Anna Love. Happy New Year. It’s good to see your faces. Last week as my mom shared about this new Hebraic month and the new year, she challenged us to read and declare Psalm 27 every day. It’s about seeing the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We’ve been talking about the goodness of the Lord and she even said that you might think that all we talk about is the goodness of the Lord. But what is God? He is good. If we believe who he says he is then we should know and experience his goodness. I want to start off this morning with Psalm 27.
Psalm 27. The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?
When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then will I be confident.
One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to see him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle; he will set me high upon a rock.
Then my head will be exalted above my enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord.
Anna. Even when the storms of life come, even when situations come, if we choose to give a sacrifice of praise, if we choose to let the words of our mouth come forth with joy, come forth with singing, come forth with praise, no matter what things look like, it shifts our circumstance. It makes way for the goodness of the Lord to come in. It makes a way for a change to come. What greater sacrifice whenever you’re in a hard place, or you don’t feel the joy of the Lord, or you just don’t feel happy, to make a sacrifice of praise?
It’s to say, You know what? it doesn’t matter. I’m going to choose joy. I’m going to choose life anyway.
:7 Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you ‘Seek his face!’ Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior. Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me. Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors. Do not hand me over to the desires of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, spouting malicious accusations and breathing out violence.
I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. 404
This is a key scripture for us this morning. I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Our confidence shouldn’t come from ourselves or our situation or our status, etc. Our confidence should come from the Lord. Because when our confidence comes from the Lord, it doesn’t matter what comes or what shaking we face or what anything looks like. It’s, Are you going to be rooted and grounded in him? If your confidence comes in the Lord, then nothing can move you.
I was thinking about the symbol for this new decade and this new year which is PEY, the symbol for the mouth, and that the words of our mouth are so important. We have the power through Jesus to speak forth words from our mouth and see things changed. We have the ability to speak to the mountain and say, Be cast into the sea. I really like the scripture where Jesus spoke to the fig tree. He cursed it and it withered up and died. We have just as much power in our words as that. As I thought of this being the decade and year of the mouth, this is also the year 2020 and of 20/20 vision. So it’s also a year of vision.
So it’s vision, and our mouth, and it’s time to not believe the evil report. If things don’t look so good, it’s time to not see the giants in the land and talk about how big they are. But it’s time to see the goodness and talk about that. We have the ability now to take the land or to take whatever mountain the Lord has given you. Don’t look into the negative. Look into the positive.
It’s really been on my heart that if we just call forth what the Lord sees in something, and we really believe it, then that’s what’s going to come forth. If we look at the negative or the bad, and that’s constantly what we’re dwelling on, then that’s what’s going to come forth. We will have whatever we say. It’s Biblical.
As we were talking about entering into the fast tomorrow, my mom mentioned to ask the Lord whatever he wants you to fast, but one thing that is really important is to do an Isaiah 58 fast of your words. I pray this grabs hold of your heart.
Isaiah 58. Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion and to the descendants of Jacob their sins. For day after day they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God.
They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near to them. ‘Why have we fasted,’ they say, ‘and why have you not seen it? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you have not noticed?’
“Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please and exploit all your workers. Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.
Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for people to humble themselves? Is it only for bowing one’s head like a reed and for lying in sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the Lord?
“Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke? Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I.
“If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk, and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
“If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the Lord’s holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words, then you will find your joy in the Lord, and I will cause you to ride in triumph on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob.” The mouth of the Lord has spoken.
This is a promise but it’s also instruction for us. It’s an instruction to not have idle words, to get rid of the pointing finger. Last year we and Danette said this a lot, Sweep around your own front door. Stay in your lane. I feel like many of us dealt with and settled a lot of issues in 2019, things we had not been able to settle for a long time.
This morning is the first Sunday of 2020, stepping into a new year, stepping into a new decade. If you have any residue from all that junk, any of that hell from 2019, or from the last decade, this is an opportunity to let it go. This is an opportunity to give your baggage to the baggage-keeper and not go back to claim it. This is an opportunity to come out and be free, and it doesn’t have to be hard. It’s really easy. It’s just choosing.
I know if you feel stuck or if you feel in that process, sometimes those words sound so empty. It’s really positioning yourself and saying, I choose joy. I choose life. I choose to come out and be free. I choose to do whatever. It doesn’t matter what you feel like. If you set in your heart and mind to choose, then it begins shifting something in you. It begins shifting and unlocking your mindset to something new. And oh, the possibilities.
That’s one thing the Lord has been speaking to me about this new year and this new decade. Oh, the possibilities. Oh, the possibilities.
Last year around this time the word came forth that the Lord was calling us to create with Him. That’s such a beautiful thing. With the Lord we can shift atmosphere. With the Lord we can see signs, wonders, and miracles. With the Lord there are no limits. And that’s a beautiful thing.
As I was coming in this morning I was hearing Isaiah 6. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord high and lifted up. Many of you know King Uzziah’s name traces back to Pride. In the year that pride died, I saw the Lord high and lifted up. It talks about the angels and the seraphim, and the vision he has of seeing the coal on the altar, and the angel bringing the coal and putting it on his lips. That’s the position we need to be in this morning. We need to accept coal to our lips that our words may be pleasing unto the Lord. You can’t have fresh water and salt water flowing out of the same spring.
I believe this year is also a time for Return, a time for Restoration, a time for all those things you’ve been waiting on.
Zechariah 9:12. Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope. Even now I announce I will restore twice as much to you. I will bend Judah as I bend my bow and fill it with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, Zion, against your sons, Greece, and make you like a warrior’s sword.
Then the Lord will appear over them. His arrow will flash like lightning. The Sovereign Lord will sound the trumpet. He will march in the storms of the south. And the Lord Almighty will shield them. They will destroy and overcome with sling stones.
They will drink and roar as with wine. They will be full like a bowl used for sprinkling the corners of the altar. The Lord their God will save his people on that day as a shepherd saves his flock. They will sparkle in his land like jewels in a crown. How attractive and beautiful they will be. Grain will make the young men thrive, and new wine the young women.
Lord, I thank you for your restoration and for a double portion. I thank you for more than a double portion. You said we can have more so I say, More. I thank you that you are changing the way that we think to the way that you think. I thank you that you are taking hold of hearts and minds this morning, and any place that needs a turnaround, Lord, we say, Turn it around.
We yield our hearts to you, Jesus. We yield our wills to you. We say, Come and move this morning. Come and move in this place. Holy Spirit, you are welcome here. I thank you, Lord, that you find your home in us. That you find a place to habitate in us. We make room for you not only in this place, but in our hearts. Any place that we haven’t made room for you, Jesus, we say, Come on in. We say, Come on in this morning.
Lord, I thank you that this is the day that you have made, that this is the year, that this is the time, that this is the season that you’ve ordained for our lives.
Lord, I thank you that we are entering into a new place, that we’re entering into a place we’ve never been before. But I thank you right now that everything is lining up. Everything you’ve ordained, everything written in your book about this time is coming into order and coming into place. I thank you for people coming into order and coming into place right now.
Lord, the ones, the remnant that has been hidden in the wilderness, I thank you the remnant is rising and coming forth in this hour. We say yes to it, Lord. I thank you that it’s a time of return, that your prisoners of hope are returning, that we are coming back home. We’re coming back to the place that we belong. Lord, you are restoring your sons and daughters to their original intent even now, even this morning, all across this land. We say yes to it. We say yes to what you desire to do in this place. This is your house, God, and we are your people. We say, Have your way.
?Here I am. Have your home in us, Jesus. Have your home in my heart. You belong here. Take delight in your garden. Let your searching eyes find me and be pleased at what you see. You belong to me. I belong to you, God. Make us ready. Let there be oil in my lamp.
Anna. I will tend your altar, Lord. I will stoke the fire of your presence. Here’s my heart, Lord. You can have it all the way. We want your fire on the altar of our hearts. Come and burn. Come and put your coal to my lips, God.
Let us be undone in your presence. Purify us. Touch the coal to my lips. Purify me. Purify us. Come baptize us with your fire. Let our hearts be the coals on your fire. My heart beats for you. Make us one. Be our heartbeat. We are one with you, God.
I will be known by you as faithful and true. Come back to your first love. Return Return. You are my beginning and the end.
Danette Riley. As you were singing, Return, I want to declare and decree that Tevet is a palindrome. It is Tevet, the same forward and backward. So we declare and decree that the Lord is bringing us back to the beginning. He’s bringing us back again. We’re running back again. Praise you, Jesus. Thank you, God, that we’ve come back to your goodness. We’ve come again again to your goodness, Lord. Praise you, Lord.
?Lane. You declare the end at the beginning. You declare the end game at the beginning. You make it clear. You make it known. We agree with the end game, with Jesus.
Betty. Come on and utter mysteries with your Spirit.
Lord, we’ve come to taste and see that you are good. We are tasting. We eat your body and drink your blood, Jesus. We partake of you. We taste of the goodness of the Lord here today. Praise you, Father.
Father, I thank you for this new era that we stand in today, on this January 5, 2020. In Tevet, the palindrome. Whether you read it from left to right or right to left, we’re in it, backward and forward. Thank you, Father. The end from the beginning and the beginning from the end.
We worship you. We yield this day to you, Lord. We welcome your voice in our midst. We welcome The Decree in the house today. You are our Decree. You are the Word and we honor you, Jesus. So Holy Spirit, Revelator, Revolutionary, come and carry us today in Jesus name. Amen and Amen. Praise God.
I’m so glad to have all of you back that have been out during this holiday season. I thank God for the vision, the way you see. Do you know the Lord has given you a way to see things through his eyes?
I want to review. The very root word for Tevet is Tov; it’s about the goodness of the Lord. I love how the Lord starts out with his goodness. Tevet is the tenth month of the Hebrew ecclesiastical year.
The Head of the Year is in the fall, Rosh Hashanah, when the earth was created, when things began. But we know that through Adam the world fell into sin, but God sent a second Adam, and he is our Passover Lamb. We have from Moses and the children of Israel being delivered, through Passover. The Lord spoke to Moses and he said, Begin to count the months. So there is an ecclesiastical calendar.
When we talk about the Hebraic months, they are rooted in the beginning when God told Israel to count the months. We’re in the tenth month. Ten is the number for authority. This is a time and season where you need to know where you are aligned. And you need to pray for those who are in authority in your life. This is very much a time when leaders can make either God decisions, good decisions, or bad decisions.
It is a time we need to be interceding for our Commander in Chief. That would be the President of the United States. I want to say that I honor the decisions that he made in this last week. We don’t negotiate with terrorists. I want to honor that. And I want to say that we back him up. I believe he made a God decision.
We decree and declare over him today that the word of the Lord will be in his mouth. The counsel of Heaven will be in his mouth. Who has stood in the counsel of the Lord that I might instruct him? Saith the Lord. We decree and declare over our President, Let Donald John Trump stand in the counsel of the Lord and recognize the difference in the godly and the ungodly. And let every ungodly counselor be cut off from him in the name of Jesus.
I pray that Cyruses would even be raised up. God can speak through any voice that he chooses, so we are asking that even nonbelievers have the voice of the Lord in their mouth. May they be like Balaam who couldn’t curse Israel.
We’re in a time and a month to watch Israel. It is the season during Hanukah, the holiday that connects last month and this month, the Festival of Lights. We’re in the month of miracles. We’re starting the month off right because we stepped into a vision month, an Ayin month. A decade where the Lord says, I’m going to start you off with 20/20 in this new season.
It’s not going to be like the 1920s. In 2029 we’re not going to have a stock market crash. We’re not going to see this nation go into a deep depression because we’re going to stand and see the salvation of the Lord in the land of the living. No more destiny thieves or destiny devourers. The Lord says, Belly up to my table and see what I set before you.
This is the time to see with the eyes of the Father. This is a time when fathers need to see. This is a time when mothers need to see. This is a season for the sons of God to see. Because Yeshua’s eye is the good eye and we’re going to look through the lens of Jesus.
Our declaration is: I am still confident of this. I say this with confident assurance. We will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. It’s time.
Big mistake to come against Israel in this season. When the smoke clears, this nation is still going to be standing because we have an administration who has chosen to stand with the nation of Israel.
This is the month to break the power of the evil eye and to cut off evil watchers. I decree and declare today over each one of us and those watching that this word is not chained. It goes out into the earth. It goes into the heavens. It goes to the deepest depths. It is not chained. I decree and declare that every evil watcher, every tracker, tracer, demonic entity that has been watching your generational line, that has been spying out the territory, is bound and blocked from our lives in the name of Jesus.
We choose life and we choose to see through the eyes of the Lord. It’s a choice. It’s been chosen for us before the foundations of the earth. Be revisioned with his vision.
The stone is beryl stone. Capricorn the Goat is the star cluster. The heavens declare the glory of the Lord. If you have an opportunity and are able to visit the Lauren Rogers Museum in Laurel, Mississippi, when you walk in the constellations are displayed and tell the story of salvation. If you really understand, I’m not talking about astrology. I’m talking about astronomy. God has always used signs and wonders in the heavens and the earth.
What season are we in? What are the heavens declaring? It’s the Goat. It’s said that immaturity’s major character flaw is an evil eye. In the tradition of Jewish Rabbis it means someone who is being stingy with people. Are you generous with your time and in your giving? Do you have a heart to give? Or does it only come after you’ve been pressured into doing it? Or you don’t really like it but you’re going to do it anyway?
I had all these plans. Maybe I’m just going to stop thinking through on my way. Last year didn’t go like I thought it was going to go. This year certainly didn’t go like I thought it was going to go. I thought we were going to have two weeks at Christmas. I didn’t have that. Yesterday was the only day without interruption and it’s because I (pushed everything else aside.)
We were supposed to break and wrap up on the 19th. I realized every day as something came, it was very legitimate. And then family requests and different things. About the second day when I saw how it was going I said, You know what, Lord? My time is not my own because I don’t belong to me. I belong to you. You know my frame. You know where I’ve been. You know where I’m going. You are able to set me apart to rest. So I’m just going to yield it all to you and lay it down. It’s not my own.
That doesn’t mean you don’t come apart. That doesn’t mean you’re not disciplined. But at each juncture, What am I supposed to do with this? Go! Go! For Kimble to say we need to minister to someone, we need to meet, Sunday night we were back down here ministering to someone outside our family but connected with our family. That’s how it went.
This is the thing. I wanted to be stingy with my time. But he wouldn’t let me do it. Capricorn the Goat will bring us a message of a generous person in the star system. Testimony will express maturity or immaturity. This is the month to release a testimony. How you respond in circumstances and situations is going to either reveal your maturity or your immaturity.
If you see immaturity, the Lord wants you to grow up in that area. Me first. This is about coming into maturity. This is a time of miracles. Extending what we have. War against mammon structures this month and understand the power of giving. Watch for your opportunity to give. Don’t focus on the need. Focus on Him. Psalm 27 is key.
The alphabet is Ayin. It means to see, let the good eye see versus the evil eye. We have just come out of an Ayin season, the 70s. It is to see, to know, and experience. God has given you and me a month at the beginning of every calendar year to see and know and experience Him.
We are entering into a 21-day fast beginning at sundown this evening. Your first call to fast is Isaiah 58. The promise at the end of that is that we will participate in the rebuilding of the ancient ruins. What are we called down here to do? Rebuild the ancient ruins. Be a city of transformation. And wherever you go, you are to be a builder. This is a decade of building, a decade of putting feet to vision.
So for 21 days the Lord is wanting to separate you unto Himself so that you can see, know and experience Him. He wants to put you in a place of Habakkuk where you’re going to stand. I will stand at my watch post and I will look to see what He will say to me. It is going to set the course for you for 2020 and the entire decade.
We’re going to the eye doctor. I want to encourage you in this new year to set first fruits Sunday aside. Don’t plan to do anything else on that day until after 5:00. At 5:00 you can walk straight out that door whether I’m done or not or everyone’s talking to you, whatever. I don’t care. You have an equipping day, an appointment with God every month, and we want to make the whole day count because we are a regional, state apostolic center. You can livestream into some of our classes. You’re talking one Sunday a month, twelve Sundays a year that you can come in and have an impartation. For you, for your family, for your ministry, for your region, for wherever God has called you.
We’re going to deal with anger. There are so many men and women that have anger issues. God wants to uproot that ungodly thing. It is linked to the evil eye. How fast do you get mad when you don’t get what you want? Is it the first thing that grabs you? When people overstay and you’re ready for them to go, are you mad or are you dealing with it? I can pick up on anger ten miles away.
You come from any kind of abusive situation, you are hyper-sensitive to what is going on in the atmosphere. You deal with disfunction, live in it; you deal with alcoholism; you deal with a mad dad when they’ve had too much to drink; it doesn’t have to be but a little bit of dirt in the water to make it dirty; because you can sense it before it’s coming. So you know what you want to do? Exit.
You cannot control with your anger anymore. Usually what happens when people live with you or deal with it over a period of years, it doesn’t faze them anymore. Because if they grow up in their salvation, they can abide in the Rock no matter what you’re doing. You’re having a fit-pitch—well, I’m sorry. Not going to get angry with you. Not going to come down off the Rock. Not going to pity party with you.
What do you do when a two year old throws a fit? Let him go at it. I hear the story of my mother and brother. The pediatrician said to get the cold water out of the refrigerator and just dump the jug on him. So we’re going to talk about anger.
The organ is the liver. It is directly related to our fasting this month. If you are able to set aside a three day fast with water, you’re going to see the cleansing of your brain and your blood. You’ll still see a cleansing with fasting. But medical science has proved a three day fast will cleanse your heart and your brain. Don’t groan.
I’ve had seasons in my life of fasting where I’ve honestly thought, Am I ever going to get out of this? Not sooner am I through one fast than there’s another. I don’t mean a total fast, but a fast. I guess when I don’t want to get out of it anymore, it’ll be alright.
We’ve talked about building blocks. This is key. I’m going to decree and declare it. There is some instruction for the 21 days. For the 21-day fast I would admonish you to exercise Isaiah 58. It will take care of multitudes of things. It will even go hand in hand with doing away with the evil eye and dealing with any anger issues because you’re not going to let malicious talk come out of your mouth. Just don’t go there.
When you’re tempted to tell something that’s even the truth, just don’t say it if it’s on the negative. If it’s not something that’s going to build up the hearer, or build up the person you’re talking about, don’t say it.
The other thing I would invite you to do is for these 21 days declare Psalm 27 every day. That’s awesome. Don’t miss a day. When we did the 70 Day Decree, it was a call to that 70. I had people say, I was with you in it but I didn’t do it every day. I was like, Come on! 70 days, a mandate, just do it. You’re either in or out. 21 days. I don’t care if you just fast sweets and that’s all you do for the 21 days. Just do it. Stay with it.
Confess this word for 21 days and see what God does in your life. It’s powerful. Let this month of Tevet work in you. Let God have the full benefits of what he wants to do in our lives. So I would say: Isaiah 58. Fast this scripture. Decree Psalm 27. And take Communion every day. Bread and juice—no 8 oz. please! I know how this works!

Fourteen verses full of power. Fourteen is the number for resurrection. Let this Psalm manifest in your life, especially in these 21 days. The fast will cover the next three weeks and we will come back together in this house on Sunday the 26th of January for the celebration of the new Hebraic month. Thursday will be Mary Martha. Friday is the night of prayer for the city, the region, the state and the nation.
It is a call to all of you, all of the intercessors in this house and all connected with us, even the people throughout the state to gather in to intercede. We will be standing in here near the end of the full fast. Can you imagine what you’ll be carrying by then? On Saturday we will be meeting with our prayer network. And on Sunday it’s a full meal deal. You don’t want to miss it.
These are apostolic power prayers you can pray this month.
Ephesians 1:15-23.
You are asking the Lord to pour out His Spirit of wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart will be enlightened to know the hope of the calling, or the confidence of the calling. So it’s about opening the eyes of your heart. But if you look at the beginning of this verse, he says, Father, I pray that you would pour out your Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you.
Your 21 days are about knowing Him in this Ayin month. He wants you to see, to know, and experience him in a way that you never have, because when you see him you’ll see yourself. You’ll see your call. You’ll see the inheritance that is yours, and you’ll know the power. Before the call, before the inheritance, and before the power is knowing him. We’re in the month of the decree, the Day of the Decree. Begin to decree and pray the word, not by rote, but do it in a manner that it saturates you, even if you only have time for one. Not that a zip prayer won’t work, but get the full benefit of it. Eat it like you’re eating a piece of the richest pie or cake or steak or whatever. Savor it. Decree it over your house.
Ephesians 3:16-21. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love (Ayin month) that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
How would you like in 21 days to stand up in this house in all the measure of the fullness of God?
:20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
It’s another prayer you can pray.
This is a time to leap like a goat. It is said that immaturities’ major character flaw is an evil eye. It’s important that you be aware of the alignments that you make. So as opportunity presents itself to you, whether it’s ministry, business, school, whatever it is, make sure that when you say yes to it, the Lord has told you it’s your assignment.
Instruction for Construction:
Choose Life. His name is Jesus. Live in Him. Abide in Him. Fix your eyes on Him. Set your heart and mind on Him. Fix your thoughts on the Apostle and High Priest of our faith. Whatever you look at is what you become. Belief determines behavior.
So he’s saying, For 21 days will you give me your eyes? Will you give me your ears? Will you give me your heart? I want to do not only the physical, but the spiritual thing. I want to give you a brand new heart. I want to recreate the places in your life that need to be recreated. I want to bring a renewed heart and mind. I want to bring you into alignment with me so you’re not going to make wrong alignments.
If you’re in alignment with Him, your choices are going to be very different. He says, I’ve set before you life and death, blessing and curses. Now, choose life. If you’re in a circumstance or situation and you’re wondering what to choose, choose life. If it’s not producing life, don’t go that way. Choose to be a life-giver.
Maturity does not have to be a long, slow process. We can make decisions and leap to a new level of maturity.
Isaiah 35:6. The lame shall leap like a deer.
Psalm 18:33. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer and sets me on my high places.
There are places he wants you to stand in in this new season, and he is going to give you the strength and the feet to stand there. He will platform you and me there if we’ll let him.
Sharing testimonies of what the Lord did for you will cause you to leap to a higher level. He started doing that in December, every testimony of what he’s doing or what he’s done.
This is a time of miracles and extending what we have. So when the Lord brings a miracle or he does something extraordinary or supernatural or maybe it’s just a little thing that he does, it’s a big thing. It’s when you extend that to someone else. You share it with someone else and you see the manifestation of that thing in their life.
Because Kimble and I were willing during what would have been our time off, we saw miracles in the lives of people and families, and transformation. I am thankful for that. We saw miracles.
Deal with the ungodly fortified cities or structures within your thinking. If there are any ungodly beliefs, any ungodly soul ties, any ungodly alignments, God will show you. He woke me up in the night and showed me a relationship, a good God relationship outside this house, a ministry alignment. He showed me that in that alignment, that ministry was overstepping some boundaries, that he wanted to cut it back.
He said, I want you to sever that where there’s a tendency to reach over to require something that I don’t want you to be aligned with. So in the name of Jesus Christ I cut any ungodly alignments in that relationship and called the godly to be established in this new season.
You might be running expanded last year and doing things in many different areas, and me might say, You’re going to cut that there and I’m going to expand you over here. So you can’t hold onto the former glory if you want to run in the new glory.
War against the mammon structure this month. Understand the power of giving. Watch for your opportunities to give.
Again, we’re in an Ayin month. It refers to eyesight and it signifies letting your good eye see. The word Tevet itself comes from Tov, good, referring to Tov Ayin, the goodly eye, which is considered to be the source of the power of blessing. As it is said, The goodly eye shall bless.
So the Lord wants you to see through his eyes. Again, he wants you to see the cup half full rather than half empty. How many of you like to be around negative people? How many of you know when you’re being negative? That doesn’t mean you don’t face the facts. It’s how you deal with those facts. It’s whether facts and circumstances shape you or you shift your atmosphere.
And it’s how you’re going to see. Are you going to see from a heavenly perspective? Or are you going to see in the right here right now?
Getting focused is very important as you war against the evil eye and break the power of evil watchers. The Ayin also pictures a spring or well. This is a month and a time for new life to flow. How many of you want new life springing up from the ground that looked dead?
I still remember January 1, 2017, standing back here with Brad and it was raining cats and dogs outside. I think that was the first time I heard that song, I see new life springing up from the ground that looked dead. I look down and Brad and I took a picture of new life, a sprout coming up through a crack in the concrete. There was a seed that sprouted inside a building. It looked impossible. There was no water on the floor over here. It might not look like it, but the seeds that you have sown, they’re still there.
Building Blocks.
Matthew 6:22-24. The light of the body is the eye. If therefore, thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore, the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness? No man can serve two masters, for he will either hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
So, it’s about the single eye, the single heart. It’s about the full benefits of the new covenant. He said, I’m going to give them singleness of heart and singleness of action. Lane’s word was tremendous two weeks ago when he released the Laser Focus word. That’s what God wants to do. This 21-day fast is not to punish us. It’s to bring us into alignment and revision and refocus us for the next ten years so we can run, so we can plow, so we can put feet actually and manifest what we’ve heard for a whole last ten year season. It’s time to do the stuff. It really is.
II Samuel 22:29-30. You are my lamp, O Lord. The Lord turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance against a troop. With my God I can scale a wall.
It’s called Unstoppable.
Proverbs 20:27. The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord searching the inward parts of the belly.
He wants to search us out in this season.
Psalm 119:105. Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
Why are we in the Day of the Decree? Because he says, You will decree a thing and it will be established for you and light will shine on your path. You’re decreeing Psalm 27. The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Nothing. No one. What a way to start a decade.
Luke 10:19. I have given you authority (we’re in the month of authority) to trample on snakes and scorpions, to overcome all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you.
That word scorpion is where we get the word ‘scope.’ In Strong’s one of the last meanings is a sentinel or a watcher. This is about a demonic watcher. You have authority to tread on demonic watchers, to crush the head of your enemy and overcome ALL the power of the enemy. How do you do it?
Jesus said, The prince of this world is coming and on me he has nothing. How about a 21-day reset of where the enemy doesn’t have anything on you? Because you’ve come into a place of alignment and abiding in the Lord.
Instruction for Construction
This is a time of rectification and nullification of the evil eye. In other words, get your vision right. Quit looking at the negative and raise your gaze. Or look from the heavenly realm where you’re seated and see it through the eyes of the Lord. You’ll respond differently.
Ask the Lord for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. Ayin means to see, know and experience. Ask the Lord to reveal any ungodly structures, beliefs, thoughts, ideas, ideologies at your very core that have impaired your vision of yourself, others, and your world view. This is key.
Let Holy Spirit search and reveal any place that you have been blinded and that you have not seen with the good eye of the Lord. What he reveals, he heals. I will have this posted so during the 21 days you can go to these instructions for construction and you can actually say, Lord, reveal any ungodly structures. You might have to do that every day until there is nothing else revealed. Reveal any ungodly structures, beliefs, thoughts, ideas, ideologies.
If you are in question over a relationship or a circumstance, believe God for life. If you don’t know how to pray, pray in the Holy Ghost.
This is the month to break the power of the evil eye. Cut off evil watchers. It’s time to war with the enemy and break the power of his trying to watch us. The evil eye can manipulate us. We can join with the angels and push ahead. Note how Elijah prayed for his servant’s eyes to be opened. Then he prayed for the enemy to be blinded. Trouble was turned into victory. Let’s be aware of the Lord and his angels, that they are watching.
Remember the story. Elijah’s servant saw the armies and cried out to his master. And the Lord said through him, There are more with us than with them. Lord, open his eyes to see the angel armies. It’s time for us to function there. There are more with us right here right now than the ones in the world.
The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Blind the enemy, Lord. Shut the third eye of the medium. Shut and cut off every evil watcher from my life, from my territory, even through my bloodline. They cannot track me anymore in Jesus name.
Father, I thank you for everyone that you have gathered with us in this season, those that you have appointed into the house at Miracle City today, those that you’ve appointed to come in through facebook, those that you’ve appointed out of the heavenly realm, out of Zion, those that you’ve appointed in your counsel, in your cloud of witnesses, those that you’ve assigned, the angelic beings that you’ve assigned to us personally, corporately, even to our territories, tents, and treasuries.
Lord, we welcome those that are appointed to be with us today. Those that are not, we bless them to be somewhere else in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Lord, we say, Let the eyes of your people, us, be opened today to see, to know, and experience you in a powerful way personally and corporately.
Let the eyes of every evil watcher and every demonic entity be blinded today by the light of your glory that is within us and that shines out of this place. Let your light come and push back all darkness. We welcome your miracles. And we welcome the eye of the Lord. Let us see with the good eye. We embrace this new Hebraic season of Tevet, this new decade of 2020 and 5780 and all that you have ordained for us and your people in Jesus name. Amen and Amen.

Kimble Love. Welcome to the house of the Lord. Welcome to the year of clear vision. Welcome to the year of Joy in the Holy Ghost. Also, it’s the year of, Your head is going to swim with the things that God is doing. That’s the joy of the Lord. I decree and declare this will be a year of the Joy of the Lord.
We’re going to have an exciting day today. God is moving. He’s already shown himself mighty and he’s already here. I know he’s here because you are here and he’s in you. We’re going to put our best foot forward and experience new and mighty things this year because this is the year he has made. It’s the beginning of a new decade. 2019 is in the rearview mirror. And we’re going forth full steam ahead. And we’re going to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
God is all about doing good things. He still does good things. In spite of everything we see and experience, God is good all the time. And his goodness is going to shine through like it never has before. I want to encourage you today. We’re going to enter into worship and have an awesome time in the Lord today. Be prepared to release what God has dropped into your spirit for this year.
Father, right now we thank you for this day. We thank you for this new year. We thank you for this new decade. Lord, I’ve heard it declared that this is the Roaring 20s and you’re going to roar like you’ve never roared before in our midst and we’re going to roar with you. We’re going to see your goodness overtake. We’re going to see your righteousness come forth like we’ve never seen before.
I declare this is the year of signs, wonders, and miracles, and that your people, Lord God, are going to walk in the full redemption as sons of God and be an example and a reflection of all that Jesus is. So Father, pour out your Spirit today. Show yourself mighty through us. We are here to serve you, to be anointed, to be refreshed, to be resurrected, and to go forth as that mighty army that you’ve called us to be.
Fill us with your grace. Show us your mercy and may we receive your love as we enter in this new era. Father, we honor you. We worship you. Have your way in our hearts and our minds. We are here to serve you and to serve this world according to your purposes in Jesus name. Amen and Amen.

Betty. This is going out to someone here or watching. I see the Father running. It’s a picture of the Father in the Word of God. It’s about the prodigal son. It’s one place in the Bible that I know God ran. So I know God runs. He runs toward the prodigal to cover.
I hear the Lord saying, Your sins and lawless acts I will remember no more. Father God has come out to cover us today. He’s brought a robe, a ring, and new sandals for a new walk, a new run, and new authority. And he’s restoring lost inheritances. And he’s restoring lost sons.
?Your heart won’t stop running after me. No, I won’t be afraid just as long as you stand by me.
Betty. Paul said, At my first defense no one came and stood with me but the Lord. He’s never going to leave you. He’s never going to forsake you. He’s never going to let go of his dream for your life. He’s come to cover you with the blood of the Lamb. He’s come to cover you with his love. He’s come to bring resurrection power and life into our lives this morning, to resurrect dreams and visions, and to bring restoration and fullness and wholeness and a new season.
He’s got the revised version. And it’s the original version. How about the original manuscript for your life? He’s here with it today. He’s here with it today. ?He’s standing. Oh he’s standing up. Jesus is standing up on our behalf, on your behalf. Oh he’s standing.
?No, I won’t be afraid just as long as you stand by me. Your heart won’t stop running after me. It keeps on getting better, now that I’ve found you.
Betty. I heard the Lord say, Change is here. Embrace it. It’s Radical. That’s gut spirit grabbing. When I experience that kind of draw out of my inmost being, it’s like when the woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd and touched the hem, the tallit, the hem of Jesus’ garment. And instantly power went out from him. And her 12 year issue stopped. Hei Hei Hei. She had an issue of blood for 12 years. Everyone of us in this room has had blood issues. It’s called bloodline. It’s called the first Adam.
Change is here. Embrace Him, the number one change agent I know. His name is Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, we want to acknowledge you as God in us, God with us. And we acknowledge your name as Change. That’s Action Action Action. Change is here. Embrace it. It’s radical.
Hebrews 12 MSG. Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way? All these veterans cheering us on? (That great cloud of witnesses.) It’s means we better get on with it. Strip down, start running and never quit. No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins.
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God.
When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls.
So I’m telling you this morning that wasn’t on the page but it was on His page. It is a brand new decade and you need to forget your past. And you need to let the Father cover you today with a fresh garment, with a clean robe, and put that ring of authority on your finger and new sandals for the run.
Change. One of the first synonyms for change in my dictionary is about-face. It’s about-face time. Set your heart, set your face, fix on Him, because he’s here. I heard the Lord say, Serious, Serious, Serious. The Lord is saying to you and me this morning he’s in a serious relationship with us, and everything that goes with it. He’s serious about you.
Kimble. Seriously? You think? I believe we Are in a time of being serious with God. To be about his business, to fulfill the things he’s called us to do, to enter into a place of total submission and trust. Some of us are in a place that we will only get through if God shows up and pulls us through. The thing about that is, He always does.
He’s a good good Father. He’s a good good God. He’s a friend that sticks closer than a brother. He’ll never leave us nor forsake us. He wants better for us than we want for ourselves.
I had a dream recently and in the dream the Lord took me to this big lake. I looked and there was about to be this big event, a fishing tournament, a fishing rodeo. Fishing was something I used to do a lot. There are different categories and on the banner board it had a 10-15 inch category that said Good. The next category was 16-22 inch and it said Better. The last category said 23+ and it said Best.
I look and nobody is there. I don’t see a boat or any gear. Lord, what am I going to do? I saw a scuba mask and a snorkel, and some fins. He said, Put them on. What am I going to do, hand grab large mouth bass? I’ve grabbed catfish but it was a bass tournament. He said, Put those on and step in the water. You don’t have to go get them. They’ll come to you.
When I got in the water all these bass starting swimming up to me almost like, pick me, pick me. And I started grabbing these fish. I had an abundance of fish, a huge catch. I caught good ones, and I grabbed better ones, and I got the best ones. I asked the Lord which ones I needed to keep. He said, Keep them all. You don’t have to choose. You get to get it all because I’m an all-consuming God.
Therefore, provision is available to you this year. You don’t have to go looking for it. It’s going to come to you. Just stand and believe. Trust Me. And his good, his better, and his best is coming to us. An abundant supply.
Lord, I thank you for that dream. I thank you for your word. I trust you to perform that which you have shown me. And I receive it with a grateful heart and thankfulness now before it even manifests, in Jesus name.
Betty. I just asked the Lord, Why did he have the scuba gear, the mask? So you can see what’s under the water, the treasure.
Kimble. I encourage you today as we come to the table of the Lord and bring your first fruits, tithes, and offerings into the house of the Lord. If you haven’t done it already, name your seed.
Regina shared with me a book and he had the revelation of naming his seed. What he wanted, what he felt like he needed and had to have—whenever he gave. So many times you can just cast your seed out there, but Beau being a farmer, if you want corn, you plant corn. You want soy beans, you plant soy beans.
I want to encourage you to name your seed. If you have a need, name your seed when you give, and expect God to move on that. And just with her sharing that with me a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been conscious of that. I‘ve been naming things. I’ve been calling those things that I want and that I desire, and I’m seeing the manifestation of it already, and I haven’t even read the book. It was from what Regina shared with me. So thank you. I’m seeing God move. He’s moving mightily everywhere. There are signs everywhere.
I pray this year as we go forth that the blinders are off of your eyes. That you would be fully aware of your surroundings. Even in the natural, be observant. Look, because the signs are out there if you’ll just look for them. They’ll come to you.
So Father, as we come today and we bring our first fruits, our tithes, and our offerings into the house, Father, we name those things. We name that seed. And we claim the fullness of your bountiful provision to come to us. Not to just enable us to go forth, but to advance your kingdom. To be the righteous sons and daughters you created us to be. Lord, that we be full of your Spirit, grace and mercy. Have the ability to give all good things that you show us. To be a blessing and an example to the world in which we live in.
Father, I thank you that you have given us the ability to produce wealth, that you bless the labor of our hands, that you have given us hearts of compassion, and the ability to sow into needs and see needs met supernaturally by your grace and by your hand.
Lord, as we come today we come to the table to partake of the body and blood of Jesus. When Jesus met with his disciples in the upper room at that last supper as the Word of God describes it, during the meal he took bread and broke it and said, This bread is my body which is broken for you. Whenever you eat of it, do it in remembrance of me. After the meal he took the cup, blessed it and said, This cup is the new covenant in my blood which is for all who believe. So whenever you drink of this cup, do it in remembrance of me.
Today as the Bible commands, we are going to fellowship with the Lord at his table. We’re going to eat of his body and drink of his blood. As we do that, supernaturally, spiritually, the DNA of Christ is coming into our bodies. We are coming into agreement with what he did, the price he paid on that cross to redeem us, to bring us back into right relationship with our Father, to be the sons and daughters in the earth, his hands and feet, to go forth displaying his glory and to be all that he created us to be.
So Father, today as we come, we thank you for your sacrifice, Jesus. We thank you that you went to that cross, that you gave your body and you shed your blood. You went through that agony for our salvation, for our deliverance, for our healing, for our provision, for all that we need for life and godliness in this earth. And we thank you, Lord, that you went and did what we couldn’t do. We bless you today. Lord, bless these elements, and as we take them into our bodies may we receive the fullness of our salvation and sonship as Jesus paid it all. We ask this in your name, Lord. Amen and Amen.
?Our champion, you fight for us. You made a way where there was none. Better is one day in your courts, better is one day in your house than thousands elsewhere. There’s no place I’d rather be than here in your love. I am standing on your love, rooted and grounded.
Way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper, light in the darkness, My God, that is who you are. You never stop working.
Betty. Father, we give you all glory and praise. We bless you, Father, and we thank you for your goodness. Lord, I thank you that this is the decade, this is the year to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We just honor your presence. Father, I want to thank you for all you have drawn into Miracle City today and for those in alignment with us and with Love Ministries. We thank you and we come into agreement with your kingdom plan and purposes. We thank you that we are in your apostolic prophetic presence, the atmosphere.
Jesus, we want to acknowledge you as the Apostle and High Priest of our faith. We want to acknowledge the fullness of our Father and Jesus and Holy Spirit. The Word of God says all the fullness of the Deity rests upon Jesus in bodily form. And we have been given fullness.
I decree and declare today, the first Sunday, January 5, 2020, that we have stepped into the season Full. Full. That the Fullness of God is here. Father, I thank you for this day that is appointed as the Day of the Decree. As you have joined us together as one, as we individually decree our word for 2020, I thank you we are part of the Body, we are the puzzle piece, we are part of vision, of what you are doing in the land and in the heavens.
I thank you for each one, each word, phrase, that you’ve spoken to us. Lord, as we decree and declare today, I thank you that it’s going to be established. You’re establishing your word in us and you are establishing us in it. And as we join together, the words that are being proclaimed becomes one message. So Father, I just thank you, that they just won’t be lip service words, but they’ll be words that produce action and full functionality in your life.
So we say, Let heaven come. Let the fullness of God come into this place right now. Holy Spirit, we ask that you carry us in these next few minutes. Jesus, you are the Author and the Finisher of our faith. We thank you on this side before we ever see manifestation in Jesus name. Amen and Amen.
If you didn’t know about the Decree, I believe God to speak a word to you today. Each year we encourage those in alignment with Love Ministries and Miracle City Global to seek the Lord for one word or phrase that is a personal now word for them for the entire new year. Many of you had a word for 2019.
As we hit 5780, around about August, we had something unusual happen. We’ve been practicing this principle for that last 5-7 years, but for the last several years, each year in January, we get a word. I see a wall being built of stones, and if you look at the Body, your word is part of that wall. We are living stones that are being built into a spiritual house.
When I say it’s a prophetic word, it means God himself, Holy Spirit, Father, Jesus, has spoken the word to you personally, and it’s personal. It came from his heart, his mind, his counsel to you. Not only is it personal, though, it’s corporate. Because while you have that one word, you’re in a Body and your word is prophesying to the rest of the house. So imagine, the words you have, everyone of these words is speaking.
My word for 2019 was Launch. How many of you launched into something new or the Lord launched you in a new way in 2019? Something happened with you and the Lord, or in business, etc. that had not happened before. There are many in this room that raised their hand. There was a corporate word. As the apostle of this house, as leadership in this house, that is a flagship word for the house. There is no one present that cannot participate in the word corporately and personally unless they’re not willing to do that. So when I declare my word for today, it’s for anybody in alignment with us. If you’ll take it, you’ll go with it.
What the Lord did differently, at Rosh Hashanah, he told us that he was going to do something different to take us from the Head of the Year to January 1. And he was going to give us something called a ‘jib sail word.’ On a small boat, a person goes out with a jib sail and looks for the wind with the sail. When the sail catches the wind, you know to get up your sails because you’re going in that direction.
If you got a jib sail word at the Head of the Year, it was a directional word that was going to take you somewhere and bring you to this point. We don’t let go of those words, because I’m still in Launch mode in the 5780. And my jib sail word was Navigator. So the Navigator, being Holy Spirit, was navigating the launch. I didn’t put it together. He did. And now we have a new word now.
So, today, the first Sunday of the new year is our day to decree our new words. I am decreeing that when it comes out of your mouth, it’s going to be established in you. You’re going to be established in it, and it’s going to be established in the house, the atmosphere. And wherever you go, you become the signpost, speaking into the realm of the Spirit that word.
I love it as we travel on the road, I know different people’s words. Kimble and Nita’s word for 2019 was Success. Double Success was with us. Success was in my house. Anna’s was Surrender. If you want to have Success you have to Surrender. So Launch, Success, and Surrender. Within your home those words will prophesy. Within the house it will prophesy. In your business, your workplace, your school, it’s going to prophesy. You will become the word that God has spoken to you. There’s where the key is. Letting Him manifest it in your life on the first day.

I Peter 2:4-10. Miracle City Global. Built by God. The Decree 2020.
If we allow God to build the house, then it’s going to stand.
We’re in a new decade of 5780 and the letter that goes with it is PEY. It’s represented by the mouth speaking the Word of God. We’re in a ten year season to create with God. The words of our mouth are very important in this decade. You are going to build according to what comes out of your mouth. The Lord said Change was here this morning. Embrace it. It’s radical. It’s a new decade, a new era. God has vision. Nancy said to me, It’s like a puzzle. Each one of you is a puzzle piece. And you can put your word on that puzzle piece. When you put it all together we’re packing a punch. Jesus said, I will build my church.
I Peter 2:5a You also like living stones are being built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood. That would be a we-some.
This is a statement that Tim Sheets released in 2018. It’s in his book. This is really where we are. We’re still here. The ages are converging and now prophetic words that are infused with God assignments are intersecting their moment.
Today is about the prophetic word that God has given you personally and as you decree it, it’s going to intersect its moment and it is going to explode in this house. It is going to be activated in your life, activated in this Body, and it’s going to function. And rather than decreeing your word today and forgetting about it, you need to decree your word for the rest of this year 2020.
You need to be diligent in it. You need to search it out and see where it is in scripture. You need to know what that word means. You need to know the definition of it. You need to know the synonyms. You need to allow the word to work in you and you need to work the word because the ages are converging and prophetic words that are infused with God assignments are intersecting their moment.
Little did I know when the Lord said Launch that a month later I was going to be launching a 70 day prayer initiative for the nation. But the word worked in me and worked through me and we launched. In the month that we launched—I didn’t see it until later—it was the Hebraic month of Shevat, and it’s about righteousness being your foundation.
The whole 70 Day Decree was about restoring our nation to righteousness and we were on time, because a God assignment and a prophetic word of God infused with power connected on earth. That assignment wasn’t new to God. Your assignment is not new to God. It’s written in your book. It’s just time. And the word you release today is going to be connected to your assignment in this new season.
Job 22:28. What is the scriptural footprint for the declaration? Why do we decree? He says, Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways. Some translations say, and light will shine on your path. What comes out of your mouth with authority, as a decree, has power. When we decree that thing—not because we name it claim it, blab it grab it—because the Lord has dropped something in our spirit or brought something up out of our spirit, spoken to us, when we decree that thing, it is established and his light, his revelation shines on our path because his word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
It’s time to get your motor running. We were born to be wild. The wild kind that changes things. Now unto him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you could ask for, hope, or imagine, in your wildest dreams. You got a wild dream that came from God?
The Decree. This is the Hebrew word for Decree—Gazar. This is a quote from Sid Roth. There is more power in one word from God than all the power of the enemy combined. I remember some years back at Miracle City we were singing a song, and in the midst of the song it was, Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. It was about the redeemed. And the Lord said, Betty, this is how ministry is going to work today. You’re not going to pray any long, drawn-out prayers. You’re just going to say, So! So! I just want you to say, So!
The rest of that scripture says, Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he has delivered from the hand of your enemies, or the hand of the cruel. We saw people healed. We saw miracles. We saw lives transformed. And they were transformed because God knew what he was talking about. He didn’t have to be reminded of the scripture. He told me, Let the redeemed of the Lord say So! Your word is So! So each person that you minister to. So! So! So! So! So! I love to be in meetings like that.
That’s really what I’m looking for. I want the now of God, the word of God, in your mouth in this PEY season and you say one word or phrase and the enemy is defeated and people get healed. Because we don’t have time for all the other stuff. Let’s cut to the chase. So!
The Decree means to cut. Like I said, cut to the chase. You got one word or phrase from God, ask Jesus. Go! He just said, Go! Be healed. Be it unto you according to your faith. So many one word or short phrases and it was done because he knows what he’s talking about. The decree means to cut, to divide, to cut down, to cut off, to cut into, to snatch, to decree. The rest of the scripture in Job 22 says, You will decree and declare a thing and it will be established and light will shine on your path. You will even pray for the one who is not clean, not innocent, and they will be delivered.
You get ahold of that. That means it doesn’t matter what they’ve done, what they’re doing, where they are. Just come into agreement with Me. You’ll say to this one, Be lifted up, and they’ll be lifted up. That’s coming into alignment. That passage starts with, Submit to God. It’s a surrender.
Decree. To judge, to divide. This is important. I’m breaking this down because this is the rest of this year. We’re in a 20/20 vision year where you are going to get revisioned and renewed in your vision that the Lord has for you personally and corporately. And you’re going to begin to decree what God has said. And it is going to make your head swim—Amos 9.
It’s going to be a rapid return on the word of God. You’re going to pray with people and they’re going to get healed and delivered. We’re going to corporately pray and our prayers are going to be answered. We are seeing that rapid return on the word.
1) A decree is a judicial decision or determination of a litigated cause; as a decree of the court of chancery. The decision of a court of equity is called a decree; that of a court of law, a judgment.
There are decrees coming out of the heavenly realm. There are judgments being released into the earth. We have Jesus that is able to save completely those that come to God through him because he always lives to intercede. We have an intercessor. We have authority.
2) In the civil law, a determination or judgment of the emperor on a suit between parties.
These are just testimonies. A couple of years ago my sister was having some heart issues. They did the test where they measure the enzymes and a certain level indicates you have a blockage, etc., and you have to have surgery. So she calls me telling me what they said, and she’s getting her affairs in order, telling me where everything is, all that you do if something is possibly wrong. I said, I’m going to pray because I believe God. She said, I just know that I’m going to have to have the surgery.
I go to sleep that night and have a dream. God speaks through dreams. In the dream my sister is in a courtroom and the judge is about to release the verdict. Anna and I are standing there with her. She is so convinced that the judgment is not going to be in her favor and that’s it’s already a done deal and decided, she cannot stay in the courtroom to hear the verdict and she leaves. She said, I just know. I said, Well, we’re not. So Anna and I keep standing in the court and the verdict comes in her favor. It’s not against her.
The next morning I made a phone call. She happens to be a psychologist. I told her I had a dream last night. You were so convinced yesterday that this was a done deal, but I want you to know that after the dream I am convinced that you don’t have a blockage, and this test is all the way in your favor. I decree and declare that you are healed in Jesus name. And guess what? She didn’t have a blockage. There is power in the decree.
There are verdicts coming out of heaven. I believe that dream was the verdict that had already been decided by our heavenly Father and he was just looking for agreement and someone that would stand.
3) An edict or law made by a council for regulating any business within their jurisdiction; as the decrees of ecclesiastical councils.
That sounds like the Ekklesia to me. Jesus said, I have given you power. That word is authority. We are in the month of Tevet. It is the month of you coming into your authority and standing up in it. Jesus said, I have given you power. I have given you authority to tread upon serpents. I have given you power. I have given you authority. That word is exousia. It’s jurisdiction.
Where is your sphere of influence? Where is our metron? Where is your jurisdiction? Your temple is your jurisdiction. Your family is your jurisdiction. Your territory, where is it? Your tent where you live. Where you work. You have jurisdiction. Where you go you carry the kingdom.
So you have authority, not to override legislative authority, but in your work space, you have authority. I know an administrator in school and he shared how his school room was different that any other class on that hall. Teachers and instructors asked him how he got things done in his classroom and how the test scores increased.
He said, Every morning I take authority within those walls. In that room I have jurisdiction. And I decree and declare that the blood speaks a better word. He was decreeing over his students and there was increase because he had jurisdiction. You have authority to decree a thing via Holy Spirit. Not what we think, but what is God saying about that room, about that class, about that situation? Because it’s going to cut.
4) In general, an order, edict or law made by a superior as a rule to govern inferiors. There went a decree from Cesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. Luke 2. That decree went into the whole world and as a result Jesus was born at the right place.
5) Established law or rule. He made a decree for the rain. Job 20:28. Have you ever decreed with weather and seen God shift it and change it? Absolutely.
6) In theology, predetermined purpose of God; the purpose or determination of an immutable Being, whose plan of operations is, like himself, unchangeable.
When God says something to you and me, he is going to make good on it. When you hear the Lord and then it comes out of your mouth, and you say what he’s saying, all heaven will run on it.

God is not a man that he can lie nor the son of man that he can change his mind. He will not violate his covenant and he will not altar what his lips have uttered. When he says it, he upholds it.
Psalm 2:7-8. I will proclaim the decree of the Lord. He said to me, You are my son. Today I have become your Father. Ask of me and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.
We’re it. How many of you have ever decreed for yourself, Lord, I ask of you for the nations? Come into agreement with this.
Proverbs 8:15-16. By me kings reign and princes decree justice. By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth.
Where does our decree come from? The real decree that’s going to change situations and circumstances? It comes from the Lord. It’s not because we thought it up. It’s what God has said in a matter. When God says it, it settles it. We just don’t need to move off of it.
Decree: 1. To determine judicially, to resolve by sentence; as, the court decreed that the property should be restored; or they decreed a restoration of the property.
2. To determine or resolve legislatively; to fix or appoint; to set or constitute by edict or in purpose.
Thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established. Job 22:28.
So here we are, the power to create with God.
Create It! Luke 1:37. For no word spoken by God is without power.
Isaiah 55:11. So is my word that goes out from my mouth. It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. He has sent you a word or a phrase, and he is going to accomplish what he sent it to do in your life and in our lives.
Create it. How do we do that? Anything that gets created by God is going to involve Holy Spirit. It’s going to involve the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. It’s just like in the beginning when Holy Spirit came and he hovered over creation. He hovered over Mary’s womb. Holy Spirit hovers. Heaven runs. We say, Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Create it. For NOTHING is impossible with God. Luke 1:37.
It doesn’t matter what it looks like.

I would like Anna, as our prophetic voice in this house, to decree all the words. When she decrees these, get a picture that everyone of these words are alive and speaking. We’ve decreed them so they would be established in us, in this place, and everywhere we go, in our lives corporately and individually.
Anna. We declare the 2020 words for Miracle City Global.
Betty. These are not all of our words. There are others coming this afternoon but this is a powerful beginning. I will take these words and for several days, I will be decreeing them and agreeing with them for as long as the Lord says, probably over the entire 21 days. We will have word runs where I’ll point. And your word is? Different ones say their word. Then not only will I see you, but I’ll begin to see your word.

So Father, as we’ve decreed and declared the words, we just thank you for your goodness and for manifesting in us and us in them and through us. That everywhere we go we are your voice. Lord, we thank you for full activation and functionality of these words individually and corporately in our lives. We thank you that you are building your house. And the gates of hell will not prevail in Jesus name. Amen

Kimble. Father, we thank you for what you’re doing and what you’ve done here today and what you’re going to continue to do. We thank you for this new year, this 2020 season. Lord, we step in it with a full expectancy, that these words that have been released today manifest in our very midst, that we see the fullness of your power and glory come forth in our walk. May we be continuously expectant and observant of the things that you are releasing all around us so that we go forth and produce to see your kingdom advance in mighty mighty ways. Betty Love. We are familiar with this scripture as a house, but I believe this is what we’re actually going to do in this room today. Habakkuk means Embracer of God.
Habakkuk 2:1-3. I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts. I will look to see what he will say to me and the answer I am to give to this complaint. Then the Lord replied, Write down the revelation, write down the vision, and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation, the vision, awaits an appointed time. It speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it. It will certainly come and not delay.
I believe that many of us are stepping into 2020 at the fulfillment of vision. I know how God works. He doesn’t fulfill one vision without giving another one. But the post in worship is: We are going to look to see, we’re going to stand, we’re going to abide in Him in the heavenly realm. And he is going to open our eyes to see. We’re going to look to see.
I heard the Lord say two days ago, Come and sit and see with me. He wants us to look to see in 2020.
?You bring restoration to my soul. You give me joy. I’m caught up in your presence. I just want you. I’m sorry when I forgot that you’re enough. Take me back to where it started. I open up my heart to you. I just want you. Nothing else will do. You’re all I want. You’re all I need. You’re everything. Open our eyes.
Betty. In Genesis 15:1 it says the word of the Lord came in a vision to Abram. And the Lord said to Abram, I am your shield and your very great reward. The word of the Lord can come to you in a vision or in a dream. It will come to you right here and right now. He speaks to your heart. We welcome the word and the vision of the Lord. We say, Jesus, be thou my vision.
Father, right now we want to come into agreement with the vision and the purpose that you have for every believer, every son of God, that is sitting in this room and those watching, Father, the ordained days that are written in our book, those things that you have ordained even before the foundations of the earth.
Lord, I thank you for the word released in the house today, the word you spoke to Kimberley and that we received—Order. Revelation and Understanding of Mysteries. Lord, take any residue, any distraction, even weariness, away right now. And cause us to be present in your presence.
?It’s all for you. Here we are. Here we are. Fill me up God. Love of God, overflow. Permeate, oh my soul. You provide the fire. I’ll provide the sacrifice. You provide the Spirit. I will open up inside. Fill me up, God.
Betty. Father, I thank you that perfect love casts out all fear. I thank you that you have taken hold of us, Jesus, so we can take hold of it. Lord, I thank you for the Reset, the words you’ve brought into this new year. I decree and declare the things the Lord has been saying. I want to impart today about vision. I believe as we step into this fast, these 21 days, the word of the Lord is going to come to you time and time again in vision. I believe you’re going to have dreams, see visions. You’re going to see, know, and experience the Lord in a real way that’s going to bring transformation and change. The Lord is always confirming his word to us. Dottie had a vision during the worship and saw Jesus coming and walking beside her with a gold box with a red ribbon tied around it. He handed her the box and said, Keep moving. Whatever we need is already in the box. It’s radical.
Dottie Duckworth. I saw Jesus wrapping up a gold box with red ribbon and he handed it to me. He said, It’s whatever you need. It’s a gift from Him. There was a path and a sign on the path that said, This Way. As I was walking the path I knew he was with me and I’m carrying the box. As I went down the path the seasons changed, fall leaves, then winter, etc.
As I walked I was aware that everything I needed for each season, he was there. Then Betty gave the word that Radical Change was in the house and we have everything that we need.
Betty. The Lord said that Change is here. Embrace it. It’s radical. I saw Change as the person of Holy Spirit because he’s transforming from the inside out. It is a radical, rapid change. I see acceleration through the words of our mouth. We’re his see and says. I want to see and say. He’s saying, Will you sit and see with Me? Can you imagine what you can create with the Lord? How, if we will allow the Lord to draw us aside—if you’re fasting media, or even if we put the phone away for a couple of hours in the evening.
This New Year’s we had company, family in with us, friends. I put my phone down that morning and didn’t pick it up until that evening because I wanted to be present and I was busy. There are times we need to respond to our texts. I understand that. If you have children out, you need to be available. You and I know the difference. What did we do when it hung on the wall? You know what I’m saying. I don’t want to be God-robbed anymore because I’m living in something that’s a piece of equipment and I’m not having a face to face, one on one relationship, or the intimacy I could have with the Lord.
If you allow Holy Spirit to separate you and be persistent—if you don’t hear him today, don’t stop tomorrow. If you don’t hear him for 20 days of the 21, don’t stop setting aside the time to read the Word and say, Here I am, God. Who knows that on the 21st day you might get the greatest download that is life-changing.
What the Lord said to me in the midst of the worship, right here right now is, There are Abram and Abraham moments waiting for you and me and some of these people in this room and those that are watching, those kind of life-changing encounters where he visions you, revisions you, for a decade, for the rest of your life. Where he sets your boundaries and he shows you what is and what is yet to come.
How many of you want an Abram moment where he says, Come on. Let’s go walk out on your land. This is what I’m going to do. And in that moment it’s up to you and me whether we’re going to step into it, receive and agree with it, or just let it pass. We cannot let it pass us by.
I’m being transparent. I had encounters and received words and I got them recorded, but there were some wake-up moments that I should have gotten up and immediately started scribing what he was saying during the holidays and I didn’t. What I’ve become aware of is he’s coming again again and I better have my notebook and my pen ready. And I better be like a Minuteman ready to get up and sit down and write down what he’s saying.
Not only are we going to write it down, he’s going to write it on the tablets of our hearts and minds. And it’s going to be an encounter that changes us radically.
Vision is about Divine Revelation. It is the uncovering of something hidden.
I love Kimberley’s word. He’s bringing Order. We have that word now. She decreed it but I received it, so I’m taking it like a treasure out of my pocket and saying, Yes, I want the order. I want the revelation. And I want to understand the mysteries. That’s really what a vision is. It’s divine revelation. Revelation is the uncovering of something that is hidden. That’s a simple definition.
Vision is God’s revelation or word to an individual regarding His divine intent, purpose, and plan for the individual’s life, both present and future.
I received this teaching on vision a long time ago but it’s a now word because it came to me by revelation and it still comes to you by impartation. The Lord showed me in the beginning that vision is always present and future. A vision is present and progressive, often partially revealed. It is personal and corporate, having a distinct cause and effect on the Body of Christ. It’s territorial and it’s generational.
I believe a true vision of God is going to be personal to you but it’s going to be corporate to the Body of Christ, because whether you fulfill your purpose or your destiny is going to have a cause and effect on us. We are a we-some. We are the Body. But yet it’s personal. Your vision is present. It’s a now vision, but it’s also a future vision. It’s going to affect the territory.
The vision for Miracle City Global is going to affect this city. It’s going to affect this state and it’s going to affect this nation. I would say unto you, It’s already doing that. It is. We have. We are. What do you mean it’s affecting? What God did in this past season in the 70 had a cause and effect on the nation. We even had people in other nations doing The Decree for the United States of America. It had a cause and effect.
Marion said, This is the miracle season. The miracles that happen here are going to roll out into the city and then affect the globe.
Do I back off of that or do I lean into that? We lean into what the Lord is saying. And having done all to stand, we keep standing until we see the manifestation, whatever God has personally spoken. I know these women right here, Kellie and Regina, are going to preach the gospel of the kingdom with signs, wonders, and miracles. You talk to them long enough and they’re going to tell you. And I believe it. I believe they got a word from the Lord.
I believed the word of the Lord when Pat stood up in here and said what she was going to Africa to do. She went and got exceedingly, abundantly above all she could ask for, hope, or imagine. And He worked with you, Pat, to confirm the word with signs following. The word of the Lord came to you and he directed you and you went. But if you had looked at the season you came out of, you would have said, Really? She had a Reset.
We come to those places in our life and he’s saying, Come out of the former glory and embrace the future glory. How can you embrace the future glory? You can have a future vision when you don’t quit. That’s why he shows us the end from the beginning. What I do today is going to affect my seed. What we have done with our lives has affected our seed. And it’s going to affect our seed’s seed. What I have done with my life is going to affect my spiritual seed. And it can’t just be what I do on Sunday morning. It’s what I’m doing when nobody is looking. God is calling you to a place where you’ve never walked before. He’s calling us up in the upward call.

I’m reaching into what the Lord said to me in this new season.
A Gomer moment has been going on for many in the Body of Christ. I am ready to shift you out of—and I had a vision of the Lord taking hold of our face like a little child. He said, Turn your face. Remove the distractions. I’m turning hearts and making eye contact to release new vision and instruction to my people. It’s Communion Time.
He wants to have face to face with you and eye contact so we’re not looking anywhere but to Him. Don’t look at what you need to fulfill the vision. Me first. Look to him and you’ll have what you need to fulfill it, whatever it is.
Significant Photos: The step of the journey. We’re called to the nations. There is a nations call on the Body of Christ, no doubt. It’s vision time. He is going to give you the direction you need. I believe we’re going to come out of this 21 days corporately, personally with vision, with clarity, with clear vision, with 20/20. Each one of you are part of the puzzle. You fit in different places. There are different seasons. But we have a promise that no matter what season we’re walking through we already have all that we need. It’s all in the box, everything we need from him and he’s walking right with us.
This is about your vision. Your vision will have a cause and effect in whatever sphere God has placed you in.
The Lord does not want you to be a vision victim.
Proverbs 29:18. Where there is no vision the people perish.
For you and me at the beginning of a ten year season, decade, 2020, God is going to open his mouth and speak to you. He is going to speak to you with clarity, with clear understanding. How many of you have a vision? How many of you are ready to pull that vision out and let the Lord work with you on it so that you have what you need to declare and decree now to see it manifest, see it unfold?
Where there is no vision the people perish. Another way to say this in the NIV is, Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint. But blessed is he who keeps the law.
That word restraint—Holy Spirit highlighted it to me. In the Hebrew it’s para and it means to ignore, avoid, get out of control, hold back, running wild, taking away, unkept, or untidy.
Where there is no vision the people ignore it or run wild, get untidy, unkept. The phrase that jumped out at me is hold back. Jesus said, I know where I came from and I know where I’m going. If you don’t know what God is saying to you in this season and in the now, in the present, you’ll never get to your future. You can’t hold to what’s out there if you don’t know where to go right here. You’ve got to have a now vision and you’ve got to have the future vision. You might not have every detail but you’ll have enough to be able to get you where you’re going.
Proverbs 29:18 NLT. When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful.
I”m not just talking about the Law. We’re not under the Mosaic Law, but when you obey the Word of God or you obey the vision of what he’s telling you to do, it fills you with Joy. Joy is strength. And it’s revelation.
Proverbs 29:18 ESV. Where there’s no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint.
I want to bring out here, prophetic vision. What does that mean? That means that the vision you and I have is going to have voice. It’s going to speak. It’s going to be the heart of God, the counsel of God, the mind of God. It’s going to have breath in it and life in it because it’s come out of heaven. It’s come from Him.
If you don’t have a vision or your vision doesn’t have the breath and life of God in it, then you need to go see Him again. And you need to have eye contact and face to face and you need to get a life-breathing vision from the Spirit of the living God. It’s encounter time.
What the Worship Team was imparting to us this morning was Life Life Life Life Life. What are they imparting into? Life to the word of God. Life to the vision of God. Life to the dreams of God. Because the world will come to kill your dreams but God says, I’m coming again so that they may live in you and manifest through you. It’s time.
It’s talent time. The provision that you need for the vision is coming in fullness. I was talking about you, Dottie, this morning with Marion and Beau, and in 2012 in the nation all the prognosticators were saying the stock market was going to crash. It was the end of the world, end of this economy, this and that. Christian people were prophesying different things, saying they had heard God. People were stockpiling, preparing for the worst.
Dottie was listening to a radio program, hearing all these things, and she called me as her apostle prophet to ask me what I was hearing. I’ve learned it doesn’t matter who is saying what, any reputable minister or ministry in this nation, and if I’m not hearing the same thing—not negating what they’re saying—but if I’ve not heard anything, it’s best to say nothing.
Notable people were making prophetic declarations. But Dottie asked me. Up until then I had said nothing. He said, You haven’t done the talent thing, Betty. I’m talking about the talents in the Word of God, where the Lord said that in the last days there was going to be a transference of wealth that would (bankroll) the kingdom of God in the seven mountains of society. And we would invest with the wisdom of God and he would multiply the talents.
You can say it’s your gifts and if you don’t use your gifts, it’s a picture of that. But he said money, talents. He rebuked the man. He said, You should have at least put the talents on deposit in the bank because it would have made some interest for you. So when Dottie is asking me if the stock market is crashing and this is the end of the economy and everything, the Lord said to me, You haven’t done the talents thing yet, Betty.
He told me on the very end of December, It’s talents time. He said, Talents, Betty. It’s talents time. The talents are here. I will build my Ekklesia. I will build generationally. I will build territorially. I will build nationally and internationally. You will kingdom build. My time is sure. It’s talents time.
I waited my whole life for this, now. Some of you have waited your whole life for the vision. And you’ve seen parts and pieces. But now he’s bringing it all together and he is going to give you the order and the revelation and the understanding of mysteries. On the 28th of December he woke me up and said, In all your getting, get understanding. You can have the vision written down, but if you don’t understand the vision and how to put feet to it, then just hang it up. We’re just waiting for another day.
This is not a decade to wait for another day. He’s saying, Just do the stuff. It’s time. So it’s no holding back. If you and I aren’t going to hold back, we’re going to have to know where we’re going. And he’s going to cause you to know where you’re going.
The profound statement he said to me is this. I am ready to restore you and yours as a sign and a wonder. You still have every opportunity. No opportunity has been taken from you. My time is sure. My time is pure. It’s Reset. To reset, adjust or fix in a new and different way. It is where we are. You will come out of the 21 days reset, revisioned, renewed, refreshed, restored, regenerated. I’ll take some restitution in it, too.
And he said, Today, leave the glory of the past and embrace the glory of the future.
Quit mourning over what has been. Quit living over past revivals and moves of God and words of God in your life. Thank him for them. Embrace and expect what has not yet manifested, but expect the greater glory. It’s greater glory time.
Normal vision occurs when light is focused directly on the retina rather than in front or behind it. It is direct light. When you are face to face, eye to eye with the Lord, you are going to have some direct light going on. He is taking hold of our faces and making eye contact with us because I believe he wants to give us 20/20 vision. I believe there are people this season that are not only going to get 20/20 vision spiritually but are going to get their eyesight restored.
The Lord began to speak to me about Vision Victims.
Proverbs 29:18. Where there is no vision the people perish. Where there’s no prophetic vision, no revelation, the people cast off restraint, hold back.
Hosea 4:6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
Many of you have heard me say this before. When I was a little girl I was nosey and inquiring minds want to know, right? Many of you have heard people say and my mother said, What you don’t know won’t hurt you. That is not really the truth. Kill you. So, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. What kind of knowledge do we want to have? The knowledge of God and his understanding.
Vision Distortions.
The Lord said there are people who are near-sighted, far-sighted, have tunnel vision, and astigmatism. These four things will affect your vision.
A person that is near-sighted or people who have trouble seeing far way, it’s all here and now. Here and now is wonderful, especially when God is moving in your life and things are going well. What happens if it’s all here and now when your whole world goes upside down? Is it going to cause you to lay down and die? Give up because there’s nothing out there? It’s all here and now, right? So near-sightedness will affect your vision.
If you move on what is going on, your circumstances and situations, unless the Lord is that sure foundation, your strength, and your encouragement, you will quit. What happens when there’s loss? What happens when relationships end? What happens when loved ones go to heaven? What happens when people go AWOL? What happens if your bank account isn’t full? What happens then to the vision, the plan of God?
Is it still the same? Do you still have hope? Who hopes for what he already has? What can kill your vision is if you are near-sighted and you think it’s only here and now. Don’t let go of here and now, because remember, the vision is present but it’s also future.
Someone that is far-sighted are people who have trouble seeing up close. It’s all pie in the sky because it’s out there. The thing is, if there is never any feet to it here, if it’s all about out there, and nothing taking place, an ABC123, the plan of God to get you to there, and you are living out there, you will miss what God is doing here. The only way you and I are going to possess our birthright and destiny, and live out of our inheritance, is that we live a life of abiding in him as he is in us. It is about relationship.
If you’re married or in a relationship, just try not talking to them for about a month and see how well that goes. God wants relationship with you and me. He wants a cool of the day experience with you. He wants you to experience him and he wants to experience you more than we really realize.
It is the joy of the Lord to have Communion with you and me so much so he died for it. He gave his very best so that we could live with him. So he is wanting to vision you in the now. And he is wanting to vision you for the future. Because faith is the substance of things hoped for. Now faith. When the word comes, faith comes by hearing and hearing the word.
Faith will put you at the end of the vision. It will give you the future to believe. Hope is the thing that transitions you to the promise. And the love of God is the thing that keeps fear out of your life and causes you to keep standing. Faith, hope, and love remain when everything else is gone. You’ve got a three-fold cord in you.
Vision distortions. Tunnel visioned. People who can only see straight ahead. Initially you would think that’s not a bad thing. But if I have tunnel vision, it’s really not about anybody else. It’s just about where I’m going. That’s not how we function as a body. Because your vision is significant to me. And it’s significant to the overall vision of anywhere you are connected in the Body of Christ, even in the nations.
Pat, your vision affects Africa. Your vision affects the nations that you’re connected with. Beau’s vision for his life this past year affected Cuba. Where is your vision connected besides right here and right with you? To have tunnel vision is all about me and mine and not about anybody else. The hand can’t say to the foot I don’t need you. We are a body. The Body of Christ. And not just the Body of Christ right here. We are the Body of Christ in the heavens and on the earth and are connected. What we do here is not just affecting here. It’s affecting there.
Astigmatism is people whose eyes are totally misshapened. There are people who don’t have any clue there is a vision for God and a plan for their life. I think sometimes, especially in our circles, we talk about purpose, plan, and vision so much, it becomes like a go to sleep word, and then we never actually have one, get one, or put feet to it.
I believe that 2020 is different. I believe the Lord is going to be intentional with you and me in the word that he has given us and in putting feet to the vision of God for our lives. And the first step of a man’s journey is the first step. So we’re going to step in this year.
My word is Forward. The Lord gave me my word earlier for 2020 than he’s ever given me a word. I think it was September, October. Some of you got yours early, too. The Lord said, You know why I’m giving you the word Forward now? It’s because I want you to know when you hit 2020 you are moving Forward. I want you to know that now. That we’re moving Forward. The vision is moving Forward. Miracle City Global families, ministries, those in alignment are moving Forward. My Forward doesn’t keep you from going beyond where I’m going. It’s just going to be breath to send you there.
Vision Victors
Jeremiah 29:11. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future, an expected end, in some translations. He has an expected end. He wants to show you the end from the beginning.
Psalm 139:16. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
Can you imagine that? One of the things I struggled with from the time I was five years old on is, I would not sing. By the time I was in the seventh grade my voice was gone. When I really wanted to, when I was in the presence of the Lord, nothing would come out because I had believed the lie of the enemy that I could not sing.
This is what I found out. At a 15 hour Restoring the Foundations ministry, in that season in my 40s, in that encounter with the Lord, I saw the Lord fashioning my body, fashioning me in the secret place. What it looked like is what we see today in present-day sonograms, that almost golden bronzy glory look that’s over the new sonograms you see today. That wasn’t showing up on the pictures then. But that’s what it looked like.
I could see the hands of God and he was working. I didn’t realize what he was doing but he said, I’m working on you and I want you to listen. He was singing as he created me. And he said, I put song in you from the very beginning. I made you to sing. But the enemy came to take your voice. But when I fashioned and I saw your unformed body, I mixed color.
All the days ordained were written in your book before one came to pass. That’s for you. For everyone. You are published. And you want that vision. When I say I’m agreeing with the vision of God for your life, I want what’s in your book. And I’m not going to settle or let go until you manifest your book. Because it’s God’s dream for you and it’s beyond your wildest dreams.
We have a decision to make. These are a few decision scriptures and I actually give these to people when they’re trying to make a decision.
Joshua 24:15. Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve.
Deuteronomy 30: 19-20 NIV. You have heard it and heard it and heard it. You need to live it and eat it and receive it. He says,
:19 This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you. I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life.
What were we saying this morning? Life Life Life. You want to know what to choose? Life Life Life. He’s saying choose Life. Because when you choose Life, you’re choosing Him. When you choose the God-vision for your life, you’re choosing Life. That’s why one of those late December mornings I had Anna sing that song, I can’t live if living is without you. We were crazy busy the entire time and I’m not moaning, groaning. But I remember sitting down that morning and just in my cup, now. And he filled the place with his presence. And he said, Reset.
Going into 2020 with a Reset. Then I could hear that song, Can’t live if living is without you. I don’t know if he was singing it to me or I was singing it to him, but I know it originated with him and he caused me to sing it. What did he do in it? He just began to abide in me. You know what I’m talking about. And you’re going again. That’s vision. That’s encounter with him. That’s available to us daily. No more running on empty.
:19-20 Now choose life so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
You have an inheritance and it includes land. It includes a sphere of influence and authority. And the first thing he says is, Choose life so that you and your children may live. What you choose is going to affect the generations—spiritual children as well as physical children. Now choose life so that you and your children may live; that you may love the Lord your God and listen to his voice and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life. Life Life Life.
He wants you to love him, to listen to him, and to live in the land that he has given you for many years. And not struggling. There is a place where we come out of the struggle and we prosper. I love it that Josh Long, his word is Prosperity. A 16 year old has the word Prosperity. I look to see Joshua prosper, and all of us.
Again, it’s a decision. What will you choose? Choose life. The decision. Jeremiah 6:16.
This is what the Lord says, Stand at the crossroads and look. Ask for the ancient paths. Ask where the good way is and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.
This is a time in the 21 days. Where am I? What are you saying now? What is the now vision? What is the present vision? What is the now word? And what is the future vision? How does it affect the generation? And how does it affect the territory? What have you called me to do in the now? Where am I and where am I going?
This is what you’re going to get. This is where we’re going to teach and impart in these next several weeks—putting feet to it. Putting feet to the vision.
There is an ancient path that is God’s Way and he is setting your feet on that path. He is going to give you direction.
John 16:13-15. But when he, the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own. He will speak only what he hears. And he will tell you what is yet to come.
How many of you, the Holy Spirit lives in you and you know it? Every believer in this room. When the Spirit of Truth comes, he’s going to come, he’s going to manifest to you and me, and he’s going to show you what is, present vision, and what is yet to come, the future vision. Part of Holy Spirit’s function and relationship to you and me is to show us here and to show us there, and to help us get there.
Jesus goes on to say, He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said, The Spirit will take from what is mine and make it known to you.
How many want Holy Spirit to take from what is Jesus and the Father and make it known to you? This is about revelation that brings revolution in your life. Change Change Change. You take these scriptures and it will cause the vision to manifest in your life if you’ll do due diligence with a few of these scriptures.
God wants to give you direction so much so that he says in Isaiah 30:21, Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.”
This Reset in this time of fasting is about realigning you, plumb lining you with himself so that you are sensitive to him, his presence, and his voice. So that when you hear him, you will recognize him, and no matter where you are, he’ll say, Dottie, Walk that way. Move forward. Don’t go that way. Stop over there. He will direct you. And not only that, if you’re a son of God, he says you’ll be led by the Spirit. But you will hear his voice in your ear. How many of you want the voice of the Lord in your ear?
The vision will bring discernment in your life. Daniel 2:22. The Word of God. Daniel said about the Lord, He reveals deep and hidden things. He knows what lies in darkness and light dwells with him. Back to Kimberley’s word. I love that word. There are different things that different ones of you released. I can’t wait to sit in the morning and just go through the words and just receive them.
I want Order. And I want Revelation. And I want to Understand Mysteries. Holy Spirit gave it to her. Because he reveals deep and hidden things and he knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him.
Isaiah 64:4. Since ancient times, no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen, any God besides you who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.
Now that’s the Old Testament counterpart. He acts on your behalf when you wait for him, when you have believed the vision. It says, Write the vision and make it plain so that a runner can run, look at it at a glance and keep running—Love Always Trusts. (Reads a plaque and repeats it while running.) Love Always Trusts. We’re declaring it.
You write the vision, and though it tarry, though it delay, the Lord says, Wait on it. Because steadily. Who had Steadfastness? Pam. Steadfastness will see the manifestation of it. So what does he do? No eye has seen nor has it entered into the heart of man the things that God prepares, or any God who acts on behalf of those that wait for him. If you’ve been waiting on the vision and you’ve not let go of it, oh it’s coming. Action.
I Corinthians 2:9-10. This is the counterpart. Paul says, No eye has seen. No ear has heard. No mind has conceived what God has prepared for those that love him.
:10 But God has revealed it to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
You’ve got the Revelator. You’ve got the Searcher living on the inside of you. You’ve got The God, the living God. We have Holy Spirit living in us and he is the best search engine I know. This word says he is the one who will search out the mysteries that the eye has not seen, the ear has not heard, nor the heart has understood the things God has prepared for those that love him. But Holy Spirit is going to search it out and make it known to you.
Let me show you who you are, whose you are, and what I’ve called you to do in this 2020 season and this PEY decade. You’re going to open up your mouth and you’re going to fill it and you’re going to be my see and say, and I’m going to establish it in the earth. And your light is going to shine.
Distinction, Declaration, and Devotion
When you begin to move in the vision of God, it is going to cause a distinction, a clear declaration, and a devotion to become evident in your life. It can’t be any other way.
I Peter 2:9. You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God who may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
You’re going to have a testimony. You’re going to have a personal relationship with the living God that creates a testimony flowing out of your life. The more you testify to the Lord, it is going to be a contagion and a catalyst in the lives of others. I cannot tell you the miracles we’ve seen during the Christmas season this year and they’re still happening.
II Chronicles 29:11. My sons, do not be negligent now, for the Lord has chosen you to stand before him and serve him, to minister before him and to burn incense.
It’s Stand, Serve, Minister, and Burn. It’s who we are corporately and individually.
The vision is going to produce a determination. Hebrews 12:1-3. Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders us and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
You have a harvest. Everyone of you have a harvest. You have a vision and a plan for your life, and there is a plan of God for you to harvest that vision. The thing that comes between us and the harvest is that the enemy comes in to cause us to grow weary and give up. He says, If you do not become weary in well-doing, you will reap a harvest. I am believing God to refresh and renew you. And this word will come alive in you. And the harvest that he has purposed for you and me personally and corporately, generationally and territorially, that we will see the manifestation of it on earth as it is in heaven because God has said it. And we refuse to give up.
So if there is anything, any baggage, let’s get rid of the baggage, anything that’s going to hold us down. Why are we doing a 21-day fast? Because we want to be one with the Lord, spirit, soul, and body; clarity in hearing. I don’t want to drag anything into 2020. I can tell you this, what you say out of your mouth is going to be like a boomerang. It is going to go out and it is going to come back.
We have had three years of dealing with the heart. There have been times when it’s been coming out of my mouth in here like a roar. Thank God when I listened to the recording it was softer than it felt. I was thinking, Oh dear God. Roar! Deal with your heart. Deal with what’s going on. Me first, because he’s cutting on me, too. It’s because you’re going to create with him. He just wants you to create with him. He does. We’re already doing it.
The vision is going to cause a delight to spring up in your life. Psalm 16:11. You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
I’m amazed at how many scriptures I have that have Life in them, and how many times this Worship Team and we as a congregation sang Life. He is saying to those things that look dead, You will live again. Can these bones live?
When he reveals his vision for you personally, it causes you to be filled with joy and it sets you on his path of life. I remember last January I listened to a message that Chuck Pierce was preaching, teaching, prophesying out of Florida. He talked about how when you obey the Lord, it sets you on that path, and your destiny is on that path, and your provision is on that path.
Really, everything you need is on the path because he’s walking with you, and it’s in a box. It’s already there. You’re not going to have to get off the path to go and get it because it’s going to be there. So what we are saying is, Lord, set us in your presence and on the path of life. In the presence of the Lord is Fullness. You make known to me the path of life. Where is it? What is it? Who is it? His name is Jesus. It’s in him, through him, by him that we’re going to find it. Always.
As you enter into the vision of the Lord, and he has one for you—you are his vision—you are going to partake of the divine nature. It’s going to bring forth the divine nature of God in your life.
Galatians 2:20. Paul said, I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And the life I live in the body I live by faith in the son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.
This is part of my regular confession. I am crucified with Christ. I no longer live. It’s going to deal with tunnel vision. It is going to broaden your horizon and give you a different view. I’ve been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And the life I live in the body I live by faith of the son of God. It’s His faith. When you play into him and you’re abiding in him, his faith is rising up in you.
Today, we saw manifestation of prayers that we prayed on Wednesday night. As a result of prayers that were prayed, we had a young man in here today that made the decree of a word on his life that is going to radically manifest and transform him. I believe it. Because the faith of the son of God rose up in us.
II Peter 1:3. His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
This is key for where we are and where we are in this season. His divine power has given us everything. Where’s the divine power? It’s in us. You don’t have to run out to the 7-11 to get it. You’ve already got it. So his divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness. Where do we get it? Through our knowledge of him.
We’re in an Ayin month. We have the eye of the Lord. To see, to know, and experience him. How do you receive that? How do you receive the divine nature and receive everything you need for life and godliness? It’s through intimacy with him. And he’s called us by his glory and his goodness.
What was the manifestation in the house this morning and this whole month? It’s about the goodness of the Lord. To see it. And know it. And experience it. I want you to expect God’s goodness in your life. I want you to expect God’s goodness on your job. I want you to expect God’s goodness to manifest for you and in your family. I want you to expect to see the goodness of the Lord.
I love Amy Rylander and I think the first time I ever heard somebody say, So Good! she said it. I can hear her voice more than not, saying, So Good! So Good! What’s she talking about? How good God is. He’s just so good.
Vision Assured. God has a vision that is sure for your life.
Deuteronomy 4:29. It’s a promise. But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
It’s an invitation and I pray it won’t stop after 21 days. You really would have wasted the entire time. But if you will seek the Lord with all of your heart and soul during this season, you will find him.
Amos 3:7. Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.
You have a prophetic anointing as children of God right now on your life. You don’t have to turn on Miracle City Global, Glory of Zion, or your favorite ministry to find out what the Spirit of God is speaking to the church. If you’re plugged into him, when you turn that on, you’re going to already have been hearing all along the same lines and it’s going to be a confirmation because God will put you in the know every time. It doesn’t matter where you live or whether you get TV or not.
John 10:27. Jesus said, My sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me.
This is about letting the Lord separate you unto himself so that you know and recognize his voice.
Isaiah 48:6. From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.
I want to know those hidden things. There are things about the vision in this season that God is going to make known to you. There are things that are hidden that you haven’t seen. You’re going to see. Oh, okay! There are opportunities that are literally going to be there and you’re going to realize there have been gates and doors there on your path the entire time, but it just wasn’t time to enter in through them. So now what has been there all along, you’re going to get to see and enter into. It’s the truth.
Jeremiah 33:3-4. We quote it. Let’s live it. Call to me and I will answer you. Here’s the promise. I didn’t say it. He said it. Call to me and I will answer you. Lord! Here I am, Lord. At 6:00 in the morning, Here I am, Lord. You said call to you. I’m listening. Try it. And then when he answers, don’t bind up the devil. Oh, that happened!
Back in the 80s I had been reading this book on hearing God written by Peter Ward. My spiritual father had put it into my hands. I was so hungry. I read every book that he gave me out of his library. I got a book on all the foundational teachings, doctrine of angels. I read everything I could put my hands on and was still coming up hungry.
Then he gave me the book, Hearing God, by Peter Ward. When the Lord first began to speak to me, he would speak to me through the Word. And then he would confirm that. I would go into Sunday School or into church and it would be the same word they were preaching. I would hear it. It was that rhema thing. Then he would impart to me. Then I would have those moments when I would get the whole thing.
But I wanted to hear him speaking to me on the inside like I’m talking to you right now. I wanted to have a conversation with God. I wanted to meet with God like Moses met with God. I wanted to be a friend of God like Abraham, because I saw they could and I was young enough to believe that I could. Everyone of you in here have had that moment, and if you’ve lost it, may he take you back.
On July 3, 1989, I sat in my spot and prayed, Dear Heavenly Father—“Yes, my child?” Dear Heavenly Father—“Yes, my child?” Satan, I bind you in the name of Jesus Christ!!! (laugher) It’s the truth! And He laughed. I heard laughter. He laughed. God does laugh. I said, Lord? He said, “All my sheep hear my voice and follow me.” And he began to talk to me and tell me what was and what was coming.
So if you call out to Him and you keep calling out, He will answer you. And it will light up your world.
Jeremiah 33:3. Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.
Vision Revealed
Isaiah 46:10-11. This is a promise. This is about vision. I make known the end from the beginning. Why does he do that? Because he wants you to get there. ?I’ll take you there. Come on.
I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. You need to own it. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’ From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that I will do.
When the Lord gave me the vision and the calling upon my life, through encounter, through vision and word, he followed it with a scripture not many days after. He led me to this passage in Isaiah 46:10-11, and the promise that he gave me is, What I have said, that will I bring about; what I have planned, that will I do. It’s a promise.
Take that word and let the Lord bring forth the vision to you personally and for your family, and then own it. Let him make known to you the end from the beginning so that you can possess your birthright and your destiny. Then as you follow that course, the Lord promises the vision will be revealed.
Daniel 10:12. Do not be afraid, Daniel. All right, 21-day people. Since the first day that you set your mind to understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard and I have come in response to them.
I love Paul’s word, Humble. I am thankful that in our words and in this corporate body Humble is standing. The Lord says, Since the first day you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard and I have come in response to them. Heaven will respond when you and I set our hearts and our minds on the Lord and humble ourselves and say, Here we are.
Like I said before Christmas, and I think we need to say it with our lives, I don’t belong to me. My life doesn’t belong to me. I belong to you, so here it is. The time, everything that you have ordained. I’ll just lay it down. 21 days, you shape me and mold me. Father, you’re the potter; I’m the clay. Bring me forth in this new era.
Isaiah 57:15. This is what the high and lofty One says, He lives forever whose name is Holy. I live in a high and holy place but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.
So when your heart is laid out before the Lord, you can expect and know that he is going to revive you.
Psalm 25:9. He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way.
Isaiah 48:17. I am the Lord your God who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way that you should go.
You can take Isaiah 48:17 and say, Lord, you are the Lord God who teaches me what is best for me and leads me in the way that I should go. That’s vision. That’s direction. You don’t have to be scattered with a hundred scriptures. Ask Holy Spirit to give you rhemas that are specific to you. Lord, what do you want me to pray over the 21 days? Some of you might be surprised. He might say, Just sit with me. Sit and listen.
Whatever he directs you to do on a daily basis, do it. I’ve asked you to declare Psalm 27. I’ve asked you to take Communion. Get you a piece of bread and some juice and ask the Lord to sanctify it and then partake of Communion. You might say, I thought you had to do it—No. Are you born-again? Are you a priest? And a king? Come to the table and sit with Him. Fast Isaiah 58, declare Psalm 27 and take Communion.
Psalm 32:8. He promises, I will instruct you and teach you in the way that you should go. I will counsel you and watch over you.
Some translations say, I will guide you with my eye. This is an Ayin scripture, Psalm 32:8. It goes hand in hand with the month and the season and the 21 days that we’re involved in. Because at the end of the 21 days we’re stepping into Shevat. The fast ends on the evening going into Sunday, so when we step into fellowship and first fruits, the fast is over.
So, Daniel 10:12, Isaiah 57:15, Psalm 25:9, Isaiah 48:17, Psalm 32:8. If you want the vision of God revealed for your life, these are some word scriptures that you can pray and you can set before you. You can have a vision for yourself. You can have a vision for your marriage. You can have a vision for your family. Lord, what is the vision for this family in 2020? Where are we going? A vision for your ministry. Vision for your church. A vision for your job. Where are we going?
Where are we expanding this year, Roshad? I hear the Lord saying, You have brought movement and expansion to your workplace. And he’s not done there.
Vision Manifested
These 21 days are not the only time you can get a vision from God. He’s going to take what he’s already said; he’s going to expand; he’s going to bring revelation. It is important that what God gives you during this time and as you move forward that you write down what he’s saying because you might, like me, need to go back and read it one day. If you are not keeping a journal, it is unwise because those words are treasures and they’re life and they’re power. You really want to write it down the way he said it because it matters.
How many of you have read a scripture before and you thought there wasn’t anything else to get out of it? Then you read it again and there was something else there? When God gives you a word or a vision for your life and you write it down, you’ll see it one way, in one aspect, but if you go back and read it again, you’ll see something else, and something else, and something else. And then comes the time you’ll begin to manifest what he said.
This is about manifestation. I don’t want to talk about it anymore. I don’t want to dream about it anymore. I want to manifest it. I want to manifest the ministry of Jesus. I want to manifest as the Body of Christ, the Gospel, the Kingdom. I want to manifest Holy Spirit. I want to be a manifestation. I want, As Jesus is so are we in the earth. It’s time for us to manifest what he said.
Habakkuk 2:2-3. Then the Lord replied, Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it, for the revelation awaits an appointed time. It speaks of the end and it will not prove false. Though it linger, with for it. It will certainly come and will not delay.
I want to know what the vision of God is for your life. I want you to get it down on paper. We’re going to help you do that in the next few weeks. But you need to start writing the vision. What is the vision? Why? Because where there is no vision, the people perish.
Hebrews 11:1. Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.
Romans 10:17. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God.
Whatever he gives you and you write it down, and you know it’s the vision of the Lord, you need to decree and declare it. You need to pray it. You’re ears needs to ear it. You need to read it out loud. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve read out loud to me what he gave me on the 29th because I want the manifestation of it.
When God says it, faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. It is the spoken word. We’re in the PEY decade. We’re in the 20/20. We’ve got video and audio going on in this year. He wants to bring them together. He wants to set our timing where our words and our visions are one. Have you ever watched a movie where the words were off? It was either behind or ahead? I think that’s the way it’s kind of been.
We’ve had the vision but we haven’t been in sync where it’s all manifesting. I believe this is about a decade of coming in sync and seeing the manifestation of the words of God as they come out of our mouths.
Mark 11:22-25. Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I tell you the truth. If anyone can say to this mountain, Go throw yourself into the sea; and he does not doubt in his heart but believes what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him so that your Father in heaven may forgive your sins.
This is key to see the manifestation of seeing mountains moved, of seeing what God has said to you or what you are saying manifest.
Vision Vacuums and Victory
God would say to you and me today we need to watch the snare. And there is a snare. It is fear and discouragement, and doubt and unbelief. The Lord says, I want you to deal with the dualisms—Fear and Discouragement—Doubt and Unbelief.
The Lord spoke to Joshua and said in Deuteronomy and Joshua, two different times, Be not afraid and be not discouraged. Why? Because he was talking to the land-taker. As a land-taker you cannot allow the enemy to bring fear and discouragement because it will paralyze you and it will keep you from possessing your birthright and your destiny.
So the Lord has come to uproot fear. We were singing about that this morning. He has come to break off heaviness and despair. I would have despaired if I had not believed I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Wage war with the word that God has given you and that he’s going to give you.
I Timothy 1:18-19. Timothy my son, I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by following them you may fight the good fight, holding onto faith and a good conscience. Some have rejected these and so have shipwrecked their faith.
God has given you a word for 2020. He has given you a phrase. He has given you a vision for your life. That word and the vision is prophetic and it’s real. God instructed Timothy through Paul how to wage war. I give you this instruction in keeping with the prophecies, the words spoken, the visions spoken over your life, so that by following the word you may fight the good fight of faith.
So when you’re in the present, the now, and it doesn’t look like it’s manifesting, you need to hold onto what God said is coming in the future. And you need to take hold, like Mary mother of Jesus reached into his destiny and pulled it down at the wedding. She said, Do whatever he tells you to do. Woman, why do you involve me? Well, they’ve run out of wine. The wedding is only half way over. There are three and a half more days. We’re just half way there and they’ve run out of wine, which in that culture is a disgrace.
Why do you involve me? Because I know your destiny and I know you’re the man who works miracles. This is a nothing to you. And Mama doesn’t want this family to be embarrassed, so I need you to do what you do. My time has not yet come. Whoo! Just do what he says to do. Don’t argue with Mama! (laugher) Come on. He did it!
Six water pots—man’s number. Go and draw out. There are some things in our water pots that are full. And he wants to change it to wine. He is ready to draw vision and destiny and purpose out of you and me. Wake up and receive the vision and war with it until you see the manifestation.
So what are we going to do with all of this? Receive the vision. Believe the vision. Write the vision. Pray the vision. Sing it. Say it. Pray it. I encourage you to record any prophecy by me, you to others, others to you. Listen to the vision. You might have it written out and you just need to record it, what is written in your book, prophecies you’ve written out. Record them on your phone in your voice and listen to them. Sing the vision.
The word came to me in a vision. Genesis 15:3. I don’t know how many times I’ve read Genesis 15:3, but today when I looked at it, I saw something. Oh, the word of God came to Abram in a vision. The word came in a vision. I’m expecting the word to come to me in a vision.
Share the vision. And be wise. Don’t cast your pearls before swine. And if someone is so excited in the Lord because of what they’ve heard God say to them, be patient and listen, and don’t burst their bubble. If they need to reel it in a little bit, He can do it. But he’s better at reeling in than you and I are. So just don’t be the bubble-burster.
Let them dream big and let them expect. Unless it is flat-out error, and the Lord is saying you need to speak into that, be wise when people come to you. I’m called to heal the sick and raise the dead! YES!! That’s what the Word says. Don’t tell anybody they’ll get over it. Pray they don’t.
So share the vision, but you don’t want to share the vision with just anyone. You want to share the vision with mature believers or with a family of believers who will come in and agree and see you manifest it. That’s not going to be jealous but understand that when you manifest fully, everything you’re called to do, I’m manifesting too! Because we’re the BODY of Christ. Stand for the vision and possess the vision.
Receive it. Believe it. Write it. Pray it. Sing it. Say it. Pray it. Listen to it. See it. Share it. Stand for it. Possess it.
Father, in the name of Jesus, I want to thank you for your mighty army. Lord, we thank you for your goodness and your glory, for your divine power and your divine nature that you have put within us. Lord, we humbly accept the Word of God inborn by nature which can save us. Lord, you have already written and infused in our spirit the very purpose, the very created reason that we are existing in the earth in this hour.
Father, I set myself in agreement with the vision, the vision, the plan, the purpose, the dream that you have ordained for every believer in this house, those that are connected with us, our extended families, the ministries that are connected with us and the ministries that are connected with the ministries that are connected with us.
We are saying Yes, Lord. We are saying Amen to your promises. Lord, I thank you for this 2020 season and that you are revisioning us. And we’re going to look and look again and you are calling us to sit and see. You’re calling us to come up and sit with you and see with you.
Lord, I thank you that near-sightedness and far-sightedness and tunnel vision and astigmatism, any place that our vision has been impaired, whether it’s generationally, territorially, or anything else that has influenced us in any ungodly way, Father, we pray that those destiny thieves and vision distorters would be removed.
Lord, that you would bring healing and alignment to us in this season. That you would bring clear vision, 20/20, to our lives today. And Father, we thank you for the fullness of your authority, your anointing and your ability that you have vested in us.
Over these next 21 days I ask, Lord, that this Ayin month and this Pey season will come alive in us. That you would literally turn on and cause our spiritual senses to come alive in your life so that we would see and hear and understand what you have given us.
I bless this people. I bless this body. I bless these ministries into the fullness of their birthright and their destiny. Full maturity. Full maturity. Fullness of time. Fullness of vision. Every part and piece coming together, intersecting divine moments and divine destiny.
Thank you Father, for manifestation of visions and dreams, both personally, corporately, present, and future, in Jesus mighty name. Amen and Amen.
