you can’t make that stuff up.
The Lord said to me, “Betty, this word is not just for you, but I am sending out a call and a commissioning to my people. I am separating people to the work of the ministry and to different mountains of society. They are my choice. I’m going to cause your rod to bud and bloom and produce fruit. There is going to be a distinction between the righteous and the unrighteous. It has to do with what is written in your book.”
Jeremiah 1:9-12. Then the Lord reached out His hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.
The word of the Lord came to Me: “What do you see, Jeremiah?” “I see the branch of an almond tree,” I replied. The Lord said to me, “You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.”
In this month of Tevet and this season He is watching to see that His Word is fulfilled in your life, your land, your territories, tents and treasuries. That’s why it is important that you look back and let Holy Spirit remind you of what He said but also bring the now to you. It is a now time to give birth to what He said.
When He referred to this and had Jeremiah look in the spirit, for him to see the almond branch blooming and producing fruit went right back to Aaron. I have chosen you. Jesus said, I have chosen you. You did not choose me but I have chosen you to go forth and produce fruit and fruit that stands.
In our travels recently I heard, Born Free. I heard the song, Born Free, and He reminded me of the lioness who was rescued around 1956. The Lord gave me this word, If the Son sets you free you will be free indeed. John 8:36. And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. John 8:32.
I had no idea when the Lord gave me this scripture that the lioness’ name Elsa, means Truth. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free. If the Son sets you free you will be free indeed. On the very page I was recording the word, John 8:36 was at the bottom of the page. You can’t make it up. I didn’t know that scripture was there. 13742
This is a now word. This is a prophetic word.
Like Elsa the lioness who was rescued and set free, we have come into a season where the lioness is rising up. The Bride is going to manifest for her bridegroom, in songs and sounds, in a day we have been destined for. It is going to spring forth in the heavens and the earth. The Bride is going to rise. We will walk in the freedom He has purchased.
The Lord said, Born Free, Live Free. Stay Free.
He spoke to me that we’ve all been delivered from places. You’ve heard people say He had brought them out of Egypt but now they need to bring Egypt out of them. He began to speak to me that He had delivered us out of things: abuse, fear, addiction, etc. But the question is this, Is fear out of you? Is trauma out of you? Is abuse out of you? Is addiction out of you?
The Lord is bringing deliverance in this season.
He said you were born free. You’ve been born-again, born from above. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Do not be yoked again into slavery. We’re free, so He wants us to live free and He wants us to stay free. Because we were made for habitation.
Habitation
Deuteronomy 11:11-12. But the land you are crossing, the Jordan, to take posses of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven. It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
He will keep His fix and focus on you and your place of habitation.
John 1:14. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
This is what the Lord said to me. “I am living in the land again, Betty Love! Miracle City Global, you now have HABITATION, My manifestations of My fullness.— The Word made flesh!
I have a little Golden Book of nursery rhymes that was my favorite as a little girl. I could see that little tattered Golden Book and the Lord began to speak to me,
“The Golden Books. I have opened my favorite books in this season. I’m reading and decreeing over My people what is written. My voice comes again again to say, “This is my son, my daughter, whom I love, with him I am well pleased!”
His Golden Book, His favorite book, is the book of your life, what He wrote and recorded about you before the foundations of the earth. He has come again again to read out of the book and you’re going to get a download like you’ve never had before.
He went on to say this and I’m receiving it. I know He said it.
Baptism of Holy Spirit Fire Restoration
I am releasing a fresh Baptism of My Holy Spirit. You are going into the wilderness, NOT TO BE TEMPTED, but to see Leviathan cut up and to eat your meal.
You are going into the wilderness to receive the restoration of your vineyard.
It’s the whole Hosea 2:14 thing. I will allure her. I will speak to her. I will draw her into the wilderness. And there I will give her her vineyards back. I will restore her vineyards. I will cause the Valley of Achor, the valley of trouble, to become a door of hope.
Psalm 74:14. You broke the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gave him to be food to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
Holy Spirit, Father God, Jesus in His Fullness, said to me on Tuesday morning, “I have opened the Golden Book. I have come again again to decree, this is my daughter, this is my son, whom I love and with him I am well-pleased.” That means His goodness is come to you. And there is a Baptism of Holy Spirit and Fire. And then Holy Spirit is going to take you into that wilderness place, that separated place. And you’re not going to be tempted by the devil, but you’re going to eat him for a meal. And get your stuff back.
And we’re going to come out of the wilderness leaning on our Lover.
I’m going to decree and declare the Priestly Blessing over us today.
Numbers 6:22-27. And the Lord spoke to Moses saying: ‘Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, ‘This shall be how you bless the children of Israel.’ Say to them:
‘May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord shine His face upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up His face upon you and give you peace.’
And so call down My name upon the children of Israel and I will bless them.”
Put My name on them and I will bless them. When you said Yes to the Lord Jesus Christ He put His name on you. May He arise and shine on you. I want you to lean into this song the worship team is going to release. It’s out of the 60s and I believe we’ve come again again to recover.
I believe the Lord is saying to me today, You’ve been born free. You need to stay free. You need to live free. Because the lioness is rising and you are a part of the Bride.
Father, I thank you for the now of heaven, for this word today. I thank you for these promises and they are already set in motion because we have decreed Your Word on earth as it has been released out of heaven.
Holy Spirit, come and work in every heart, in every life, right here right now.
?Born Free. As free as the wind blows. As free as the grass grows. Born free to follow your heart. Live Free. His beauty surrounds you. The world still astounds you each time you look at the stars. Stay Free. Where no walls divide you. You’re free as the roaring tide so there’s no need to hide. Born Free. And life is worth living, but only worth living ‘cause you’re born free.
Let the light of Your face shine down on our hearts. And let me feel it.
We’re born free to live free. So stay free. You’re born free.
Betty Love. Father, I thank you that we have been born-again not of perishable seed but of the imperishable seed of the living and enduring Word of God. Father, I thank you for everyone who gathered in this house with us today and the spirit of liberty that is freeing us. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. I decree and declare freedom. That we have been born free, that we live free, and we stay free. On earth as it is in heaven. Lord, take from beginning to end what has been released in this house and manifest it on earth as it is in heaven in the heart of the hearer. And Lord, we give you all the glory and the honor.
Father, as we step today and we share fellowship with a meal as a family, Lord we thank you for the food and each hand that prepared it, and ask that you bless and sanctify it and use it to strengthen and nourish our bodies on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus name. Amen.
