𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟱 — 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡 𝗦𝗣𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗟𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘

𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 & 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛

Apostolic Decree for the 10‑Day National Prayer Assignment

(National Day of Prayer → Shabbat 250 → National Rededication → Pentecost 5786/2026)

𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the media will no longer be a tool for fear mongering and manipulation, but a trumpet of truth. (John 8:32; Proverbs 12:22) We call forth the psalmists and storytellers who will capture the nations with the beauty of holiness. (Psalm 96:1–3; Exodus 31:1–5)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that media and arts in this nation will declare His glory among the nations (1 Chronicles 16:24), that all the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord (Psalm 22:27–28), and that one generation will commend His works to another (Psalm 145:4).

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the voice of truth will rise and the voice of deception will fall. (Luke 12:2–3; Ephesians 5:11)

𝗪𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗲 against censorship and the spirit of perversion in entertainment, declaring that art will release the glory of God’s Kingdom. (Isaiah 5:20; Romans 1:24–32) We ask for platforms to be used for righteousness and revival. (Matthew 5:14–16)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the Lord Himself is rising to deal with Leviathan — the twisting serpent, the dragon of confusion, deception, and narrative distortion. (Isaiah 27:1) We decree that every Leviathan‑inspired agenda — twisting truth, distorting communication, manipulating perception, and fueling chaos — is being judged, exposed, and dismantled by the sword of the Lord. (Job 41; Psalm 74:14)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that righteous creators, journalists, filmmakers, musicians, and digital voices will arise with purity, excellence, and prophetic clarity. We decree that the sound of heaven will confront the sound of darkness, and the light of God will penetrate every platform, every studio, every newsroom, every streaming service, every social media channel, and every creative space.

𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 the palate of the people of this nation. Cause us to desire wholesome, life-giving entertainment, media, and arts. Let the appetite for darkness die. Let the appetite for righteousness rise. (Philippians 4:8)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the death culture—in music, film, gaming, social media, and digital content—will be exposed and removed. (Proverbs 8:36) We confront and dismantle:

• 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺
• 𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀
• 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

𝗪𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 Leviathan — the twisting spirit behind propaganda, confusion, miscommunication, slander, and narrative warfare. We decree that the Lord’s sword is cutting through every Leviathan‑driven distortion in this nation’s media and arts. (Isaiah 27:1; Job 41)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the prince of the power of the air is being confronted, judged, and displaced. (Ephesians 2:2) We take back the airwaves of this nation for purity and righteousness.

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that demonic structures, strongholds, and agendas in media and arts are coming down. (2 Corinthians 10:4–5) We expose and remove every predator operating in this sphere—producers, directors, influencers, executives, agents, handlers, and hidden networks. (Luke 17:2)

𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 that the light of God will penetrate every platform, every studio, every newsroom, every streaming service, every social media channel, and every creative space. (John 1:5)

𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we take back the airwaves for Your Kingdom. We pray for a holy dissatisfaction to fall upon those in the arts and media who are peddling darkness. Raise up a new breed of creators who will use their talent to reflect Your light.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 reports be seasoned with truth and the entertainment industry be purified by Your presence. Change the palate of this nation—let us hunger for what is holy, pure, excellent, and life giving.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. Expose the anti-Christ agenda. Expose antisemitic narratives. Expose secular humanism. Expose ungodly ideologies. Expose demonic political manipulation. Expose every agenda designed to capture our nation and future generations.

𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻. Slay the twisting serpent. Break the power of distortion, confusion, and deception over this nation’s airwaves. (Isaiah 27:1)

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 every predator in media and arts—those who exploit, manipulate, traffic, or corrupt. Let righteousness rise in every creative sphere.

𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 — 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔 & 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦

We now take our stand at the federal media & arts gates of the United States.

We decree divine order, divine justice, divine wisdom, and divine alignment over every office and every leader.

𝟭. 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗘 — 𝗛𝗢𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗞

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Oversees the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)
• Governs federal communications policy, broadband, digital infrastructure, and media spectrum
• Coordinates with the FCC on national communications strategy
• Influences intellectual property and creative‑industry economics

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 divine order over America’s communication infrastructure. We command every spectrum, satellite, and digital conduit to be a highway for truth. Let the wealth of the creative economy be protected from theft, and let the gates of technology be established in righteousness to serve the people.

𝟮. 𝗙𝗖𝗖 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 — 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Regulates broadcast TV, radio, satellite, cable, and digital communications
• Oversees media ownership and public‑interest standards
• Governs the nation’s airwaves and licensing
• Protects the public from deceptive or harmful media practices

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that the FCC will stand as a vigilant watchman over the airwaves. We command a cleansing of the frequencies from corruption and deception. Let every license be held by those who honor truth, and let the broadcast signal of this nation be consecrated as a carrier of clarity, virtue, and national unity.

𝟯. 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 — 𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗧

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Serves as the national voice of the administration
• Controls press access and narrative framing
• Oversees daily briefings and national messaging
• Acts as the gatekeeper between the White House and all media outlets

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that the words released from the White House podium shall be seasoned with wisdom and piercing truth. We silence the spirit of spin and manipulation; let every briefing dismantle darkness and shine a light on the path of the nation. May this voice be a trumpet of righteousness that cannot be ignored.

𝟰. 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗙 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙 — 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Coordinates national communications across all federal agencies
• Shapes cultural messaging and executive communication strategy
• Influences appointments to cultural and media institutions
• Ensures alignment of federal messaging with executive priorities

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 divine alignment across the entire federal apparatus. We cut off every stream of confusion, distortion, and double-mindedness. We command that every executive strategy be birthed in discernment, ensuring that the culture of the government reflects the true heart and heritage of the people.

𝟱. 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧 — 𝗝.𝗗. 𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Oversees the Smithsonian Institution and national cultural foundations
• Shapes federal cultural policy and ideological direction
• Influences national historical and artistic narratives
• Supports initiatives related to arts, heritage, and education

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that America’s cultural storehouses and foundations are reclaimed for truth. We command the restoration of our national heritage; let the monuments and museums tell the story of a nation in covenant with God. We uproot every false narrative and decree that our legacy will inspire generations toward honor and virtue.

𝟲. 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 — 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔 𝗠𝗖𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗡

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Shapes national arts curriculum and cultural education
• Oversees federal arts programs and grants
• Influences creative development in schools and universities
• Impacts worldview formation in future generations

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 a purification of the creative wells in our schools. We command the removal of perverse and destructive ideologies from the arts curriculum. Let a new generation of creators arise—prophetic, excellent, and pure—whose works will heal the culture and reflect the brilliance of their Creator.

𝟳. 𝗡𝗘𝗔 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 — 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Directs the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA)
• Oversees federal funding and grants for artistic excellence and community arts
• Establishes national standards for artistic merit and cultural funding

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that every federal dollar designated for the arts is now a seed for righteousness. We command a redirection of resources away from the profane and toward that which is beautiful, noble, and true. Let the spirit of artistic excellence overwhelm the spirit of perversion in every gallery and stage across the land.

𝟴. 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗬𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 — 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗘

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Directs the U.S. Copyright Office and advises Congress on intellectual property law
• Oversees the registration and protection of all creative and media works in America
• Manages the legal frameworks that govern artistic ownership and distribution

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that the creative inheritance of America is under divine protection. We rebuke the thief and the plagiarist. We establish a over the ideas, songs, and visions of the righteous, ensuring that the fruits of their labor are secured to build a legacy that lasts for generations.

𝟵. 𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗠 𝗖𝗘𝗢 — 𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗛 𝗕. 𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦 (𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Directs the U.S. Agency for Global Media (VOA, Radio Free Europe, etc.)
• Oversees the export of American cultural values via international broadcasting
• Counteracts foreign disinformation and manages global narratives

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that the sound going out from this nation to the world is a sound of authentic liberty. We command every global broadcast to be a weapon against tyranny and a beacon of hope. Let the frequency of truth drown out the noise of foreign disinformation, establishing America’s voice as a standard of integrity among the nations.

𝟭𝟬. 𝗙𝗧𝗖 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 — 𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗪 𝗡. 𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗢𝗡

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Regulates advertising and prevents deceptive practices in media
• Oversees consumer privacy and data protection in creative and tech sectors
• Enforces antitrust laws to ensure fair competition in media distribution

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 a holy standard of honesty in the marketplace of ideas. We command the exposure and collapse of every predatory digital gate and deceptive marketing scheme. Let the giants of media be brought into accountability, ensuring that the privacy and minds of the people are no longer for sale to the highest bidder.

𝟭𝟭. 𝗡𝗘𝗛 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡 — 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗠 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Directs the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH)
• Oversees funding for historical preservation, museums, and scholarly research
• Shapes the national narrative through history, philosophy, and ethics

𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲:

𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞 that the foundations of our national history are restored to the light of truth. We command the uncovering of forgotten honor and the silencing of revisionist lies. Let the humanities be anchored once again in sound ethics and the pursuit of wisdom, training the hearts of the people to remember who we are and whose we are.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, we lift up these gatekeepers of American media and arts before Your throne. We recognize that these positions are stewards of the nation’s voice, its airwaves, its history, and its creative inheritance.

𝗪𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 for Howard Lutnick and Brendan Carr, that they would be filled with supernatural discernment as they govern the infrastructure and airwaves of this land. We ask that every network and frequency be established in integrity, making a way for truth to flow to every home without hindrance.

𝗪𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗱𝗲 for Karoline Leavitt and Susie Wiles, asking that the messaging released from the highest levels of government be anchored in clarity and wisdom. Let the spirit of confusion be cast out and let the words spoken from the White House resonate with the power of righteousness to unify and direct the people.

𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸 for a spirit of courage upon Vice President J.D. Vance and Linda McMahon. As they influence our cultural institutions and the education of our children, let them be uncompromising in their pursuit of virtue. We pray that the arts in our schools and museums would no longer be a source of stumbling, but a wellspring of beauty that reflects Your divine order.

𝗪𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 for Mary Anne Carter, Maya Loraine, and William English, that they would be faithful stewards of the resources and laws that protect our national story. Let every grant and copyright be a shield for the pure in heart and let the creative seeds sown today yield a harvest of honor for generations to come.

We decree that the voice of truth will thunder across this land and the glory of the Lord will be displayed through the creative expressions of His people. We decree that Leviathan is judged, the twisting serpent is cut down, and the airwaves of this nation are cleansed by the sword of the Lord. (Isaiah 27:1; Psalm 29:4)

𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟭𝟬‑𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

This Media & Arts Decree is part of the 10‑Day National Prayer Assignment, a holy commissioning of the Ekklesia during the national procession from the National Day of Prayer → Shabbat 250 → the Rededication of America → Pentecost 5786/2026. Each day we revisit one of the apostolic prayers and decrees released at the Gathering of the Ekklesia on May 7, 2026, aligning the nation with covenant, righteousness, and awakening.
