Kimble Love. Welcome everyone to Miracle City tonight. We’re glad that you’re here. It’s been a wonderful day. I praise God for his grace, his mercy. I thank him that he painted our state red overnight. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Righteousness rules in Jesus name. We’re about to enter into worship and praise and just bask in the presence of the Lord. He’s moving mightily. And I’m glad he’s allowed each one of us to be a part of what he’s doing.
So Lord, as we enter in tonight, we step into the fullness of your presence. We thank you, Lord, for your sovereign grace and mercy that you’ve poured out upon this state. Father, I ask that you would lead us into all truth. That we would arise and be good stewards of that which you have granted to us. That this state would rise up into your righteousness, would raise up righteous rule, righteous ideas, to live by your Word, and that Jesus be exalted.
Lord, we honor you tonight. We say come and have your way in Jesus name. Amen and Amen. Let’s all step in and enter in.
?It is your love that sets our hearts ablaze. Lord come and fill this place. There is a love that overcame the grave. And I will worship you always. With a sacrifice of praise. You’re worthy Lord.

I’ve got joy and it won’t let go. I looked in his eye and it freed my soul. My soul knows it. You’ve never failed me. I’m dancing.
We declare joy in the Holy Ghost. We declare joy.
Danette Riley. We praise you Lord. In a city, if someone important comes to town, usually a mayor will give to the individual an honorary key to the city. While we were worshipping I heard the Lord say that He is the important person here, and He is giving us the keys to this city.
Lord, we thank you that this is your house, that you inhabit the praises of your people. We thank you that we are your habitation. We thank you for the keys and we know you will show us how to use the keys. I decree Isaiah 22:22. I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David. What he opens no one can shut and what he shuts no one can open. This is referring to Jesus and we are joint-heirs with him, his kings and priests in the earth. What we shut no man can open. And what we open no man can shut when we decree it according to His will.
Lord, I thank you for your presence in this place. We declare and decree this is your house, your home. As a realtor would have the keys to give the new homeowner, the keys are being extended. Lord, we are your habitation and your house. We agree with the word you’ve spoken here many times that this is your home. Welcome home, Lord. Welcome to your place. We thank you that this is your habitation.
I thank you that you carry me, Lord. It’s not by might nor by power but by your Holy Spirit. I come up under your mighty hand, Lord. I submit myself to you. I thank you that I open my mouth according to Psalm 81 and you are going to fill it. We praise you Jesus.
We have stepped into the month of Cheshvan. Brad did an excellent teaching last Wednesday. And like Betty said Sunday, we don’t follow the calendar, the calendar follows us. You’ve heard the saying, the biological clock is ticking. I would say it doesn’t matter about the biological clock because God is redeeming the time. Ask Sarah, Does the biological clock matter? Because it doesn’t.
Brad brought the teaching Wednesday and I had not looked at the month yet. I make an effort not to. Brad taught that the fragrance is myrrh, and the Lord had been speaking to me about myrrh and the incense and smell. I had no idea. God is amazing. He makes known the end from the beginning and he’s got a plan.
This is also the month of the flood when God told Noah to build the ark, and it rained for 40 days and 40 nights. Noah means Rest. Last Sunday the Lord said to Betty that Miracle City Global is a Zion city. She explained that we are not Glory of Zion. Zion City is His habitation, His supernatural dwelling place. We come to Mt. Zion.
I know the veil is very thin and when we come here and worship and pray and call heaven to earth, heaven comes. When heaven comes here, heaven is bringing all that heaven is. it’s not just a partial manifestation. He described it to me as an Entourage. The Entourage of Heaven shows up in this place. We experience this by perception. It can be taste, touch, see, smell, hear. Some may see. Some may hear. Some may do all of the above. We are in an interactive realtime place in this environment. And I want to know more about the interactivity.
Hebrews 12:18. You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm; to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them, because they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned to death.” The sight was so terrifying that Moses said, “I am trembling with fear.”
Now Moses said he was trembling with fear. This is the man who talked face to face with God. Can you imagine the surround sound that was going on and how full of awe it was?
:22 But you (we) have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all,
I think of Daniel 7 where the Lord is the Ancient of Days. I see God as the Ancient of Days, the Judge, behind the desk. Court is in session and our books are open there. When we sing, Court’s in session, court really is in session 24/7. We have a very instrumental, integral part in all of this. Our prayers and worship is that incense that goes up before the Lord. It really really is important. Every prayer we pray is in the bowls, and at the appointed time—like Job said, Set a time and remember me—the bowls of our prayers and intercession are going to tip over.
When that happens, whether it’s a personal prayer or a corporate prayer from this house, the bowls are going to tip over, and when they do there is no getting the oil and the prayers back in the bowl. It’s going to tip over. The dominoes are going to fall and we are in the ride of our lives. What we’ve been waiting for all of our lives is going to happen.
to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, : 24 to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.
:25 See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks.
We are in such a critical, pivotal time. Kimble brought the word Sunday that we are in a very Serious time. And it’s true. It’s not for us to be afraid, but we are in a critical, serious time. The Lord has said to us over and over, What you do today is going to affect your tomorrow. We’re stepping into something new. We’re going into a place we’ve never been before. Old ways will not open new doors.
The Lord is saying to us to listen when He speaks. And He will speak. If He doesn’t tell us to do anything then we don’t do it. Right? But he will speak.
:25 See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?
:26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
Is there any shaking going on for anybody? It’s going on all around us.
I’m going to refer to this book, The Cloud of Witnesses in the Courts of Heaven by Robert Henderson. This brings so much confirmation to what goes on in this house. When you read this book, we’ve experienced that. This is happening.
Last year the Lord started highlighting the 9s and 19s. In Hebrews 12 there are eight voices in heaven. Robert Henderson included the voice of Cornelius, the voice of finance. He prayed and the angel came and said, Your alms and your gifts have gone up before the Lord as a sweet savor (my paraphrase). The voice of finance make nine voices in heaven. As I looked at that, going back to the month of Cheshvan that we’re in, that myrrh, that fragrance was going up in our prayers.
II Corinthians 2:14-16. But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ’s triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere. For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. To the one we are an aroma that brings death; to the other, an aroma that brings life. And who is equal to such a task?
It was in Acts 10:4 that the angel came to Cornelius. I like that, CB 10-4. The Lord’s 10-4. It was also at the 9th hour, 3:00 in the afternoon.
Psalm 141:2 May my prayer be set before you like incense. May the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
Revelations 5:8 When he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.
When we come into this place and we begin to worship Him, and the prophetic intercession, we are the incense going up before the Lord. That is why He wants us to be clean. It’s not perfect, because He’s perfect. It’s Exodus 19. We’re still in 2019 even though Hebraically we’ve stepped into the year of Pey. That’s why the Lord wants us to be pure.
In Exodus 19 He said to the people, If you will keep my covenant and do what I’ve asked you to do, I’ve called you as a people. I’ve brought you to myself. I’ve carried you on eagles’ wings. It’s, Be holy as I am holy. It’s not a religious thing. But the more pure we are, the more pure our worship is. It’s His manifested presence in Mt. Zion. We want His manifested presence to continue to be here and become stronger and stronger and stronger.
I’m reminded of the day over a year ago when He said, Danette, the days are coming that I’m going to beat y’all here. We know this is a building. I’m saying this over this house because I’m in alignment with this house. He said to Betty and others, I’m going to hang my hat here. It’s my habitation. I’m going to make this a Zion city. He had me look up 416 East Pine Street in the Hebrew Strong’s and it means Bethel, House of God.
When we went on the prayer strike last year the Lord said to me, I’ve changed the name of this county. It’s not Forrest County anymore. It’s ForRest. He’s going to rest in ForRest County. There are 81 other counties and we believe He’s going to be resting in those counties. But He will be resting in ForRest County because He said He was. And He is.
That’s why it’s so important. He doesn’t need our help but He wants our help. When we pray and worship and intercede on behalf of others, it’s the cause and effect. He does what He does at a set time, allowing us to participate. That’s amazing He would do that.
Robert Henderson says, The following is from Isaiah 8:18 that further explains the DNA that is part of us by our new birth. We know that Mt. Sinai was the old covenant. And that Jesus is the mediator of the new covenant. We had the 70 Days Decreeing Righteousness, from February 9 and ending on April 19, the day the shot was heard ‘round the world.
The Lord said that in the Battle of Lexington, to get to Concord you had to go over the Old North Bridge a few miles down the road. Lexington is the Law and represents the old covenant. When you get to Concord, that means harmony, covenant, agreement. It’s more than unity. It means more that just being unified. We have moved from Lexington, the law, over the Old North Bridge, into Concord, covenant, agreement.
That’s where he wants us to be. And if there are areas in our lives we have not passed over, (let the Lord deal with it) because we’re going somewhere we’ve never been before. It’s like when the children of Israel got ready. They camped, they consecrated themselves, then Joshua said, It’s time to prepare for crossover. In three days we’re going to cross over.
Isaiah 8:18 Here am I and the children whom the Lord has given me. We are for signs and wonders in Israel from the Lord of Hosts who dwells in Mt. Zion.
In this Zion City, in this city, each of us is a city. When we come together in corporate worship with the corporate anointing, He manifests. That’s why we cannot forsake the assembling together. He shows up at our house, but there’s something about when we come together in concord (harmony, agreement) as the Body of Christ that He loves, because we’re a family. And He wants to manifest himself.
As children who carry the same DNA as Jesus, both as siblings but also as children given to Him by God, we are created for signs and wonders. In fact, some of us are signs and wonders. We must stop denying who we are and embrace these dimensions and realities. Part of the supernatural realm we are to walk in is described in the Hebrew verses that I’ve mentioned.
He wants the supernatural to become natural. We are meant to walk among all the spiritual activity mentioned in this realm. For the Lord has chosen Zion. He has designed it for His dwelling place.
These are some characteristics. One is the presence of the Lord. For the Lord has chosen Zion, so that’s His dwelling place. He wants to dwell with us. He wants us to abide in Him. We cannot go where we’re going and function without abiding in Him. It’s the incense of leaning into our Beloved like in the Song of Solomon and being intimate with Him so we can hear His voice. His voice is not always in the earthquake. Most of the time it’s not. It’s that still small voice.
The other characteristic is God’s government. As we are in this atmosphere, we are his ekklesia, his called out ones. He described it to me this way. Don’t say that you’re going to church anymore. You’re not going to church. Welcome to the Legislature. So when we come here, or in my mind when I come here, I’m coming to the Legislature. He has called us to legislate heaven on his behalf in this place. That’s part of Mt. Zion. It’s Psalm 110. He rules with an iron scepter. He is seated at the right hand of God and so are we. He’s making intercession for us 24 hours a day. So we are able to make the governmental decrees. Rule.
I’m reminded of the phrase Betty used. The Prophetic Summit is coming this weekend. Rudder Rule. Our mouth. Mississippi is the Rudder State. The voice of the Lord is going to turn this state and our state is going to turn the nation. That’s the way it is because that’s what God said.
Also, part of coming into Mt. Zion is the Rest, being able to rest in the Lord. When we obey the Lord we can enter into His Sabbath Rest. That’s what He wants us to do, to be able to Rest. It’s very interesting and comforting when I remember Noah’s name means Rest. The Lord wants us to Rest in Him.
As we are in His presence and we are legislating heaven on His behalf, it doesn’t have to be hard. All we have to do is what we do here. Honestly, that’s what we do. We worship until He shows up and then we do what He asks us to do. When we do what He asks us to do it’s a done deal.
Psalm 132:13-14 For the Lord has chosen Zion. He has desired it for His dwelling, saying, This is my resting place forever. Here I will dwell for I have desired it.
He didn’t say 6 years, 10 years. He said forever.
When we step into Zion as a spiritual dimension, we step into God’s resting place. This is important because rest is a dimension of the spirit in and of itself. Hebrews 4:9-11 speaks of a place of rest in the spirit world.
Hebrews 4:9-11 There remains therefore, a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered his rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from his. Let us therefore, be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.
He says rest is a place of rulership. When we step into this realm of Zion from this dimension, a whisper can change nations. Jesus is sitting at perfect rest at the right hand of the Father. Hebrews 10:12-13 declares He is waiting until his enemies are subdued and become his footstool. He allows us to be a part of that process.
Zechariah 3:7 Thus says the Lord of hosts, If you will walk in my ways and if you will keep my command, you shall also judge my house and likewise have charge of my courts. I will give you places to walk among these who stand here.
As High Priest, Joshua was being granted access into this realm where all this heavenly activity was happening. He was being given the right to function here in agreement with what was occurring in the spirit realm. What we have are new covenant kings and priests. And we have that same anointing—prophet, priest, and king. The Lord is developing these anointings in us.
The Lord told Betty this next ten years would be the era of kings. He is wanting us to know who we are and know whose we are, so that we can function in what he’s called each one of us to do. And each one of us has a unique role.
We have also come to the spirit of just men and women made perfect, the great cloud of witnesses. I want to experience it more and know it more. But it’s an awesome thing to know that those in our families who have gone on for whatever reason are in the great cloud of witnesses. My daughter Brenna passed away when she was 21, drug overdose, and the Lord let me see a vision of Brenna.
Rick and I were about to get married. I was happy because the Lord had put us together miraculously. I was sad on the other hand that my daughter was gone. She had passed away February 2014, and the Lord put us together that summer. We were married on October 19.
The Lord let me see Brenna. She had a beautiful red dress on and she was in heaven. And she was saying. Go, Mama! Go, Mama! Go, Mama! I wasn’t trying to find her, but the Lord let me see her and she was beautiful, and she is beautiful. Her face glowed. I had that and was then able to rest in that. After that, Betty spoke several times about the experiences she has had with people who are in the heavenly realm.
I know the Lord let me have that experience. For some that’s out there. If I had not had that experience—and I love Betty; I cut my teeth on this ministry—but if I had heard that before the Lord let me see Brenna, I might have asked if she drank the cool-aid! But we get a revelation that our relatives who have gone on before us are there, that heaven is a busy place, that they have function there, and it’s not just with Brenna. On two other occasions I saw my mother and my sister. I had a phone call from heaven in a dream. Those things do happen. When they happen, it’s like the deal is sealed. Because I know where my daughter is. I know where my mother is. And I know where my sister is. They were tragic deaths, all three of them. But the Lord in his mercy and love for me let me know that they are part of that great cloud of witnesses. It not just to me they are saying, Go! For each one of us there is that great cloud of witnesses saying, Go, Michelle! Go, Donna! Go, Anna! Go, Nancy! Go! Go! Go! Because they want us to finish our race.
Also, not just them. When you’re looking back at your ancestors and family line and you’re cleansing the bloodline like we’ve been taught, we want to know where we came from or who we’re kin to. The Lord began to open those doors for me to look back and see who is in the family. I laughed because I said, We’ve all got some nuts on the family tree. We’ve all got stuff. It’s important to go back and look and see who you’re connected with.
There are things our forefathers prayed in our own family lines. We need to make this very personal. This isn’t just about the Civil War or the Revolutionary War. It’s not just about Dutch Sheets and other ministries. This is about us personally, each one of us. As a ministry gift to the body and being prophetic, a lot of my life has been a word for somebody else or a vision of what He’s going to do for somebody else.
He has been saying in 2019, Danette, this is for you personally. You have to understand that this is about you, too. This is not just the body corporately. He wants each one of us to know that it’s about each one of us individually. And we have help from the angel armies that are there. We have all kinds of help. Know that as part of our prayer network, we’ve all been called to function and pray.
We’re going to use The Courtrooms of Heaven books by Robert Henderson because they’re laid out so well. These are phenomenal books and pictures of what’s going on in heaven. We want to do it the way God wants us to do it. We’ll be teaching from these books. This is tremendous confirmation about what goes on here.
Rick Riley. It came to me that the western edge of Mississippi can be used like a rudder and it’s in the Father of Waters. The Mississippi River is the longest river by 8-10 miles, longer than the Missouri River. And the Rudder State is in the Father of Waters.
Danette. Amen. Praise you, Lord. Lord, we just thank you for the voices that are in heaven, for your blood that speaks a better word. We thank you Jesus that you are the mediator of the new covenant. We thank you for the angels and for the great cloud of witnesses. Lord, we thank you for the New Jerusalem. We thank you for all that you are. All that you are in heaven is all that we are because you’re in us. We are your house. We are your holy habitation.
And Lord, I ask you to create in us clean hearts and renew steadfast spirits within us. Lord, give us all willing spirits to obey you. Lord, you said if any man lacks wisdom to ask you, and I thank you that you are going to show us.
This is your house, your wheel house and I thank you that you have your way in this place and in us. We don’t profess to know it all but you do and we want ALL. We want ALL. I thank you that we’re able to run. I thank you that we cast off the sin, the weights that so easily entangle us, and that we would run with endurance. We would run the race that’s been set before us.
I thank you that we will not become weary in well-doing because we know we are going to reap a harvest. We know there is no shadow of turning in you, that you are not a man that you would lie. You can’t lie. You’re going to do what you said you’re going to do in us and in this place. And Lord we just say, Thank you.
I thank you for every person in this room. Lord, you know our hearts and you know our needs. I thank you that you blanket us with your peace and with your provision. You are the friend that sticks closer than a brother. Lord, I just thank you and praise you in Jesus name. Amen.
