70 DAY DECREE: Lord God, we present ourselves unto you a living sacrifice (Romans12:1). We acknowledge and declare that we are filled with the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:11). Your word tells us righteousness exalts a nation (Proverbs 14:34). We stand before you in the land you have given us, and we decree and release the righteousness of Christ into our territories, spheres of influence, our cities, states, and nation in order to bring healing, revival, awakening, and reformation to America. Father, let your Spirit of righteousness be released and established in us, and in every place in which you have given us jurisdiction. Let your righteous Kingdom come and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10)! Prepare the soil of this nation and realign us with Your righteousness! In the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, let the resources stored in nature’s treasure chest within this state give up her harvest. Let your Righteousness Kingdom be established in every mountain and sphere of society in the State of Idaho.

Idaho was at one time the world’s leading silver producer and more silver taken out of this state than any other state in the nation. Also, the gold rush that occurred in Idaho City, the mother lode was never found…There is a prosperity principle in this First Fruit release that causes the land to prosper. It causes what has been hidden to be brought out into the open. This is what I see with Idaho. It’s almost like right at your time when this covering needs to come off, so the riches and the fruit of this state comes forth into a new level of fullness, it’s almost like the devil brings something else in. And you don’t know fully how to process the power of the loss to break through it. Through intercession, take the silver mines. If those silver mines don’t produce the fullness of what they were intended to fully produce, go there and worship, and before long the land will be producing again. The silver that’s hidden will begin to rise up and come out. Find the keys to restoration and watch the multiplication begin… We could all say God is going to continue to bring forth treasure out of His people, but it was more than that. It has to do with this state, the land, and the resources and then in my heart when it shifted to people it was not just spiritual gifts, it was every kind of gift. It was creativity, it was insight, it was invention, it was wealth, and it was governmental insight. The Lord has been waiting for this time in history. 52 Day State Prayer Focus: Day 44: Idaho, July 3, 1890
–A new report from the Idaho Conservation League suggests the Eastern Snake River Plain Aquifer, which provides drinking water for around 300,000 residents across much of southern Idaho, is contaminated with nitrates. The report points to the growing dairy industry in the Magic Valley.
–Only 17 endangered sockeye salmon returned to central Idaho this year, and steelhead were so scarce that Idaho officials closed fishing for them on the popular Clearwater River. Officials said all the steelhead that did make it back were needed for broodstock for hatchery operations.
–As of right now, the Idaho Human Rights Act has yet to include the words “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.” And although Boise is one of 13 Idaho cities with a law that protects from discrimination of this kind, Erin Leach says it hasn’t stopped employers from denying her a job, leaving her to consider moving to a state with more progressive laws and protections.
–The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with a federal judge in Idaho that the state must provide gender confirmation surgery to a transgender inmate living as a woman for years but who has continuously been housed in a men’s prison. The courts said the state denying the surgery for Adree Edmo amounted to cruel and unusual punishment, a violation of the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
–Idaho voters passed Medicaid expansion in 2018, and it was still a dominant issue in 2019. The state Supreme Court rejected a challenge to the law’s constitutionality in February.
Lawmakers then added restrictions requiring five waivers from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Waivers are required when states want to deviate from Medicaid rules. U.S. officials have yet to approve any of the waivers, but enrollment began and some 50,000 Idaho residents have signed up through late December. Coverage starts Jan. 1.
–Gov. Little in April issued his first vetoes involving legislation that would have dramatically toughened the requirements to get an initiative or referendum on the ballot. The legislation was seen as a reaction to the Medicaid expansion that voters passed in November 2018 with 61% of the vote, following years of inaction by the Legislature. Little said he vetoed the legislation amid concerns a federal judge would rule such a law unconstitutional and then define Idaho’s initiative process.
–The Idaho Legislature adjourned without passing a bill to keep alive thousands of administrative rules, giving Governor Little a rare opportunity and sweeping authority to rewrite rules he didn’t think were worth keeping or let them expire.
By the time he was done, he said he had cut or simplified 75% of the administrative rules and boasted he had made Idaho the least-regulated state in the U.S.
Prayer
We thank You, Father, that Idaho is getting a reset. We declare and decree over Idaho, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit (Ephesians 2:19-22).
We declare that Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of Idaho in every dimension and every realm, seen and unseen. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
